This Sharetea is lovely inside and outside! It's well kept and very clean. Located with Victoria Gardens next to the new Marugame Udon, it's hard not to make a pit stop after having a delicious dinner. Parking is easy and plentiful, unless you're visiting on the weekends. So, don't plan for a quick pickup because it'll be longer than expected. As a long time patrons of sharetea, I knew what I was expecting to order once I arrived. There's a kiosk to your right to order from. The manager was in the store the night I came in, and he actually served us our drink, too. I had ordered a Hokkaido milk tea with boba and my fiancé ordered a Mango Milk Tea. The manager was a very nice man, who actually pronounced my name correctly! He was very smiley and kind, very quick with our drinks. The drinks were the proper amount of sweetness and the boba had a chewy consistency. I would say it wasn't as sweet as other locations, though. Overall, we were very pleased with our visit and wouldn't mind doing another stop whenever we're shopping around! read more

ShareTea has always been one of my favorite places to grab boba. I'm docking a star mainly because the boba was not up to its standards when I bought boba last night. The service was great. The girl working the cashier was very helpful. I asked if they had green Thai iced tea and she went to check for me (because sometimes they have it, sometimes they don't). So I placed my order and as I was waiting, I noticed a line forming after me. Then I noticed she was the only one working. She was taking orders and making the drinks by herself. So good for her that she was working everything by her self. This is a cool place to chill and study. But it's been here so long that their booth seat near where you pick up your drinks has been run down and could use a fix me up. read more

Wow, this Sharetea has been at Victoria Gardens for almost 4 years. I love Sharetea and I did not know they are here. Anyway, now that I do know, I'll have to be more of a regular. I don't have to drive down to Eastvale to get to their next closest location to me. I came here an hour before closing time. No other customers were in the boba shop. They have one kiosk for ordering or you may walk up to the counter to order. I used the kiosk which was easy to use. Btw, if you have and/or want reward points, you can't use the kiosk as it is not linked to the rewards program. You'll have to order at the counter. Btw, they do have an all gender restroom which is convenient. I got 4 drinks with regular sweetness + no ice unless it's blended... handmade taro with fresh milk + egg pudding and crystal boba, peach green tea + crystal boba, classic milk oolong tea + crystal boba, QQ happy family that comes with all the tasty toppings. I enjoyed my taro drink very much... I love chunks of taro! Sweetness was perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I got my drinks fairly quickly. I'll be coming back here more often now that I know they are here. Just a tip, they may be hard to find or see because their biz name may not be lit plus trees are blocking it. Honestly I hesitate to go back, I used to go quite frequently 3-5 times a week but I stopped because one of the employees was always super rude to me. Same girl every time. Which is fine I'll get my boba and leave, but then they changed the menu and took off all the good drinks and now all the drinks left just taste nasty. I still tried to find something I liked on the menu, but everything I tried just didn't taste right, and I always got unlucky that the times I was able to go I got the rude worker. Always talks to me with an eye roll and a sigh, and she never puts my add ins. I wouldn't go here, at least not when she's there, everyone else who works there has been nice, but I won't take the chance. read more

No one came out to help. They have a sign that says to use the kiosk when it's busy. Just one other lady was in here when we walked in. They did come out but still didn't greet us or take our order because they were far too busy in conversation. I actually wish I could have taken the tip back but I had shady paid on the kiosk. As I'm getting frustrated with the kiosk someone else walks in and they happily take their order. Can't expect much from dumb little girls I guess. read more

Boba? In Rancho Cucamonga? I'm usually not a fan of boba, but I was craving and Sharetea delivered with their QQ Happy Family Milk Tea at half sweetness. Although I don't normally order regular milk teas, I really liked the taste of the way that they made it. Additionally, I enjoyed being able to taste a variety of textures and flavors with the included boba, jellies, and red bean. The only con is that this Sharetea is located on the outside section of Victoria Gardens, and finding it may be difficult. However, the contrary is that if you're hoping to "get in and get out" with boba, this would be an ideal location, since parking is easier on this side of Victoria Gardens. read more

I have had Sharetea in other locations, but this location seems to be the one that was not consistent at least with the drink I ordered. It was great to see a place like this open at Victoria Gardens. Esp how big the sitting area is, but if you are going to pay over $6 for a drink I would want it to be good. The main issue is that the boba is hard. Either it has been sitting there for a while, working at a boba place before you need to make sure this is good as this is one of the main attractions to this place "boba". It is nice for them to have different levels of sugar, and the menu is quite simplified compared to other boba places. read more

My solid go to spot for boba in the area. They are the most consistent with their flavors and their workers always seem happy to help! I've been to other boba shops and nothing hits more like share tea. I have been trying all the flavors on the menu and nothing is better than their mango milk tea with boba. It's so refreshing and always hit different on a hot day. The flavor teas are really good too! The inside is very spacious and has lots of sitting area to dine in and enjoy your boba. Warning! Be weary of this place! My wife and I decided to stop by on Oct. 25, 2025 and make our usual order since we're pretty much regulars there but after this incident we sadly won't be going to Sharetea anymore. When we walked in, my wife ordered the Classic Milk Tea Ice Blended with boba but the cashier/employee was so unprofessional, rude, and unwelcoming. Her name is Melissa and she rudely said we don't even make the Classic Milk Tea Ice Blended with boba at all and rolled her eyes with a rude condescending behavior. As soon as we received such unprofessional treatment at this establishment we were afraid to even ask any other questions which made it difficult to order so we left. My wife called to ask for the manager to let management be aware of Melissa's bad treatment but Melissa said she was the manager and hung up. Thank goodness another employee named Fraya was so courteous and understanding to let us know who the ACTUAL manager was. Melissa needs to be terminated or retrained with positive customer service or this business will start to lose more customers! If you see a cashier named Melissa I suggest you turn around unless you want to be mistreated and belittled for no reason. read more

I love boba tea Sharetea has options for everyone even if it's not boba or milk tea. Service was quick even with a few people ahead of us. I got mango milk tea with lychee, my husband got mango milk tea with boba, and my sister in law got a peach tea. All three were beyond delicious. The lychee was my favorite part. There used to be like 1 boba shop in an entire 20min radius, but now they seem to have sprung up all over the place and I am a big huge fan! I shopped by today (Sunday) around noon and there was absolutely no one in the shop, but like 4 people behind the counter. Sounded like some folks were in training, but service was super fast. I always order a classic milk tea with boba with less ice and 50% sweet. The boba was still on the sweeter side when I got it and they gave me a TON of boba. The boba at this sharetea was firmer and harder to chew than usual and there was a bit too much boba for me. I think I'll have to be specific by saying "light boba" next time. I get here 30-15 min before their closing time to get boba, before they would serve me without any problem but now with the new employees and or management they lie and say "we are out of tea" when in reality they're just too lazy to make more drinks because they want to go home right at closing time and not have to clean again. Saw they have a Sharetea here and was craving boba, so made the walk here from literally the other side of the plaza to here after shopping. I applaud their customer service and the speed. Right when you order there is someone already making the drink. One of their registers is card only. They have 2 registered so the line was fast. Got the mango slush, they ask you if you want to put the ice cream on top or blended. It's 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. I opted for it on top, but blended in is good as well. Added boba. Total cost for the drink was OVER $8. For one drink that's a bit pricey. Ordered the drink also at 50% sweetness. I was surprised when I tried the drink and it was actually really sweet! I would not recommend getting the slushes at 100% sweetness. I've had this drink at other location and they normally give a bigger scoop of ice cream as well. My only gripe was the boba consistency was unfortunately hard. Overall I don't think it was as good as I've had it before at a different location considering they charge you an extra $0.75 for boba as an add on. So cool a Sharetea opened up here close to home! I don't really go to other locations because they're a bit further and out of the way. They just opened up last week with their soft opening on 11/3 and they'll be having their grand opening on Saturday 11/13! It is located in Victoria Gardens right between Corner Bakery and AT&T and JC Penney. It's the old spot of Pinkberry from way back. You can usually always find a spot to park, unless you're going on a Friday or Saturday night, then you might be making multiple rounds. I was greeted right away upon arrival and the girl up front was super friendly and welcoming. I appreciate when people have enthusiasm towards customers! Unfortunately the terminal wasn't working this night and I just happened to magically have cash in my car. I didn't peruse the menu much since I assume it's the same as others. They have a wide variety of different types of drinks and flavors. I went with my usual choice of a fruit tea, but I usually want a peach mango green tea and I will always request for it any tea place I go to even if it's not on the menu. 95% of the time, tea shops will not mix flavors or make custom drinks if it's not offered on the menu, and unfortunately they let me know the same thing here. No biggie and not surprised, but I always try! I went with the Mango & Passion fruit tea instead and chose a green tea base with light ice and regular sugar. No jelly for me this time although I usually order it. My total was $5 for the drink plus tax. It came out in less than 5 minutes and there was only 1 person ahead of me. There are also available tables and seating inside the shop. They are quick and efficient to make drinks and the flavor is delicious and just right. There are also some passion fruit seeds lingering at the bottom too. Overall, it seems to be starting off great and people will definitely be crowding around here soon enough I'm sure. read more

I was so happy when I found out Sharetea was opening up at Victoria Gardens! It's located near Corner Bakery, AT&T and Chipotle. My go to drink is the classic milk tea with boba. My mom is a huge fan of the happy family drink. What I love about this boba spot is that you can adjust the sweetness. ShareTea boba never misses, being a chain it's always consistently good. However, I hate that the menu option is "milk tea with pearls." I wish they would just sell it as milk tea by itself. I always forget that it already comes with pearls and I end up adding on the extra charge for pearls, thus having double the amount of pearls in my drink.
