Look no further! For delicious and amazing custom-made cakes, I highly recommend Rachykakes! I found her on Yelp and based on great reviews I had to give her a try. Make sure to contact her ahead of time since she gets booked up quickly. I contacted her two months in advance for my son's PICNIC THEMED 1ST BIRTHDAY. I found a very cute picnic themed two-tiered cake on Pinterest and asked if she can replicate it. Since I never tried any of her cakes before she recommended her popular LEMON BLUEBERRY CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING. It was a hit!! The party was on a hot day, August 26, and my guests were raving about it asking what flavor it was. It was perfect because it was a refreshing dessert my guests were enjoying on a hot day. It had fresh blueberries with the zest of lemon. And I'm always a fan of cream cheese frosting. We did all the communication via email. Rachel was so great to work with!! She's courteous, punctual with emails, and flexible since she totally worked within my budget without sacrificing my main vision for the cake. She's a total professional. She loves what she does and it shows through her delicious cakes!

I want to thank Rachel the owner of Rachy's Cake for the delicious red velvet cupcakes. They were amazing. I'm not sure what she puts on her cupcakes but what ever it is, it's addicting. You can tell she loves what she does. She bakes with so much love. Rachel is very polite, professional and always pays attention to what you want. All she wants to do is to make the customer feel very happy and have a pleasant experience. I have not just called once to place an order, I have used her services in the past. All I can remember is she makes your experience a wonderful time. I hope that one day she can open up her own place so I can stop by and make an early morning purchase. I met Rachel at a curch event she had her mouth watering delicious baked goods on display. I will cut to the chase I purchased 1 from everything that she had I couldn't help myself and WOW! Everything was filled with flavor my taste buds were screaming give me more. Rachel took perfection to a next level. Her kindness and beautiful smile was the icing on the cake. I ordered minnie mouse vanilla cupcakes with strawberry filling for my 2 year old daughter's birthday. I had a giant cupcake and regular size cupcakes and everything was edible (some parts had white chocolate, my favorite). Not only was the presentation adorable but the cupcakes were delicious. She delivered to my home the day before the party. I have ordered cakes from here for 2 occasions now and I always get so many compliments about the cake. People practically devour the cake! The cream cheese filling is the best. I'm not much of a cake eater at parties, but I will eat a huge slice of this cake and take some home for seconds. Not only are the cakes good, the business is professional. I ordered a 6 inch round marble cake. Didn't give rachel much information of color scheme or details other that I wanted it to be a day of the dead theme and last minute I told her it was for my wedding. She completely amazed my new husband and myself on presentation alone. When we finally cut it and had a bite it was more delicious than we imagined. The cream cheese frosting was a nice touch. I was referred to Rachy Kakes from my friend Amanda, said it was not only one of the best cakes she's had, but amazing service! I called Rachel and asked for a Cheesecake with a happy birthday message on top and some cake pops! One thing I can say is WOW! My friend was not lying, It was better then any restaurant Cheese Cake I have ever had. The Cake pops were delicious, the inside was so soft and fresh! We devoured them! Everyone at the party was licking the lasts of it! The message on top of the cake was perfect, the presentation of the cake was beautiful! I felt bad because I only gave Rachel less than a full day to have it prepared for me, but when she told me "No problem, I got you!" She was not lying! Established in 2008.

It all began with baking cakes for friends for their birthdays, goodies for the holidays, and sometimes just because I wanted to bake. I enjoy seeing clientele (and whomever may come across my delicious sweet treat delectables) take pleasure indulging in my craft. And that truly brings me happines! Thanks to God that after 5 years of experimenting with flavors, frustrations, and failures in general, I perfected my signature cheesecake! This is no ordinary cheesecake and I don't mean to toot my own horn but,"toot,toot." I am extremely humbled and blessed by what God has given me, and it's undoubtedly a gift from heaven. As time passed I would practice for family events, friends, and even for some co-workers. Then, slowly but surely I began receiving order requests for cakes and all types of desserts. Having so many people believe in my talent has been my motivation to keep pushing forward and striving for greatness, that one day I will reach my goal and open up my storefront bakery.

It's a half dozen minimum, and it takes about 20 minutes since they're made fresh and separately from the regular batch. Once mine came out, they were warm and satisfying, not quite as fluffy as the regular donuts, but still a solid treat. Most of the coatings and toppings are vegan too, just skip anything with Nutella or a dairy based coating, so you've still got plenty of options to customize. A couple of flavors I went with were cinnamon sugar and a maple glaze with walnuts and enjoyed both. On a less positive note, they have a claw machine game near the entrance that took my money and never actually worked properly. I tried to find someone on site to help, but no one seemed to be able to do anything about it, and I've had a hard time getting a hold of anyone since to get it resolved. If you're going to have one of these machines in your store, someone should be able to actually help when it eats a customer's money. Staff at the counter were friendly and made sure to double check which toppings were vegan. Just know before you go, call ahead to confirm the location carries vegan batter that day, and be ready to commit to a six donut minimum and a short wait. 4 out of 5. Donuts were good, but the claw machine situation knocked off a star.
