Okay, so I would come back and give it another try the matcha itself was actually good. Banana pudding itself had clumps of cream cheese in it. Wasn't super smooth and hardly got the actual taste of banana.

This cafe is in their soft opening stage! I've been wanting to try this cafe since I've been seeing it all over social media. The cafe is very adorable. It used to a subway location, so I believe it's very spacious for being a cafe. There's not a lot of seating options. When my friend and I got there, there was no line and we ordered our drinks easily. My friend wanted to order a biscoff latte, but unfortunately they ran out of the supplies needed. After we ordered, our drinks took a while to come out. We waited probably around 15-20 minutes for our drinks. I enjoyed my mazapan latte, I would rate a 3.5/5. However, I enjoyed my friend's churro latte more, I would give it a 4.5/5 The staff here was extremely sweet. They were extremely helpful and said if anything was wrong with our drinks, they would fix it. I would definitely mix the drinks around before trying them! They're still in their soft opening stage, so I would be more lenient on them running out of products. I do want to come back and try their matcha though, it looked extremely green.

I stopped by Que Rico Caffecito around 7:15 a.m. on a Sunday right when they opened because I was really looking forward to trying the Biscoff Cookie Latte. Unfortunately, they were already out of that one and the Churro Latte, which was pretty disappointing. I can understand running out later in the day, but I was surprised they were sold out first thing in the morning. I ended up ordering the vanilla latte instead. It was good I enjoyed it . The coffee shop itself is really cute, though, with a nice little seating area if you want to hang out for a bit. Their matcha drinks looked really good, so I'll definitely have to come back and give one of those a try. The ladies working up front were very friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant experience overall. Hopefully next time they'll have the drink I originally came for and I will go back to try their matcha overall 7/10

Great service, a clean and welcoming location, and an all-around great experience! I ordered the Mazapán iced latte, and it was hands down the best one I've had all year. It was perfectly balanced, full of flavor, and not overly sweet. I'll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu!

Look i liked it, that was it. Just "like" nothing bad though. It wasn't great or amazing but it was good. I like the little look of it, very cool and calm, low-key you can see everything from the outside, which is kinda scary cause there is a good amount of homeless walking around, but you feel good and safe inside. The workers are cool and nice for real. But coffee wise nothing to special. I don't think I'd go back but it's a cool little spot

Que Rico Cafecito no fue muy bien pare este chico.Una experienca que quiero olvidar te digo. I'll start off with the good things before the bad of it.I ordered their customer favorite which was the Churro Latte and the drink was well balanced but the coffee was not strong as I had hoped. The space is nice and the customer service ok. Now my second drink was a Signature on the menu which was their Spanish Latte and it was a total fail. A Spanish inspired coffee shop that can't do that is so disappointing. Not the powder of cinnamon could help this drink. If you know me by now you know I don't call out other businesses but if you want a legit Spanish Latte just go to Nook! There I said it! Call me what you want but I had to write this because It's the truth man. I understand they are new but if you want to play the game then come in hard and not lame. Hopefully this inspires them to take it a little bit more serious. Milk with coffee flavor and ice equals their Spanish latte, so damn disappointing. And that's my take on this experience, Peace out...

Que Rico Cafecito has quickly become one of my favorite places! I've been going pretty much every day since they opened, and every single visit has been amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the owner is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. They always make you feel appreciated the moment you walk in. The coffee is delicious, Their pastries are just as amazing perfect with a coffee. It's rare to find a place with such great customer service and consistently high quality drinks and food. I'll definitely continue coming back, and I'll keep recommending Que Rico Cafecito to all of my friends and family. If you haven't been yet you're missing out! 10/10

S'mores latte!

In my experience, Que Rico Cafecito makes some of the best coffee and matcha around. The matcha flavor is high-quality and rich, whereas other shops usually taste watered down. You can really tell the owner and staff put a lot of love and dedication into their craft. I highly recommend ordering El Plátano, S'mores latte, Rico, Sugar Nutty Flame, or the Matcha Con Fresas. Make sure to grab a berry puff pastry while you're there!

The service was great, they were attentive and quick, the drinks came out quick as well! Coffee : got the plain vanilla latte with almond milk because I wanted to try their coffee/lattes without all the extra flavorings. My friend got the creme brulee latte, and overall they both kinda tasted more like milk than coffee. And I understand that they are lattes but I barely tasted coffee. The food is where I was more disappointed in. I got both chicken pesto and turkey swiss panini. Chicken pesto: had no pesto, I had asked the server if the pesto was a spread vs chicken flavored with pesto or something because i was confused on why I just got a chicken and cheese panini, and they told me it should be a spread. Don't get me wrong it wasn't bad, but a panini pressed chicken and cheese is baseline good. Turkey Swiss: had no arugula, and I mean not a huge deal but if its unavailable it should be expressed or at least changed on the menu? Again not a bad sandwich but it was just a turkey Swiss panini with not much else so I'm not sure if i would want to pay $10+ for it. I want to try their matcha but I'm debating if its worth to gamble seeing if it's going to be good matcha or just a sweet drink. Nothing wrong with a sweet treat, but more a personal preference if I'm looking for a quality coffee/ matcha.

They have multiple drinks and I have tried a few. My personal favorite is the banana matcha with the banana cold foam. It's delicious, refreshing, and energizing. It is a small location and can get tight. But I do hear they are opening up a 2nd location soon. My only note they have small snacks but I wish they had muffins or crescents to be able to grab something on the go. My mother didn't like her protein shake and found it disgusting. I do enjoy the vibes of this cafe, it's extremely adorable. However, I think their coffee is below average. They have an amazing reward system, though. If you buy two drinks, you get the third for free. I wish that more cafes can incorporate. We opted for the alfajores, strawberry croissant, and warm ham and cheese croissant. First, the alfajores! Delicious, delicious, DELICIOUS! This wonderful South American dessert was properly made and HUGE. The filling and the outside cookie were both perfect -- the flavors felt like a symphony dancing across my tongue. Next, the strawberry croissant: a perfectly flaky pastry filled with creamy, smooth custard that had just the right amount of everything. It was like a dream. Third and finally, the ham and cheese croissant -- OMG! I don't remember ever having a ham and cheese croissant like this before. This was quite possibly the best one I've ever eaten. This little family-owned and operated bakery/coffeehouse is one of my favorites. I highly recommend that anyone passing through stop by and indulge -- and I don't mean a little... go all out and treat yourself! The staff were friendly and quick to assist both during and after ordering. The shop has a great vibe that makes you feel transported from the busy California city hustle to a charming small-town coffeehouse that's been around for 30 years. The coffeehouse is cashless, so be prepared to pay accordingly. Behind the counter are employees baking and barista-ing all aspects of this place. Upon placing your order be prepared to pick-up your order separately if you order a pastry and a beverage. Speaking of beverages, I ordered a Bees and Flowers...iced. As recommended by the barista. So good! For foods, I ordered a deliciously flaky Almond Croissant, that was topped with sliced almonds and powdered sugar and filled with their house-made almond paste. I highly recommend visiting Mestiza Coffeehouse and shop one of its many vendors of goods in the seating area.

Very straightforward, but really well balanced. About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.
