    Baked Mussels (6 Pieces)
    Alicia K.

Alright I decided to give this place another try, to see if maybe there was just not enough miren added the first time I came to eat. I started off with 2 hand rolls , spicy yellowtail and a spicy salmon skin. 10/10. Each bite had protein and there was that miren taste. I later ordered baked mussels and was very satisfied that I did. Mussels were better than last time, I mean just look at the presentation. I can tell the staff definitely remembered me too and constantly checked if everything was good. Outdid themselves today, just what I needed on a weekend off. Everything was clean, nothing missing during this meal.

Was craving Sushi and drive by this spot all the time. Today we finally decided to try. It was a Sunday afternoon around 230pm. Parking is a bit of a challenge, there's another restaurant that shares the parking. We got AYCE which is $39.99 a person The rolls we got were good. But not spectacular if that makes sense. Service was ok, she only checked on us once. We only did one round , we should've just ordered the rolls it would've been cheaper than the AYCE. It was a hot day and the restaurant was cool and inviting. Every restaurant is worth a try , it just wasn't my fave.

First time here. Visit Red Castle next door frequently. The exterior is not great in curb appeal but once you step in the environment is calm and soothing. Menu is quite extensive. So much to select. I tried vegetable tempura and the Alaskan roll. My friend had spring rolls and a baked Philadelphia Avocado roll. Delicious. Service is fast and friendly. Waitress sociable. Really surprised us...the whole visit. Coming back to try the udon. TY!

My friend and I wanted to go to the Korean BBQ restaurant that was next door but the wait was long than expected; Fuji Sushi was right next door so we decided to try it out. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted and seated within a few minutes. Their menu is extensive and has options for almost everyone. Even though it was a little packed because it was a Sunday night our server was fast with our order and grabbing anything we needed.

I'd like to start off with saying our waitress was super nice. The place wasn't busy when we arrived so we had our choice of seats. I didn't have the sushi, but my son and grandson did and they both said it was decent. I ordered the teriyaki beef and was disappointed that it wasn't steak, but more like an upgraded yoshinoya meat. We also ordered shrimp tempura and the tempura wasn't crispy. Our bill was $106. Might go back if I'm in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way.

The service was good - one star. The interior was fine and clean - one star The food was pretty good considering we were all the way out in SB - one star Other than that, the ayce option menu was disappointing since I expected to have almost of the options from the regular menu as we were paying the premium for the unlimited option. Instead, we were told that the rolls that weren't listed on the ayce menu had an additional charge. This paired with the expensive price, I truly expected more options but I digress - this was an average AYCE sushi experience.

This place used to be horrrible, but went recently and fell in love. New ownership or new menu, not sure what happened but I'm glad it did! So good, such great customer service here! Their AYCE menu is soooo yummy! And so glad it's better than ever because it's much closer to me! The remodel is also so nice!

The sushi was great! Definitely coming back to this spot. They played good music and the staff were kind! We got AYCE for $40 per person.

I was in the mood for some sushi and I came across this place. The pictures of the food looked really good and I was so impressed that they had a happy hour for some of the sushi that I typically eat. I'm glad I called in because although I was looking at a 4 year old menu, the happy hour changed from 2:30 pm to 2 pm. Captioned within the picture as well said they offered take out too which I was really looking forward to because I just wanted to eat in my comfort zone. The employee also let me know that they no longer do take out and it's dine in only. I gave in and ate inside. I was helped right away and it wasn't that many people inside (I came in right at 2pm). I sat right at the bar and immediately noticed the rules they had. I recall one of the rules being that if you don't eat all your food, they will charge you full price. I've never been to a restaurant like this before so I was definitely more mindful of the food I was going to consume there. The establishment is real chill. The music was good with other people enjoying their conversations. I had a drink and only ordered the California roll. The other employee (I'm assuming is a chef) brought my plate and he was nice and also checked in on me to see if I wanted more food. The waiter who took my order was also pleasant as well. I ate all my food and placed a to go order. Overall, I wouldn't mind going back.

    Fried 8-9 Pieces Calamari Tempura.
    Sophia U.

I really like my Alaska roll and the baked one. The Alaska roll came with a mustard sauce on the side that was very good. I didn't like the fried calamari the inside wasn't fried , the calamari itself was super chewy for my liking. I've had better at other sushi restaurants. Other than that pretty good!

Definitely a hidden gem in Rialto. The food was good, prices were reasonable (especially for the quality), pick up was smooth, and staff was helpful. Overall, a good first visit to Rolls N More. My order consisted of a Golden Tiger and Baked Salmon Roll. Both were tasty. I was pleased (and surprised) that neither of the rolls were super packed with rice. The ratio of fillings to rice was perfect. Rolls tasted fresh and still held up well with the short drive to their final destination. The Golden Tiger was perfectly tempura-ed on the outside. Also, not a heavy fry which didn't make the roll hard to eat or full of rice and tempura on the outside. A very satisfying meal. Rolls N More was a pleasant surprise and definitely going to be a part of my rotation for fresh, affordable sushi in the area. I had my eye on a few other items from their menu and I'm looking forward to giving them a try in the near future.

The fish tasted fresh, portions were good, and everything came out pretty quick even though they were busy. All you can eat is the way to go n We ordered a mix of rolls, plus some appetizers, and nothing missed. The sushi had a good balance--not too much rice, not overloaded with sauce, just clean flavors. Service was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. The place itself is pretty casual, but that actually adds to the vibe. If you're in the area and want reliable sushi without overpaying, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. I'd come back.

The sear was perfect, and the green onion topping and sauce, along with the small slice portions made this easy and fun to eat. Definitely try this in your first round! 5/5 - Shooting Star (front) - Very savory and delicious! If you like the cajun flavor with the spicy aioli sauce, this won't disappoint. The crunch from the tempura shrimp with the texture profile of the crab and rice makes this a very satisfying roll! 5/5 - Carpaccio - This was actually one of the best carpaccio dishes I had gotten, and I think it is due to the seasoning. You only get one order per person which is typical of other AYCE sushi places, but definitely something to savor! 5/5 - Bluefin Tuna - This is limited to one order per customer, but it was the first time I had eaten a bluefin tuna at an AYCE restaurant that tasted like bluefin tuna from Japan. This is more toro than chutoro/otoro, however it did have that distinct bluefin tuna taste. Impressed! 4/5 - Dynamite - Interesting baked roll dish. Served under a small flame that dies out, it was a very savory, easy-to-eat dish with chopsticks. However, it felt a bit overcooked by the end of the flame, which understandably can be hit-or-miss. Definitely try it out, as this kind of dish is typically rare in AYCE restaurants. 5/5 - Del Rosa and East Highland - These are both the same No Rice Roll just with different wraps. The fish serving was generous and we were impressed! The sauce complemented both perfectly. 4/5 - X-Girlfriend and X-Boyfriend - Pretty much the same No Rice Roll but with different fish. Kind of tastes the same from the other No Rice Rolls so I would just get one order to try it out. 3/5 - O.M.G., Pizza, and SBD Hill - About the same flavor profile with the creamy sauce with the seafood that is placed on top of California rolls. You can probably do with just one of these rolls whichever appeals to you. Of course, it is not exactly the same, but we didn't really care to figure out which was which as we were eating it. 2/5 - Flying Dragon - Was not particularly impressed with this dish. There was a lot of rice served for a thin slice of eel and white fish. The sliced onion was OK, and it did not seem to complement the dish significantly. It seemed more like a separate item placed on top of the roll. 3/5 - Cajun Tuna Nigiri - Decent tuna nigiri. I thought the slices were very thin, so the sear actually went through the whole fish rather than just at the surface which would have made a two-texture profile bite. However, it just seemed dry due to the seared thin slice. 3/5 - Cajun Salmon Nigiri - Same issue with the cajun tuna nigiri. It was seasoned well with the cajun, but the thin slice of the salmon made the sear more of a "cook" rather than a seared surface. 4/5 - Regular Salmon Nigiri - Typical salmon nigiri flavor with regular portion of rice. I think it is beaten out my other AYCE sushi restaurants that are generous with their fish portion and provide minimal rice. 1/5 - Shrimp Boat - This dish was very disappointing. While it is advertised as shrimp with crab meat, our whole group found that it was an overwhelming amount of crab meat and could barely pick out the shrimp. Difficult to finish especially in the 2nd half of our meal. Granted due to being a tempura roll, it was served later. 1/5 - Lobster Ball - This dish was also disappointing. While it is advertised as lobster with crab meat, we barely found a difference between this and the shrimp boat aside from shape. Even with the pictures, the size was larger than we expected. Difficult to finish especially in the 2nd half of our meal. Granted due to being a tempura roll, it was served later. 3/5 - Calamari - Huge portions but could have been salted more. Good crunch but I would hesitate on finishing this portion because you might get full! 3/5 - Shrimp Tempura - We ordered 4 orders of this and only received one order (2 pieces). Decent fry and could also be salted a bit more.

Living in Florida, I've tried to find others but none ever compare. Until my most recent trip, however, I had only eaten from their Rancho Cucamonga location. The food at both is great, but I did like the RC location more. The Fontana location is a little larger and seemed slightly less crowded since RC is always busy. The staff is by far nicer, friendlier, and more helpful at the Rancho location too. It had been at least 8 years since I had eaten at the RC location and I don't even know if the Fontana location existed back then, but I ordered from here the first night. The burritos were good as always but the Omokase was my favorite! The spicy tuna inside is yummy and definitely has a good bite to it. The heavenly burrito came with a spicy ponzu dipping sauce and the Omokase burrito came with spicy mayo and eel sauce. The second time I ordered (before leaving to go back to Florida), they didn't give me any sauces and the lady at the front gave me a hard time asking for the sauces that they came with it. I found it strange since RC gives them also and I had placed an order well over $100, but she giving me a hard time about sauces they have readily available pre-portioned by the door. It struck me as odd and made it so that I was always order from RC from now. Although the experience wasn't favorable, the food is so good and with the right people, it should be no problem. Full disclosure: I've never eaten anything other than their sushi burritos so I can't vouch for any other food, but they are alone are worth 3 visits on my 5 day trip! :)

They have a full bar area and two sushi bar areas in the restaurant. They can definitely accommodate a large crowd. They have tvs that highlight games and play music which adds a nice touch to the ambiance. Their bench seating in the front dining definitely needs redone. The vinyl like material is cracking and uncomfortable to sit on. Our waiter was great. He was very tentative and kept asking if we were ready, had questions, or needed anything. The sushi even came out pretty quickly. I ordered the double jeopardy hand roll and absolutely loved it. That peppered salmon and albacore is a game changer from the regular fish. It gives it an extra punch of flavor. The vegetable roll was refreshing and light. A nice bright option from the fish. The nigiri eel, peppered salmon, pepper albacore, and salmon were fresh and I appreciate it being nice size slices of fish to rice ratio. I love that all the rolls come as a hand roll option because it's a little smaller portion. I also tried the Halibut but no my favorite. For a premium fish it tasted slimy and had no flavor. The shrimp boats were not good. They were heavily bartered and fried. It was like biting into grease. I also didn't get shrimp from it, more imitation crab than anything. I don't suggest this item unless you enjoy deep fried. FYI, This place can get pretty crowded on the weekends and evening but definitely worth checking out!

As soon as you walk in the beautiful servers greet you with a smile and are so nice! when seated we got our menus and our drinks were brought to us quickly, i got a pink lemonade and a water with a lemon slice. these servers actually attended me the last time i got here and were above and beyond sweet! Food: i chose the Aloha roll ($16.95) and the Baked Lobster roll. ($18.95) The Aloha roll is a Fresh Roll and my absolute fav, actually surpassing my long standing baked lobster. this comes with spicy tuna and avocado and cucumber, although these chefs do not skimp on the tuna! it was packed full and SO good. it's topped with albacore and a jalapeño slice, and a dot of siracha. The albacore literally melts in your mouth! the rice also is the perfect amount! The Baked Lobster Roll is usually my go to at any sushi place because it's a familiar palate of mine and this is no different. I usually do not write review for any restauran. But this time I wanted to give you my story about…read moreMiguel's sushi. My kids and I know this place for more than 10 years and the food is great clean and the staff always very professionals. About a week ago I went there with my daughter and I have left my sunglasses at the sushi bar after almost a week gone. I realized that I left my sunglasses there so today I went to Miguel place and I asked if by any chance they find my Sunglasses at the bar the waitress was so kind and went to ask the Manager which I believe is Miguel the owner he saw me I where I was sitting with my daughter and I saw him reach out to one of the top shelf behind him and grabbed my sunglasses and give it to me yes, they haveput them away. I say thank you to them for keeping them safe. this is the kind and honest place Miguel sushi restaurant is. I recommend this place not just because of my Sunglasses but also because of the food also and not just at this location but I've been in three of them and I am sure they're all the same. Thank you one more time to Miguel and his staff.

We really enjoyed our rolls: I had the standard Miguel Style Roll, and my bf got the salmon roll. Both were excellent and very flavorful. The one thing we did not love was the nigiri platter (the flying saucer). The fish itself was fairly bland and not distinguishable in flavor between the different kinds of fish. Next time, we want to try more rolls, but will pass on the nigiri.

The wait staff seemed very young and busy balancing the heavy workload as best they could, but the flavors of the food more than made up for the delays! I would def go again

Unfortunately, my last two visits have been really disappointing, and it feels like things have gone downhill. Most recently with my last visit, the service was extremely slow. I watched food sit at the pass and saw my own order sitting on the sushi counter for over 20 minutes before anyone brought it out. At one point for the second round, I actually timed how long it took from when the server picked up our order slip to when food actually started arriving it was around 40 minutes before the first items started to came out. The visit before that wasn't much better. It also took a long time despite the restaurant not being busy, and the fish quality seemed noticeably off. I usually love the unagi and salmon here, but that day the unagi was cold, rubbery, and had an off-putting taste. The salmon tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for a few days and was close to going bad. At this point, I can't recommend coming back, which is disappointing because this used to be one of my go-to spots in Rancho :(
