Saw this place on TikTok and decided to try it out . I got the cookie butter latte iced it was very good . We had to wait a little because there was a girl before us who ordered a lot so the barista gave us a matcha on the house that was very nice . 10/10

As soon as you walk into The Grid Fitness Club, Statera Café is right there on the right; super convenient. The service was great, and the owner was incredibly sweet, which immediately set a welcoming tone. I ordered the Golden Bean, and while the sweetness was a bit much for my taste (I'd probably modify it next time), I really liked the actual coffee flavor.. it had a solid, balanced profile. My coworker tried the Café de Olla and enjoyed it as well. Overall, it's a cozy little coffee bar with friendly vibes, solid drinks, and the kind of personal touch that makes you want to come back.

Thanks to the other Yelper, otherwise my fatass would never have found this place. It's inside the fitness club, and there's no signage outside. It's literally a hidden gem. It's a small sort of like pop up shop to the right when you enter the fitness club. Small menu, but the coffee is very good. The barista was very nice too. I'll be back to try other drinks on their menu, and hopefully I won't get talked to signing up for the gym membership.

This coffee shop is inside The Grid Fitness Club, a total hidden gem! I saw it on Instagram and had to check it out this morning. I couldn't believe it was actually inside a gym, such a unique concept! They offer a variety of hot and iced flavored lattes. My husband went with the Spanish latte, which was delicious, and I tried the blueberry latte, so good! Next time, I've got my eye on the cookie butter latte and café de olla. The staff was friendly, and everything was clean and well kept. There's a bar-style seating area, but we opted to take our drinks to go since we weren't in the mood to watch people working out hehe!

As i was on my way back to LA I saw this business was conveniently off the 10 Fwy And decided to stop by for a quick coffee break. I ordered their Spanish Latte and sat down inside to send some work emails. Their Spanish Latte was strong and flavorful. I enjoyed how sweet it was while maintaining the strong coffee notes. Strong wifi and cold AC inside is what you can expect inside. They had music playing but very low volume. Good for people who wanna WFH. I also didn't have trouble finding parking. Plenty of street parking available. The place itself was to busy. Quick service and friendly staff. If i'm ever in the Ontario Area again i will definitely stop by Mestiza again!

Additionally, their prices are reasonable and appropriate. However, I do wish their location were a bit bigger, as it can become quite crowded during rush hours while people wait for their orders. I have noticed they are always changing their indoor seating options to maximize their space. Also, they do close at 5 pm. I hope there are plans for them to stay open later down the line! I always find myself at Mestiza at least once a week! My drink go-tos are the Spanish Latte and their unique Bees & Flowers Latte, depending on my mood. As for pastries (which are ALL delicious), I always walk out with either the strawberry Nutella croissant, the strawberry croissant, or an Alfajor! Whatever you get, you'll 100% enjoy it!!

Very straightforward, but really well balanced. If you've never had chicory coffee before, it has a deeper, slightly earthy flavor that stands out from a standard cold brew without being overly bitter. It feels inspired by Louisiana/New Orleans-style coffee rather than the super sugary "dessert coffee" trend that a lot of places lean into right now. What I especially appreciate is the price point. At around $5.75, it feels reasonable for a specialty coffee drink that still tastes unique and intentional.

The line was out the door, but I knew she'd love waking up to a nice cup of coffee, so the wait didn't bother me. I ordered coffee along with three ham and cheese croissants to go. When I got home, my wife was so happy. She ate part of her croissant but didn't finish it. My son did the same and only picked at the edges. I ended up finishing mine and the rest of my son's. About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.

A lot of the staff already recognize in person, but today was the absolute worst service I have gotten I placed an order online and a glitch cause for them to not receive my full Order so when I had it picked up I spoke to them let them know what it was and they wanted me to Make a secondary order even though I had already purchased the item. It became so hostile to the point I wanted to never come back it was so frustrating I spoke to Sara the manager and explained the situation and instead of assist she wanted the same at this point I wanted a refund and they could keep everything I order at the end of it Sara took Care of the issue and made the missed drink which I truly appreciate because if the lack of communication due to no one speak Spanish and system issue. This has left a disappointing taste to a place i absolutely love going to and spend time with my kids while enjoy a coffee I love. I truly hope the customer service returns to what I have experienced many time and this is a one time bad day.
