Think the name has a nice ring to it. Not 100% sure what the name means but I assume Eden represents Garden of Eden and Clay represents origins of mankind. Mango Tonic was excellent. Very refreshing with good amount of sweetness from mango syrup. Eve's Cup was also excellent. It's espresso with ube syrup and coconut water. Kind of hard to go wrong with that combination. Also got a cookie butter cookie, which was pretty good. Service was good, which is kind of expected for a Christian place. Decor is very minimal, almost to the point of looking somewhat unfinished. Not sure how long this place has been open but it looks like it's fairly new because it doesn't even have a permanent sign outside.

The flavor was just so good, it was the perfect iced latte! My mom got the vanilla caramel which she liked and my brother got the banana caramel which I tried and loved! Overall the coffee was delicious and service was good! My only thing, is I wish the cashier would have mentioned the stamp card cause I saw it after I ordered. The texture, the bright lemon flavor, not overly sweet, and full of fresh flavor. Everything was perfectly balanced and on point. Pineapple Drop - 8.75/10 I was expecting the cookie to be a bit drier, but that was just my initial assumption. The pineapple flavor came through nicely and wasn't overly sticky or "tacky." Palmiers - 10/10 Baked to perfection. Flaky, soft, with the perfect amount of crunch. The flavor was beautifully balanced and those sugar crystals were delicious. Felt like I was sitting in a South American bakery. Turkey & Cheese Croissant - 7.92/10 The croissant itself was perfect, the turkey was good, and the cheese was just okay. In fairness, we only ordered this because they were out of the ham & cheese croissants (which we love). If I had never tried the ham & cheese version, this one would probably land in the high 8s or low 9s. Unfortunately, the turkey & cheese just didn't stand a chance against the original. Monkey Bread 10/10 Holy cow! The monkey bread can be described as addictive... the monkey bread is baked with pecans on the bottom, cherries mixed in, cinnamon and a soft dough drizzled with frosting. The monkey bread was so fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The pecans and cherries were perfectly balanced in the monkey bread creating a delicious snack. One last note: We went back up to order more palmiers and the wonderful lady working the counter (Maria) gave us a complimentary one and a monkey bread. Super kind and thoughtful; she actually helped guide us to the carlota as I was wanting a lemon bar or tart and they were out of them. It became so hostile to the point I wanted to never come back it was so frustrating I spoke to Sara the manager and explained the situation and instead of assist she wanted the same at this point I wanted a refund and they could keep everything I order at the end of it Sara took Care of the issue and made the missed drink which I truly appreciate because if the lack of communication due to no one speak Spanish and system issue. When I got home, my wife was so happy. She ate part of her croissant but didn't finish it. My son did the same and only picked at the edges. I ended up finishing mine and the rest of my son's. About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.
