Parking is simple since the plaza's parking is big; however, it's competitive from the many cars. Staff is very professional, welcoming, and hardworking. Staff immediately offered samples. Staff also eagerly explained each gelato. Staff happily answered my questions. Staff maintained a bright, cheery smile whenever customers arrived. My order was completed immediately. As mentioned, I genuinely adored the gelato. Each flavor felt distinct, bold, and fresh. The ingredients tasted high quality, and it melted quickly once scooped. The pistachio had a fresh, natural flavor. The strawberry cheesecake had a bold strawberry taste. And the 3 Cioccolati had a clean, pure chocolate flavor. It's a delightful, special experience. Regarding ambiance, Bacio di Latte (Etiwanda) is gorgeous and upscale. It's beautiful!! There's eight shiny interior tables, a gender neutral restroom, and soothing music.
