She's not only great in the kitchen but also one hell of a personal trainer and nutritionist-like have you even seen that bod?! She is B.Prepped and embraces every part of her business as her baby. I appreciate how professional she conducts this business, the quality of the food and service, but above all her passion to truly want to help others in achieving a better version of themselves no matter what that might be. So let's start with flavor: All I gotta say is.... Wow! Her food is so flavorful it's kind of hard to believe it's healthy for you, but it is! She's been able to create tasteful healthy options by combining her nutritionist knowledge ancooking skills. You will can't go wrong picking any of her options. I definitely have my favorites but I encourage you to try them all if you can. Food options: B-prepped has a wide variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Approximately 8 different options for breakfast, and 16 for lunch/dinner. Not to mention her incredible vegan menu as well as her juices. I've pretty much tried every single option including her juices and they're all amazing. The flavor of the food is always consistent as well as the portions. Juices: I've tried many different juicing companies and no one compares to B-Prepped. Not only are her juices flavorful but they contain additional ingredients to keep you feeling full while still obtaining those vitamins you could be lacking through pure juicing. Other juicing cleanses kept me starving and weak, but B-Prepped juices are unlike it. You can truly get through a cleanse feeling energized, focused, not starved, and ready to start on your new prep week. Personal Training: Die if you dare lol! Bianca will surely make you feel at least like you're dying during those workouts lol! But man, have you seen her bod?! Lol! She's my go to for workout plans and regimen. I try to meet with her for 1 on 1 sessions but life gets too busy sometimes and simply can't. But she's more than willing to guide you and train you online or any other form of communication you choose. Give her a try if you dare to look bomb like her. Delivery: I believe this to be a great convenience especially if you have a busy life. She pretty much delivers anywhere and no location is too far for a minimal fee. I've had her deliver to my home, job and even when I was attending law school. The greatest impact B-Prepped has made in my life was during the bar exam preparation period. At one point she was meal prepping and delivering to my entire class while we studied for the bar exam. Man was she God sent to us all especially under that enormous amount of stress. Salads starting appearing on the menu and those are so desirable especially during the summer heat (like right now). Once I ordered the Berry Chicken Salad (grilled chicken, strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese, tomatoes, roasted walnuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, with a strawberry vinaigrette)..... I knew I was going to be hooked. We also tried the Chicken Fajita Salad which is also good, but the Berry Chicken Salad is definitely my go to.
