Food was Truly Amazing. The Chubby Chicken Sandwich & Chubby Fries Hands down the best Chicken Sandwich I've had in the IE. The Chubby Fries Had the most Amazing flavor. The service was fast and staff & owner was nice & friendly and truly helped me with everything I needed. The Restaurant inside was dope & loved the art work on the wall and atmosphere. I'll definitely be back real soon to pick up another order of chubby Chicken Sandwich & Chubby Fries. read more

I've been coming here for almost three years, and the food has been consistently amazing every time. I usually go for the #1 combo, and it never disappoints, the mild spice level has the perfect balance of heat and flavor without being overwhelming spicy. The service is just as great as the food. The staff is always friendly, and it's nice that a few of them even recognize my girlfriend and me when we come in. It really adds to the welcoming, community feel of the place. I also love supporting this small business, especially knowing it started as a food truck. They've done an incredible job growing while still keeping the quality high and the prices reasonable. Highly recommend if you're looking for great food, great service, this is a spot that won't disappoint! read more

This place has brought my love for hot chicken back. The flavor and the amount is outstanding . The customer service is polite and prompt.

My daughter was dying to try this place since it had been on her list for awhile. I ordered take out which was relatively fast but expensive. It was a hot chicken place nothing particularly memorable ‍ read more

I've been going to their Rialto location for a few years now. It's actually closer for me than the food truck but I actually enjoy it more! It's worth the drive for me and the service is always great here with very small lines so you get your food quickly. The chubby fries are my go to and recommend them to everyone I know! I love that they have different spice levels. I recommend buying the hot cheese (nacho cheese?) and pour on top The fried pickles are bomb too! The chicken sandwiches are really good too with coleslaw and chubby sauce. Chubbys is hands down my favorite spicy chicken place! I've tried so many in the area and it's always better in flavor and quality. Super consistent. read more

Chubby's Hot Chicken - Chubby fries - Food Trucks Near Me - Bloomington, California

Chubbys Food Truck always hits the spot. They are epitome of quality food for a good price. Best Hot Chicken in the area hands down read more

I had the #2 combo, which includes one sandwich, one tender, and fries. I don't know the price of fries on the wholesale level, but it appeared to me that they were rationing the fries. I received what appeared to be a small pinch of fries (think around a dozen or so fries), and they were really soggy. The chicken itself was nothing spectacular, it tasted exactly how I expected it to taste, however, I do appreciate them for not having dry chicken. Google, Amazon, Apple, and Chubby's were all started in a garage, and they all share one special trait: ambition. However, unlike the Big 3, what Chubby's lacks is purpose. It feels like Chubby's originated at the height of the hot chicken craze, and although their ambition has allowed them to grow, far better options are readily available. When launching Chubby's, the owners must have sat down and thought, "Why not?" rather than "Why should I?" read more

Honestly the best hot chicken out there! I've tried so many and Chubbys continues to be my #1. From the food, to the service, everything is great! I've been going to a chubbys since 2020 and they have been consistent everytime. Also, all my life I've hated pickles, HOWEVER, these are the ONLY pickles I will eat. The fried pickles are amazing! You can truly tell they are homemade pickles! Their plates are also shareable, they give good portions. Definitely try it if you are in the area, but it is definitely worth a drive to try as well. read more

I'm going to be honest real quick, a couple weeks back I had Covid and I really wanted some hot chicken. My taste buds were gone and I was tired of not being able to taste any food. I found this place and had my wife go and pick up some food. (Of course I couldn't go because I had Covid). When she came back I could smell the chicken, like really smell the spices. I hadn't smelled anything for several days. I then felt my mouth watering and thought in my head that even though it looks good I most likely won't be able to taste it anyways. I took one bite of the chicken and I quickly coughed from the spices, then all of a sudden I tasted them. I took another bite and I was able to taste it! It was honestly one of the best meals I ever had. Thank you chicken guys for giving my taste buds back. And real quick, I saw that someone posted about how "expensive" it is. It's literally no different then Dave's chicken, canes etc. it's all the same prices. Don't believe me, look at the menu I posted. read more

Chubby's Hot Chicken - menu - Food Trucks Near Me - Bloomington, California

My boyfriend and I tried Chubby's Hot Chicken for the first time on Wednesday. I think it's great they were able to get their own spot so we can dine in. He got a hot chicken sandwich & I got mild fries. His rating: 9/10 My rating: 9.5/10 (I personally would've liked a few more pickles lol..) We ordered and got our food within 10-15 minutes which was perfect considering there were many people in and out due to their new opening. It was a pretty chill atmosphere We will be back soon! read more

First off, the flavor is incredible. Whether you like it mild or with some serious heat, their spice levels are on point. I went for the Crying heat, and it was the perfect balance of flavor and kick! The chicken is juicy, tender, and perfectly crispy on the outside. You can tell they put a lot of care into making every bite mouthwatering. The portions are generous, and the sides--oh man, the fries and slaw are fantastic. They complement the chicken perfectly! And let's not forget the friendly service. The staff is always welcoming, and the vibe is just as hot as the chicken. If you're a fan of hot chicken or just great food in general, you *have* to check out Chubby's Hot Chicken. Easily one of my new favorite spots! read more

Mid, over priced. It's hyped because of social media. I think Dave's is better. Solid 3 stars would give higher rating but they need to stop charging for extra sauce. read more

It was my first time trying it out on Friday my coworker recommended the spot so I tried on my lunch break and would have to say one of the best hot chicken sandwiches out there. I got the number 1 and it didn't disappoint sandwiches were made with love and fries were good also. Everyone was very friendly and when I told them it was my first time they really took time to explain everything and go in depth with their menu. Would definitely go back! Chubby's Hot Chicken - a chicken on a sign - Food Trucks Near Me - Bloomington, California

Chubby's Hot Chicken offers great service, having friendly staff members that are immediately very patient and respectful. The environment & interor of the restaurant itself was enjoyable, the food came quickly (quicker than I expected, even) and the food smelt and tasted quite amazing. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who might be in the area! read more

Do not recommend Chubby's. Overpriced street food. Paid $20-30 per person for average chicken and bland cole slaw. Probably will only come for the fried pickles but even those are overpriced at $5 for a small tray. Can't believe this is "street food" and they are charging taxes too. Id go to Daves Hot Chicken on Marygold they are cheaper read more

Just tried Chubbys hot chicken for the first time and I really wasn't disappointed at all. The service was fantastic very friendly and polite. The area that they sell from their truck is super clean. I ordered the chubby fries and I'm not disappointed. All the chicken is really tender spicy enough for me. I ordered the hot smoke. I'm sure you can get it hotter but this was good enough for mefries point the coleslaw on top and the sauce that he puts fantastic. I definitely will be coming back not disappointed at all. read more

Probably some of the best chicken I've ever had in my life. I literally dumb here every single week they are open four days a week and I'm here at least half of those can never get enough is definitely a must try and yes that shit is hot. go ahead and try it read more

By far the best hot chicken around super tender, super good quality excellent customer service

Must try! If you like spicy food I would highly recommend, we got Chubbys heat in the chicken strips and crying chubby in the chubby chicken fries. We didn't think the chubby chicken fries were as spicy as the chicken fingers, we don't know if maybe because the chicken is cut up in small pieces in the fries maybe you can't taste the spice as much there but we thought the chicken fingers were a lot spicier. In my opinion the chicken strips are the best value, they are a great size and comes with fries. The fried pickles were also good, the pickles taste like they are made in house. We also got the fried mushrooms and those were AMAZING. And they have a good system going, they gave us our food pretty quick. read more

This chicken hits the SPOT!!!! I love me some chubbys crying seasoning! ( I love me some spice). For the price I got a great amount of well seasoned fried, crispy chicken, and a party in my mouth!
