As I waited the cart was nicely organized and very clean ! When time came there was a young lady who was working there I walked up and was greeted with a huge smile and was kindly told she needed to get something really fast and it would be a lil wait. As I thought would I want to wait any longer (reason being me not reading open time) she offered to help me with what I needed she explained all the flavors and most popular came for 6 left with 12. They were all amazing and the service is what will definitely have me going back thank you for being helpful and understanding. I had the lovely opportunity to try the macarons at an outdoor event where Woops hosted a stand next to the coffee/hot cocoa bar. The staff was helpful and explained that the macarons were $3.95 each, 6 for $22,and 12 for $37. I decided to try 6, so I chose raspberry, honey lavender, strawberry lemonade, birthday cake, mango passionfruit, and lemon meringue. In all honesty I kind of chose them by their colorful brightness as much as the flavors --- look how pretty they were! Apparently you can store them in the fridge for up to a week (in a Tupperware so they don't change texture), and in a freezer for up to a month. Guess what?! They didn't last even an hour because my husband, daughter, and I tried two each. I especially enjoyed lemon meringue. Next time I'll try dark chocolate and tiramisu! The store is at the Ontario Mills mall. Apparently it originated in New York and this Woops is the only one in California. I cannot attest to the macarons, but only to my interaction with the owner, Tatiana. When trying to place an order of 100 macarons, she was very vague about pricing. When it came down to the pricing, she was going to charge me full price per macaron. Whoops has boxing prices that range in discount on quantity. When I asked her why I wasn't given a bulk discount, she wanted to know what my budget was. When I pressed her on this, she finally offered me 20% off. To me, this is a really poor business practice and I took my business elsewhere. If she had offered me the discount upfront, I would have placed my order. But after 14 emails back and forth, I really felt like I was being taken advantage of. Should a business charge someone based on what they think you can afford? Crazy read more

Located in Ontario Mills. We came by to pick up a dozen of these delicious macarons for $35. As we were waiting to order ours, I noticed a group of teenagers ahead of me who just wanted to order one. To my surprise they couldn't because you have to order at least six. I felt truly bad for the teen. Previously, you could just buy one if you had a craving for something sweet. Why did the owners change their policy? I'm wondering if they realize there's lots of young teenagers who actually do still go to this mall and now can't afford to just buy one macaron. Or what about a young toddler who wants just one as well? As a mother, I do remember those times when my son just I wanted one cookie or treat, but now you're forced to buy six? Business owner or manager of this store, please reconsider your policy to be considerate of those who can't afford to buy six or a dozen at a time. I did still purchase my dozen for my family because their macarons does taste so delicious and are made fresh daily. We bought the tiramisu, caramel, pistachio flavors to enjoy at home. Parking: This macaron stand is located inside Ontario Mills Mall so parking is fairly accessible. Sometimes it can get a bit hectic if lots of people are shopping though, since this is a pretty popular mall. Food: I'm a huge macaron fan and am usually willing to pay around $3 per macaron. I can't remember the exact price for each but it was probably between the $2.50-$3.50 price range. Loved the variety of flavors they offered here, despite it being a small kiosk. If you love floral flavors, I highly recommend the lavender and rose! The sweeter flavors I liked were the vanilla and tiramisu! Other than macarons, they also had loose teas, cookies, waffles, and Alfajores. I love all the favor boxes they had. They can also create macaron pyramids, create customized macarons and even have a mobile catering cart which is pretty cool. Customer service was excellent and the ladies there were very helpful and answered all my questions. On to the taste! Both my husband and I were really surprised at how delicious and flavorful these macarons were. The texture is also on point. There are other bakeries in the area that we buy macarons from and these ones are up there. Just personal preference, but my husband does not like the flowery flavors as much (e.g. rose, lavender....). Unfortunately, they use cheap ingredients like cheap peanut butter, cheap chocolate, and so on. Sometimes, you can taste the flavor in some cookies I like the PBJ, strawberry lemonade, and a couple of other flavors, but most of the time, the flavors are too light and the sugar overpowers them. Woops! macaroons is a small boutique kiosk inside the Ontario Mills mall. They are right across from Coach and Ecco- you can't miss them! They have by far the cutest kiosk I have ever seen in a mall. Their attention to detail is superb! When I walked up to the kiosk I was greeted with a friendly smile (even behind her face mask you could tell). She then began to describe what a macaroon was and help me choose the best flavors for my taste buds. I ended up ordering a box of six which was only $16.50. I think if you order this box you save as compared to getting them al a cart. I chose the pistachio, raspberry, Nutella, espresso, honey lavender, lemon tart. All the macaroons I chose were true to their flavors and texture wise they were really soft and basically melted in my mouth! They had a huge sneeze guard in front of the register which made me feel comfortable and the employee had a face covering and a shield. They also offered me hand sanitizer right after the transaction. Their gloves were kept on the entire time as well. Overall this was probably one of the best experiences I've had inside this mall and I can't wait to return! read more

I tried both creambello and macarons. Inside of the creambello, there's like a thin waffle on the bottom of the cream. The waffle was really soggy. I wish it was crispy. Also the cream inside of the creambello tasted like it's mixed with marshmallow, which I don't like. It had a little sticky texture. And the macarons were just like homemade. There was nothing outstanding or special. The surface of Coque, the macaron cookies were not smooth. It had rough texture, like someone tried to make macarons for the first time.
