Found them with only a couple of weeks to prepare for a Wedding Shower. They were very helpful. Discussed all the food options and decor options which was a pleasant surprise for a taco grill business. Normally, you are concern how clean their setup was. Not the case with Westacos. They absolutely understand presentation. My daughter is running with a Oak themed wedding and Westacos had a wood schaffer and settings to offer. Now to the food. Delicious! We had the chicken, carnitas, asada, potato tacos, and ceviche. Shrimp ceviche was the hit. Chicken tacos were nicely seasoned. More often than not, most grills barely season their pollo. Another plus for Westacos. Flavor! Carnitas were nicely grilled just the way we liked it. Asada was great as well. The only ding if any was the potatoe tacos. Just a little more seasoning. Maybe a ranch or some cream option with shredded cabbage. We had 30 ladies and had plenty of left overs for all the men that may have missed out. Thanks for making my daughter's wedding shower a hit! I have never been to an event where ALL of the guests raved about the food. Well, Brenda and Anthony catered my daughter's wedding on Halloween for 115 people and EVERYONE loved the food! From the chips and salsa, elote and (pollo, carne asada and veggie) tacos, I had from a variety of guests coming up to me to tell me how great everything was. Beyond the food, they are a wonderfully nice couple and their nephew Vincent was too. I booked Westacos a year in advance and their communication was quick and easy and they always answered all of my questions. I live in AZ and handling out of state can sometimes be a challenge. When looking for a caterer, Wes Tacos came highly recommended by some good friends of ours and a big plus was that they were willing to travel to Oceanside. Wes Tacos' owners, Brenda and Anthony were great....very professional, easy to work with, and super friendly and polite. Everything from the way they set the buffet tables, to the way the food and appetizer displays were, looked beautiful. And the food....AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. We chose from a great list of options, for appetizers we had, jalapeno poppers, shrimp ceviche, chips and pico and the main course was asada, pastor, chicken, zucchini and potato tacos, grilled onions and jalapenos, taco salad, beans and rice.
