I placed my order on DoorDash and order tacos and the nachos and the nachos were almost $19 and I received basically a lettuce with a few pieces of meat. I ordered a bunch of tacos and the nachos and some chips with salsa and they only gave me one guacamole which I asked for all the condiments on the side. If I wanted a salad, I would've ordered a salad and the nachos were really soggy. They weren't even that tasty. I was very disappointed with my order today. So today is my son's 19th Birthday and we decided to go out and grab a quick bite to eat. We've always noticed this place in the cut while driving through and wanted to give it a try. Great atmosphere, very clean, has some cool merch for sale, and has USB plugs for charging (don't see that everywhere). Staff was quick to greet and take our order, once they saw how much we ordered several others came out of nowhere to come and quickly help prepare the order so the wait time was very minimal. Then someone else walked in to pick up an online order and they quickly helped him out and kept moving on our order without breaking a sweat. Food kinda pricy but it was good no complaints there. This guy was badass. He showed up on time and found my house (small cabin in the mountains) He quickly set up and got to working on his amazing tacos!! Last minute I asked him to get shrimp tacos for someone practicing lent, and he made some amazing shrimp tacos!! Everyone loved the tacos,rice, beans, salsas. Everything was great! Poor customer service , I requested a qoute for a graduation party of 40 ppl . for my daughter to be on june 26th . 3 days passed until I hear from the vendor and he says the date is open and provides me a qoute of 3 different types of offers , I choose the one that meets my needs and return the quote to him . another 2 days pass and he states he has another customer looking for that date , I ask if he takes zelle or what is needed to book the date , when I hear back he states the other customer booked the date ...I was at a loss of words , not sure what happened ' but I feel his customer service and booking options need to be upgraded. he only statement to me was " thanks for understanding ...we booked with another company !! read more

I come here whenever I'm craving some authentic tacos/burritos. I will always come back because it's so much better than Alberto's but the only downside is my burrito is sooooo oily. All I can say is, no joke, these are the BEST tacos I have EVER had. And I eat a lot of Mexican food. Authentic and different than any other restaurant! Definitely not your average drive-thru taco shop where all the food tastes like every other Mexican restaurant in Southern California (and often tastes like cardboard!).
