There are no prices on their posters or menu board as well as on their brochure! It is a misleading customers !! When my card was charged $14 including a custom $1 tip I added !!! The half pint seemed a single scoop from other ice cream place! The taste is just the same regular ice cream and i was expecting a more custard taste as stated on their poster ads ... Too expensive for a prepacked container ice cream .. When melted it does taste like custard texture, smooth and thick !! Found 4 pcs of chocolate covered almonds i think!!! Stopped by Perfect Pint on a really hot day and the honey crème brûlée ice cream absolutely hit the spot. The flavor was rich and creamy with a nice caramelized sweetness that tasted just like the dessert. 4++ This spot is a kind of a trailer or food truck (?) situated out front of the AMC theater at Ontario Mills. They sell frozen custard and have a great variety of some classic and interesting and fun flavor combinations. I believe they are based out of Palm Springs and this is one of their satellite locations. I ended up ordering a pint of the Southern Banana Pudding as a treat to go watch a movie with. I do love banana pudding and this frozen custard hit the spot! You can tell the product is of high quality. The person I ordered from was very friendly and enthusiastic about the product. The vibe is what you would expect from a hustle and bustle area at a popular shopping/dining/entertainment destination. Okay so here's the thing. The price is a little higher than what I would usually spend for an ice cream to walk around with. They do come in little cartons so you can purchase and bring home. I didn't have any self control so I ended eating what I ordered in one sitting. This location of the perfect pint is located right outside Ontario Mills, where the AMC and the improv is located. It's not a brick and mortar it's a pop up trailer kinda thing. Service was nice. The ice cream we ordered: Black Forest cake, Lemon blackberry streusel, southern banana pudding and cookies n cream. All those flavors were really good! We enjoyed our ice cream after shopping at Ontario mills...a nice little treat during the hot weather. The ice cream is on the pricier side but it's really good ice cream! read more

My wife and I shared a half pint, and it was phenomenal--creamy, rich, and full of flavor with the perfect balance of coffee, chocolate, and crunchy toffee. It was exactly the kind of refreshing indulgence you want on a hot day. On top of that, the lady who helped us was so friendly and welcoming, which made the stop even more enjoyable. I'm usually not a fan of anything super sweet, so he recommended the coconut sorbet and I'm glad I listened, because it was exquisite. It's was alright but way overpriced. They advertised it as frozen custard but it just tasted like store bought ice cream with toppings. I think if it was made on site where it was dispense from those churning frozen dessert machine it'll have that nice creamy texture but it is all prepackaged. I hate to do this BUT WHEN YOU SET THE PRICE, YOU SET THE STANDARD. As I was exiting the Mills Mall, ice cream sounded good. I stopped by the truck and to my surprise a half pint was $12.00. I've never paid $12 for a a half pint. I said no thanks but the young lady told me the company was locally owned and ingredients were locally sourced. I thought to myself fine I will give them a shot. I selected vanilla only because I didn't want any other ingredients to mask the quality. Staff was friendly. A young lady rung up my order for $13 instead of $12. It wasn't tax because I was specifically told because it was already pre packaged, it wasn't taxed. So the sign was wrong to my detriment. I didn't open the container until I began to drive and I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the container was chocolate rather than what I had ordered. I was not going to go back to exchange it because I would have to find a parking then walk back. Unfortunately, I could not discern this $13 ice cream with a 4$ ice cream. I think this is inexcusable. I understand running a business is costly, but passing off a product as so superior and charging 2 to 3 times more than comparable products is fraud. I will never return or be fooled by misrepresentations that somehow an expensive ice cream is that much more superior than your average ice cream. That's all this is: average and exorbitant in price which makes it below average overall. read more
