Well well well we're do I start with this flavorless pulled pork that was supposed to be spicy. This tasted like it was made in a crock pot then dipped in lard to "try" to give back some flavor, where was the spicyness, where was the flavor, where was the BBQ? I contacted Jim back in January for a tasting and it was amazing! We booked him for our wedding on May 27th and I kept in contact with him throughout those 4 months and everything went perfectly. Jim and Joe were on time and they set up everything quickly and unfortunately we couldn't have on site cooking because of our venue but the food was still hot and delicious! We have a little over 60 guests and they all loved the food, even the kids!! We had tri-tip, pulled pork(which came with coleslaw and buns), bbq chicken, corn on the cob, bakes beans, bacon mac and cheese and green salad.
