I grabbed a quick QQ happy family. I ordered it in normal sugar, and it was perfect. Not too sweet or too milky. I felt like my QQ at other locations were half toppings, but this one location was mostly tea with very little toppings. There's a lot of variety of toppings, but only a few of each. My whole drink had 1 piece of grass jelly and maybe 6-7 tiny bobas, and a few red beans and regular jellies. The boba was a bit tougher, and not as soft and chewy as I like it. Overall, still decent, but I'll probably not come to this location in the future because I like more toppings in my QQ. Closer to 3.5, but rounded up. read more

ShareTea boba never misses, being a chain it's always consistently good. However, I hate that the menu option is "milk tea with pearls." I wish they would just sell it as milk tea by itself. I always forget that it already comes with pearls and I end up adding on the extra charge for pearls, thus having double the amount of pearls in my drink. When I first tried sharetea in the Fullerton/Anaheim area, I wasn't too impressed. It was okay. That was a couple years ago. But I'm so glad we have one in the area now. Maybe my taste for boba has improved over the years or something. Sharetea never really fails to satisfy the boba craving, and it always tastes really flavorful. Never watered down, no issues yet with them running out of boba. They're on top of their game. My go to order is the Okinawa milk tea, and my sister likes the hokkaido. I'll definitely have to explore more of their fruit teas though. Bonus points for being one of the only boba spots open late during the normal weekdays. Dang another boba spot just open in Rancho and I ain't mad about it. Sharetea is located at the perimeter of Victoria garden near corner bakery and the at&t store. We order the classic milk green tea and milk oolong tea with mini pearl(boba) 50% sweet less ice. I don't know if it just me or my eyes but the cup look a bit longer than the standard large cups. The service at this sharetea is beyond amazing. Even when they are busy my drinks come out in under 3 minutes tops, and when it's not busy my drink is done before i'm even done paying! The girl who took my order was also very nice and explained her favorite drinks to me and how they are made when I didn't know what to order. Also super clean in there, you can tell they really take care of the place. When I sit down to enjoy my drinks they consistently wipe down tables and fix chairs which is really nice. I first tried Sharetea at its Pasadena area location and really liked it. Once I know that they opened a location here in Rancho , I just have to try it. I always get their classic coffee because it gives me the right amount of coffee kick with smooth creamy taste. I love that they offer sugar free option and uses non dairy creamers. Their drink doesn't have weird after taste like some other boba places I've tried. They just taste really balanced and smooth. I also appreciate their above and beyond customer service at this location. I once tried another drink and didn't like the taste of it and went back and they had no problem switching it to my usual coffee drink. Another time I accidentally dropped my drink after pushing my stroller around the bump and the cup was leaking. I asked them if they can put the rest in a new cup, but they went ahead making me a new one. As a mom with kids, the days can get pretty crazy. I'm lowkey disappointed that this boba store at an outdoor mall does not allow dogs. And on top of that the owner is rude. I used to be a regular here anyways I came in today with my dog. Before I was able to step foot into the store the owner yells at me that "no dogs are allowed". My family and I went to this location at 9:44pm after celebrating a very special occasion on 3/19/23. The location closes at 10pm. It was a group of 10 people (more people = more business). There was a staff of 3 there. 2 girls and 1 guy. The guy was OK but the 2 girls - they had the WORST attitude. We had completely messed up their Sunday night plans by showing up while the shop was 15 minutes of closing and it was very apparent. One lady was slamming the double doors, throwing the ice scooper, constantly sighing, and making the environment very hostile. The lady at the register was rolling her eyes any time she was asked a question. And even mouthed "wtf" when we were placing our large order of 8 drinks. I used to go to ShareTea in Redlands all the time until I moved to Rancho. Now, we have one walking distance from my place!!!!! The owner, Peter, is super personable and takes time to get to know his customers. I've been going so much that he knows my usual drinks already. I usually go after the coffee milk tea, classic coffee, oolong milk tea, and green milk tea. If I'm feeling adventurous, I'll add pudding. They use loose leaf for their teas and they come from Taiwan. I'm a forever customer. I wish they would open at 10 instead of 11, but that's just me venting lol read more

I would put zero stars if it allowed me too. I walked in yesterday and I was not greeted at all. I approached the counter and there were 4 employees behind the counter. One of them looked at me and made eye contact then proceeded to walk to the back. Another employee was on FaceTime the entire time which is highly unprofessional. I waited about a good 3 minutes behind the counter until the girl that was on FaceTime finally took my order. I also work in food service so I know what it's like but these employees had no reason to be so inattentive. I think the hiring party needs to reconsider their employees and who they hire. read more
