I was amazed to find out that they are super local and around the corner. They do a pop-up Monday through Friday so I made my way there on the way to work. Who can take a frown and turn it upside down? This coffee cart can! Why do I say that you may ask? For starters they give you free samples to try out before making your purchase. Secondly they have a discount if you pay with cash. And if you purchase one of their mason jars you get an additional discount and that right there will and should put half a smile on your face. And if you think about it you're kinda helping out with reducing waste and helping out our planet. So I ordered a couple of seasonal flavors and those were the pumpkin spice and coffee cake. Both of the drinks were well balanced with coffee to flavor ratio and what I enjoyed most was that the drinks are made with almond milk! And so you know I wasn't paying the price later on. I come every Saturday if I can make it I'm obsessed with the coffee. It's so easy to know I can get anything and it is lactose free and the coffee is not too strong or too sweet. For $7 better to go down to coffee bean instead. Service was quick and the business is on wheels so ambiance is crowded. I am a coffee lover, but iced coffee not so much. This day I really needed my coffee fix and this coffee cart was right next to where I was grabbing a snack. They only have cold coffees. I told the gentleman that I was really looking for something that had a strong coffee taste, not a sweet drink. He recommended their Colombian coffee with either mocha or caramel. I went with caramel. From the description I was ready to purchase and the sample sip sealed the deal. It was A-ma-zing. Friendly, fast service! My husband and I weren't sure where to begin with their menu since there were so many different options. I was at Arrowhead Hospitals farmers market today and decided to get a coffee. I saw coffee by Sergio and decided to try it out. I was undecided if I wanted the Trey Way or Sergio's way so I decided to go with Sergio's way and I have to say best decision. The lechera on coffee is a must it was strong with a nice sweat taste and the cinnamon on top just gives it an amazing taste. I need to go back and try the Trey way but it's gonna be hard not getting Sergio's way since it was good. read more

I have been following Coffee by Sergio for awhile now on Instagram. His iced coffee's always look amazing. I've seen him at the Terra Vista farmers market many times and there's always a line. Today I decide I was going to wait no matter how long the line, to finally try his coffee. I arrived shortly after 9am and amazingly the line was only about 5 people. This gave me a few minutes to look over his menu. When it was my turn, I was greeted by a friendly guy who explained the process. I went with a 32oz mason jar, my coffee choice was cafe de olla blended with the dark roast, almond milk and a lechera drizzle. My hubby decided on the coffee that was just released today, for their third year anniversary,chocolate abuelita with almond milk, lechera drizzle, and whip cream. Our drinks were ready and served with a smile by Sergio. Service was excellent! Now the hubby doesn't usually do dairy free and he gave me the side eye when I told him where I wanted to get coffee. But he tried it and guess what, he loved it! My coffee was delicious, not overly sweet at all. He offers grab and go premixed coffee's and 64oz mason jars as well. I love that it is all dairy free so there is no guessing or needing to make alterations. But I think what makes them stand out is their excellent customer service!
