    Prime rib with mashed potatoes
    Erika C.

Our family's go-to steakhouse in the area. My family and I have eaten at Texas Roadhouse in Rialto multiple times, and it continues to be one of our favorite places when we're craving steak or celebrating a special occasion. In our opinion, it's one of the best steakhouse options in the area. We've visited during weekday lunches, dinners, and busy weekends. Since there aren't many steakhouses nearby, this location gets packed. On especially busy days, the wait can be anywhere from one to two hours. Thankfully, they offer an online waitlist, which helps a lot because you can add your name before heading over. My husband and I usually order the prime rib, and their creamy horseradish sauce is one of my favorite parts of the meal. My parents normally get the T-bone or ribeye, and even my daughter loves the steak here. The steaks are usually cooked correctly. There have been a few times when ours came out slightly more done than requested during a rush, but they were still good, and the staff is quick to correct mistakes when needed. Of course, the fresh rolls with cinnamon butter are always a family favorite. Their sides and drinks are also good, although some of the sides can occasionally be a little salty. The restaurant is impressively clean considering how busy it stays. Just know that the atmosphere is usually loud, crowded, and energetic--not the place for a quiet dinner. Parking can also be difficult. They have their own lot, but it fills up quickly. My husband once brought friends here, and one of them said the food at this location tasted better than other Texas Roadhouse locations he had visited. We don't have another location to compare it to, but we'll take his word for it! Whenever our family is craving steak, this location consistently hits the spot.

My husband and I always make it a point to get to Texas Roadhouse right when they open because the wait times can get pretty long later in the day. It's become one of our steak spots, and they never disappoint! We always order the 20 ounce ribeye, and it's consistently cooked to perfection juicy, flavorful, and exactly how we order it. The food quality is always good. The service is also worth mentioning. The servers are always friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which makes the experience even better. Between the great steaks, welcoming atmosphere, and reliable service, this location continues to be our go to

I love this Texas Roadhouse !! They have great steaks, and all menu items are so good !! Great menu ! hot bread served. I usually have the sirloin. however, they offer so many styles and cuts of beef and also salmon. They also offer great appetizers and sides that are amazing. Loaded potatos, veggies, Mac n cheese !! omg great variations of great food, texas style. good portions, friendly service !! Isabel was amazing and very friendly, knowledable and professional. I love stopping by for a good meal b4 headed to yamava for a good concert. !!

They were packed on Thursday night! Very glad we put ourselves on the waitlist about 10 minutes before arriving. Lots of birthdays which was fun. Our server was very nice, but she did ask us if we wanted things that were an up-charge without informing us that they were, which I don't like. (ie "do you want your mashed potatoes loaded?") I knew it was an up-charge but I think it's best practice to let people know so they don't complain/get surprised later. I wouldn't order the ribs again because they were dry and I also wouldn't order the BBQ chicken because it's truly just chicken with sauce on it. We LOVE the seasoned rice and they cooked our steaks perfectly (medium and medium rare). The fries were well seasoned too. I also liked the chili a lot it was very flavorful. We asked for garlic butter with our rolls which is a hack I saw online and it was pretty good!

You know what makes your meal perfect. Having a wonderful cheerful person like Ashley. Such a joyful upbeat energetic worker rushing from one table to the next and maintaining her great wonderful personality. My 20 ounce ribeye steak certainly hit the spot. Sure made our day with the excellent service all the way around and a perfect meal.

The FREE house rolls are my fav. This fresh, slightly sweet dinner rolls are amazing T^T (tears of joy). I can eat baskets of this if I wasn't saving room for actual dinner. The housemade honey cinnamon butter that it comes with is also a perfect pair for it. Also, don't be shy asking for more rolls. I appreciate how the staff even encourages you to do so. Peanuts Free! Comes in bags so you can eat here or grab and go. Fried Pickles Good but salty. Ribeye Steak  When cooked right (medium rare) it is SOOO GOOD. However, I am a little cursed... I tend to end up with medium or medium well even tho I always ask for medium rare. For example on my last visit here, the steak was not cut evenly so some parts were just right while some parts were overcooked. Ribs Enjoyed it. Significant for me to say bc I've been going though a phase where I'm tired of Western/American Style bbq ribs. I think the usual prep for it just involves too much sauce and dry, overcooked meat. Not the case at here. The ribs are not over-sauced (tho you can ask for extra if you like that) and fall off the bone tender.  Sides: Have tried baked sweet potato w/ honey butter cinnamon (ofc), house salad w/ honey lime dressing (would buy a bottle of this dressing), fresh veggies (steamed broccoli and carrots), and mushroom. Among these, I'd add that the sweet potato is very delicious and filling. The veggies are standard. For the mushroom, don't get it as a side like I did, just get the add on gravy version for +$2.99 so that you can smoother it on your steak.  For first timers, I'd say JUST DO IT and go for the 12oz ribeye & rib combo for $38.99 for the best of both words. Personally, I am eyeing the blooming onion and prime rib for my next order. ps. If ur doing a bday celebration, they bring out a saddle for u for u to ride on an yell "YEEHAW!"

Had a large party and was able to go on their app/online for a waitlist. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Robertt the server was really good, and was quick with refills and taking away dirty dishes. He did a great Job. Especially for a Sunday night when it's an hr+ waitlist. Only critique we had were some of our steaks were on different plates which for us isn't an issue we just switch them up and we're goods bbq chicken was super tender. Staff tonight rocked it for me.

First timer.! Stopped by Texas Roadhouse for dinner and had a really good experience. Service was good, and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. The steak was cooked the way my wife asked and had good flavor. Sides were solid, and the fresh bread with cinnamon butter was the best thing ever lol Would definitely come back.

Texas Roadhouse never fails to put me in a good mood the second I walk in. The smell of fresh-baked bread hits you immediately, and that warm roll with cinnamon butter might honestly be one of the best free things a restaurant gives you. Their hand-cut steaks are always cooked exactly how I ask, the ribs fall right off the bone, and the made-from-scratch sides taste like someone's actual grandma made them. What really won me over, though, is their app -- being able to join the waitlist before I even leave the house is such a smart little feature. I just add my name, get a text when my table's close to ready, and skip standing around hungry while everyone else waits. It makes the whole experience feel so much smoother, especially on busy weekend nights. Add in the friendly staff and prices that don't make my wallet cry, and it's easy to see why this place is a regular go-to for me. You can never go wrong by coming here.

Today 7/2/26 around 5:30 pm was my first experience at Texas Roadhouse, when entering and checking in with the host my expectations were low because the host wasn't welcoming and the restaurant was busy! Even our initial waiter was very short with us but kind. He went on his break so we had the pleasure of meeting Sophie! She was so enthusiastic and friendly! It really turned my whole experience around! Some of the best costumer service ever! The food was good and the drink she recommended was great! Thank you again Sophie!

Service was great but this is how my silverware was received this was June 29 4:01pm

Service was great but there was left over food on my silverware from the night before . Made me not want to eat This was taken June 29 , 4:01pm

Oops, I forgot to post a review for this place!! My friends and I made a pit stop at Texas Roadhouse before our retreat for church. I wasn't that hungry so I just ordered a kid's meal. It was really nice. We got seated quite quickly, considering that it was dinner time. They put us in a large booth. I liked the overall vibes of this pace. It's definitely suited for a large group of us. Thanks, Texas Roadhouse!

I have never been to a Texas Roadhouse before this experience and I thought the food was great! We can for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon as a group of 7 with no reservation and we were seated in about 10 minutes. The restaurant is huge so can serve a lot of people. We had some peanuts in the lobby while we waited. We ordered the cactus blossom/blooming onion to share and then everyone got individual steak dishes. Their steak is about $30 per dish which is such a great deal since most restaurants charge $50-60 for a filet mignon. I'm sure their meat quality is not the same as fancier places but my steak was still cooked a nice medium rare and tasted great. We spent ~$200 for all of us (kids shared a dish). Free parking in the lot but it was pretty busy even on a Saturday outside of peak meal times.

They've been in that location for 19 years but first thing to know is there is no dine in option and if you blink, you'll pass right by it. You walk in, there's the order/pick up counter and a couple chairs to sit in to wait for your order, a jukebox that says "do not touch" and a soda fridge. But don't fret, the ribs are worth picking up or having delivered. Fresh, succulent, "cut it with a spoon" tender and meaty ribs. Very good sauce covering everything and I don't say this lightly. I usually eat my ribs sauceless or with just a little to dip in to but not this time. All my fingers and half my face got sauced and I didn't care. The sides were as noteworthy as the ribs. Delicious, moist, cheesy homemade (or good as homemade if it was store bought) mac & cheese and baked beans cooked to perfection. The only things that held up the fifth star was 1. Their sliced beef. It was fatty and drenched in bbq sauce like they were hiding their sliced beef shame in it, 2. The service was slow. I called in the order, was told 15 minutes, I arrived 30 mins later and they hadn't even started putting the order together. I ended up waiting an additional 15 mins while they prepared the order, and 3. Their hours are a little selective. Make sure you check the hours on the day you go. All of this is forgivable though because what they do right, they do RIGHT!! And they definitely do ribs right. Sorry, I failed to capture any pictures.

I had high hopes for this place, but was disappointed, big time. I ordered hot links, beef ribs, macaroni and cheese and greens on my visit about a month ago. To be honest, I didn't care for anything I got... the ribs tasted like they were made in an oven versus on a grill and were not flavorful. I was not a fan of the barbecue sauce as I like more of a brown sugar, sweet smokey flavor which this sauce did not have. The hot links tasted like big Slim Jim's which was a no for me. Mac & cheese and greens were subpar as well. Everything was just lacking IMO. It could've been just me because I saw many people coming to pick up their orders and leaving with bags of food. But I was not impressed and think Lucille's has better BBQ. Sorry Westside.

Don't want to be sweating while you're eating. Coming from highland/redlands, I am happy that there is a ayce kbbq spot in close proximity. Starting with cons: the parking is absolutely terrible. Parking spots are cramped and there's simple not enough spaces, especially during peak times. Pros: now as a long time ayce bbq lover, I understand that red castle quality is not top tier and I don't expect it to be when I go. I view red castle as an affordable joint to get my brisket and beef belly fix, which are the only two items that I basically get. It's odd reading about others experience with service, because every time I go, the service is always fast. I don't need to ask for the grill change because they are fully staffed and consistently checking in. Sure, the hospitality could improve a little but realize what you're going in there for. To stuff ya face! If you're coming here and comparing this place to other kbbq joints, you'll surely be let down. But to enjoy ayce protein for ~25 bucks without having to clean and prep a solid meal, many would realize the true gem that is Red Castle. I remember when their ayce was 13-15 bucks when they opened. Those were the days. I'm also glad that they allow single dining during the week. Not something that I'm able to take advantage of most of the time bc of work but I'm glad it's offered. I ordered Beef Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Tri-tip, Pancakes, and Asparagus. Tri-tip The Tri-tip was the best I've had. He was even able to get it medium-rare per my request so I was pretty impressed. Whenever I order Tri-tip, it's been difficult to find a BBQ place that gets the smoky flavor well penetrated into the meat, but Wilson's was able to do so. Beef Ribs These Beef Ribs were the best I've had in recent memory (Bludso's/Rub45/Phil's BBQ). Very smoky and super juicy. Fat is rendered so perfectly. Not fall off the bone (which I hate) but just enough tug--perfect. Baby-back Ribs I'm no BBQ connoisseur, just a big fan, so forgive my layman's language. This is easily one of the tastiest baby-back ribs I've had, but it's not my favorite. This seems more like a competition style baby back rib, very similar to the type that Rub45 produces. I like my ribs super smoky, even "over smoked" if that makes sense--with an extra dark bark. The Tri-tip and Beef ribs were so smoky so I'm pretty sure the "lack" of smoke flavor in the ribs was on purpose. It's hard to describe, but all these quality BBQ guys obviously really know what they are doing. But for some strange reason, I've been noticing that the Baby Ribs in particular from these quality BBQ guys are always noticeably less smoky than all the other meats and have a much sweeter glaze. I would prefer a much smokier and savory flavor. Cornbread Pancakes I'm a huge, huge fan of these pancakes. If I had to guess, these were cooked in a cast iron pan. The pancakes are very dense, but in a good way--they will really fill you up. I really loved the texture and taste. There was this place called Kick Back Jack's in Claremont, Ca where I grew up that offered cornmeal pancakes and I've been looking far and wide for something similar. This is way better and I'm so happy I've finally found a place. Asparagus My wife wanted some greens, but I ended up eating most of the tray. Very delicious. I ordered a ton of food. I have a very young child and a wife who barely eats. I was able to finish mostly everything by myself. I am really excited to order from Wilson's BBQ again. He said that he can accommodate smaller orders from time to time if he is given enough notice so that's super awesome!
