To satisfy not just one but thirty food savvy railroaders. They rose to the challenge and came through with flying colors. Their melt in your mouth brisket was all anyone could talk about. Amazing food and wonderful family oriented service! Thank you to Smokin' Blues BBQ for saving my wedding. I planned a wedding in a short time and needed a catering service for reasonable price for smaller family/friend wedding, Lupita came to the rescue. I had emailed 4-5 other services and the problem was the amount of my wedding guests. I had 40 guests and wanted to have a traditional catered wedding dinner. The responses I received were that my guest list was "too small" and needed more "for it to be worthwhile for service" or I was given quotes that were very expensive and outside my planned budget. Lupita and her family quoted me an affordable price that was within budget AND they went outside the usual services they provide by setting up for a catered wedding. They provided the flatware, cutlery and glasses including wine glasses for the service. The food was absolutely delicious especially the bbq chicken! They were on time, served efficiently with a personal touch and cleaned up with leaving the leftovers packaged in appropriate containers. Lupita kept in touch by email, text message and by phone and we paid by Venmo for their services. I give Smokin' blues bbq my highest recommendation for any of your catering needs!
