Came today to try the newest coffee shop in Ontario that everyone has been talking about, and let me tell you... they did NOT disappoint! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and happy to answer all of my questions. Since it was my first visit, I tried several different items, and every single one was amazing. As a self-proclaimed matcha girly, I had to try their matcha and WOW. Hands down, it's the best matcha I've ever had, and I've tried a lot of matcha! The food was just as delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the customer service made the experience even better. I can already tell this is going to be my new go to coffee shop. Highly recommend checking them out!
We were on our way to a Broadway show in Hollywood and needed a late afternoon pick-me-up, so we decided to stop by Que Rico Cafecito in Ontario on the corner of Grove and 4th Street. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted. They have a great selection of coffee, breakfast items, and pastries. I ordered the Cocoa Puff Latte, and my friend got the Spanish Latte. Both were delicious! The balance between the espresso and milk was just right. My Cocoa Puff Latte wasn't overly sweet or overpowering, and the Spanish Latte was honestly one of the best we've had compared to other coffee shops we've tried. They've only been open for about a month and actually started as a home-based business. If there's anything you'd like adjusted with your drink, they're happy to customize it to your liking. If you're looking for a cozy local coffee shop with great drinks and genuinely kind people, definitely go check them out and show them some love!
Great, friendly customer service! Upon entering, we were immediately acknowledged and wished a good morning. Brown sugar shaken espresso is my go to; with just enough sweetness, it did not disappoint. The shop has a minimal, clean esthetic and is very welcoming. Will definitely be back.
This cafe is in their soft opening stage! I've been wanting to try this cafe since I've been seeing it all over social media. The cafe is very adorable. It used to a subway location, so I believe it's very spacious for being a cafe. There's not a lot of seating options. When my friend and I got there, there was no line and we ordered our drinks easily. My friend wanted to order a biscoff latte, but unfortunately they ran out of the supplies needed. After we ordered, our drinks took a while to come out. We waited probably around 15-20 minutes for our drinks. I enjoyed my mazapan latte, I would rate a 3.5/5. However, I enjoyed my friend's churro latte more, I would give it a 4.5/5 The staff here was extremely sweet. They were extremely helpful and said if anything was wrong with our drinks, they would fix it. I would definitely mix the drinks around before trying them! They're still in their soft opening stage, so I would be more lenient on them running out of products. I do want to come back and try their matcha though, it looked extremely green.
I stopped by Que Rico Caffecito around 7:15 a.m. on a Sunday right when they opened because I was really looking forward to trying the Biscoff Cookie Latte. Unfortunately, they were already out of that one and the Churro Latte, which was pretty disappointing. I can understand running out later in the day, but I was surprised they were sold out first thing in the morning. I ended up ordering the vanilla latte instead. It was good I enjoyed it . The coffee shop itself is really cute, though, with a nice little seating area if you want to hang out for a bit. Their matcha drinks looked really good, so I'll definitely have to come back and give one of those a try. The ladies working up front were very friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant experience overall. Hopefully next time they'll have the drink I originally came for and I will go back to try their matcha overall 7/10
Stumbled upon this gem and got the Spanish latte wasn't sweet at all. I get a little concerned when I can't taste my espresso but I'll definitely be back to try again maybe make my drink a little bit sweeter which is crazy to say. Service was 10/10 they were answering my questions and concerns lol. It's not super small but it's not super big where I would do my studies
I had a great experience at this coffee shop, I came here with friends for my birthday we ordered matchas, the cookie butter cinnamon roll, banana pudding, muffins. Everything was delicious! The pastries were so fresh and soft, the matcha was flavorful and not overly sweet. The service was also great,when they heard it was my birthday they jazzed up my drink in the cutest way. The cafecito was very Rico!
Okay, so I would come back and give it another try the matcha itself was actually good. Banana pudding itself had clumps of cream cheese in it. Wasn't super smooth and hardly got the actual taste of banana.
Great service, a clean and welcoming location, and an all-around great experience! I ordered the Mazapán iced latte, and it was hands down the best one I've had all year. It was perfectly balanced, full of flavor, and not overly sweet. I'll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu!
Came in and ordered a Cocoa Puffs Americano and Strawberry Cream Matcha... well I got a Banana Matcha and water with dirt! This is a teenager hangout spot, like why do they have to repeat my name once the barista does it? They need improvement in customer service as well- no need to argue with me saying what you heard vs what I said.
The staff were very nice. The cashier made sure she told customers waiting at the register to give her a minute if she needed to step away from the register. And then the other person which I think is the owner made sure everybody wasn't waiting to place an order. The inside is cute not too much seating though so I don't think it'll be a good place to study since I like to find the coffee shops to work at. I got the double Matcha with oat milk. I'd rated it a 7/10. It is very much on the sweeter side. I think the sweetness overpowered the Matcha. The green color looks good though! But I wish the cold foam was a little bit thicker in the consistency. My coworker got the churro latte with oat milk. He rates it 8/10. He said his wasn't super sweet but it's good.
This is ONE of my favorites cafecito place!! Love the salted caramel latte and the customer service is extraordinary! It's always clean and beautiful, Eveline and her team are awesome!
While I have so far only tasted the Salted Caramel Creme Brûlée Latte myself, My daughter gave Biscoff cookie butter latte a thumbs up as well, we will have the Biscoff Cinnamon roll later this evening. The young man taking my order was friendly and let me make my own selection being the 1st time in. Likely to return for an Avocado toast or Sandwich. Casual environment with space to relax and chat if you so desire

This is my third time coming to this coffee shop and I have to say it is amazing, from the friendly service they offer to the delicious drinks. I've gotten the banana pudding matcha three times already and it is the best banana matcha I have had. I highly recommend it but keep in mind it is banana pudding that they add in so either you'll have to like sip and eat the pudding or mix it all together, which is what I opted to do. I enjoyed the ambience in the shop but once it gets busy, it gets loud and crowded so I don't think this would be a great place to do work if that is what you are looking for. read more

Came across this new coffee shop in my city of Ontario, and it is absolutely amazing!!! The service was 10/10, the ambiance is SO cute, and to top it all off it's family owned! There's something so special about seeing a small business thrive and being able to support a family owned spot right in your community. I went with the plátano coffee with salted caramel cold foam and OMG I'M OBSESSED!!! The flavors were so good! I didn't get a picture of the cinnamon roll but trust me when I say you need to try that pastry. It was absolutely delicious! I'm so happy they're right around the corner from me because they've definitely gained a regular customer! I'll absolutely be back. Go show this local gem some love! read more

Que Rico Cafecito no fue muy bien pare este chico.Una experienca que quiero olvidar te digo. I'll start off with the good things before the bad of it.I ordered their customer favorite which was the Churro Latte and the drink was well balanced but the coffee was not strong as I had hoped. The space is nice and the customer service ok. Now my second drink was a Signature on the menu which was their Spanish Latte and it was a total fail. A Spanish inspired coffee shop that can't do that is so disappointing. Not the powder of cinnamon could help this drink. If you know me by now you know I don't call out other businesses but if you want a legit Spanish Latte just go to Nook! There I said it! Call me what you want but I had to write this because It's the truth man. I understand they are new but if you want to play the game then come in hard and not lame. Hopefully this inspires them to take it a little bit more serious. Milk with coffee flavor and ice equals their Spanish latte, so damn disappointing. Look i liked it, that was it. Just "like" nothing bad though. It wasn't great or amazing but it was good. I like the little look of it, very cool and calm, low-key you can see everything from the outside, which is kinda scary cause there is a good amount of homeless walking around, but you feel good and safe inside. The workers are cool and nice for real. But coffee wise nothing to special. I don't think I'd go back but it's a cool little spot read more

Que Rico Cafecito has quickly become one of my favorite places! I've been going pretty much every day since they opened, and every single visit has been amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the owner is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. They always make you feel appreciated the moment you walk in. The coffee is delicious, Their pastries are just as amazing perfect with a coffee. It's rare to find a place with such great customer service and consistently high quality drinks and food. I'll definitely continue coming back, and I'll keep recommending Que Rico Cafecito to all of my friends and family. If you haven't been yet you're missing out! 10/10 read more

In my experience, Que Rico Cafecito makes some of the best coffee and matcha around. The matcha flavor is high-quality and rich, whereas other shops usually taste watered down. You can really tell the owner and staff put a lot of love and dedication into their craft. I highly recommend ordering El Plátano, S'mores latte, Rico, Sugar Nutty Flame, or the Matcha Con Fresas. Make sure to grab a berry puff pastry while you're there! read more

This is such a cute coffee spot! I decided to go during my lunch break and they provided pretty fast service. The lady that attended me was really nice and I saw her helping people choose from the menu, she was very informed about their selection. Coffee was really good, not too sweet or watered down.
