When I get to the window a girl came and repeated my order but said "over easy." I said no I actually ordered scrambled with the guy. She told the cook and when I opened my plate I get this. Not only is it not 3 eggs worth, but all he did was break up the egg to make it "scrambled." How do I know? Because I've had their scrambled eggs here before and the look, texture are different. Normally id eat it but this was disappointing because this was for my son and we'll kids can be picky as they can be at a young age.

Buns were dry, burgers tough - overcooked, fries were not fresh and they were hard & refried, Cokes were getting VERY close to being flat - hardly any effervescence left in it! Our order was just a few dollars over $40.... Definitely not worth the money! On the good side, nice char flavoring on meat but meat was so dry! Husband agreed and he's the one who really wanted to try this place! He pitched half his burger and the fries were very disappointing for him. This place doesn't even make it to our "try again" list! They don't pay attention to the order, they don't repeat it to confirm it, yet they are very quick to take your money. First off, this joint survives because it's convenient for the neighborhood. That's really what…read morekeeps it alive. The place is filthy and looks like no one ever cleans it. The dining area appears to be a patio that was converted into an enclosed seating area. You can still see the original pillars and brickwork, which don't match the rest of the decor. There was also a car show flyer taped to the front door for an event in Riverside that happened last October. That's just lazy. How hard is it to clean up and remove outdated signs? To me, that's an indicator of a lazy staff, and I don't want a lazy staff preparing my food. The guy at the order window is short with customers and rushes you while ordering. He won't make substitutions, either. The problem is that he's also the gatekeeper for all the condiments and napkins. The dining area is basically just a box with a trash can, you don't have access to anything yourself. Whatever he decides to give you is what you get. There's no room for discussion. Now for the FOOD I ordered three chicken-fried burgers, and there was absolutely no consistency between them. I added pickles to all three, but one burger had only a single pickle. One burger was as dry as the Dead Sea, with no mayonnaise at all. Another had the right amount of mayonnaise, but the lettuce was mostly white stems. Goldilocks wouldn't be able to find a burger that was "just right" at this place. The fries were a mix of undercooked and burnt, which is impressive in all the wrong ways. The portion was also ridiculously small. For the price of the combo, you'd think they could provide a reasonable amount of fries. As for the chicken-fried patty itself, it was paper-thin, about as thick as two quarters stacked together. I like my chicken thick, like my wife's Mexican booty. Overall, don't go out of your way to stop here. If you don't live nearby, there's nothing worth writing home about. They're incredibly stingy with their portions, condiments, and napkins. I've eaten in some real dumps before. Hell, I've eaten kangaroo, raw beef, and even camel while sitting on the floor and eating with my hands, and those experiences beat this place. Save your money and go to Red Robin, or even walk across the street to Pizza Loca.

Freshly made burgers and fries hits you in the best possible way smell wise. Cashier was a professional young man, who answered all my first time patron questions with ease. He then handed me the number plus number stand. Extremely simple but great method. Number goes on top of the stand so servers can see you quickly. After our chat, Went with the original cheeseburger plus a parm fry & drink. Had the hand made fruit punch drink very tasty. Oh remember to ask for their spicy ketchup or moo sauce for your fries!! You'll thank me. Burger was hot tasted as good as I've ever had. Fries were freshly cut, overall crispy but some on the softer side. Actually the mouth fill was prefect with that ratio. Easily some of my favorite fries in the IE. Burger just lost complete control of myself. Think it was gone in a couple of bites. Literally licking my fingers after. So full, as well as treated so well. Price could be friendlier but quality is just that quality. No skimping on quality here!! Def. Be back and recommend to all in the IE and anyone just visiting. It's a life changing moment when you get a burger like this. Much love peeps Fyi, honestly this place deserved 4 1/2 stars based on the quality alone.

It's a sports bar set up. I'll break our visit down... Service: Our waitress was nice and helpful, the place wasn't crowded when we got there (arrived at 4:30ish). They seemed pretty short staffed since there was only one waitress/hostess taking orders for the whole place. There was another girl, but she basically just delivered food and misc items to the table. There's also one other guy I saw that was bringing out food, but other than that...it was just the one girl taking orders and tending to the customers (seems like a management issue). This made our wait a little long (not a big deal). Food: Chips and salsa - were they rationing on the chips? Had a lot of salsa for like a sprinkle of tortilla chips - Burgers - see the pics posted - no complaints were made about the burgers and fries, in fact, we loved the food that we ordered. Drinks: Strawberry lemonade - according to my girls, it's one of the best they've had Watermelon Refresher - very refreshing, nothing to complain about Black Walnut Old Fashioned - really smooth and ol'skool Cafe con Agave - Not a fan! I've had a few from other places and this one was NOT it for me! Expresso Martini - It was just "alright"...I've definitely had better! Shots: Mexican candy, Cactus Cooler, White Gummy, & Green tea...it's a hit or miss with shots when they're flavored but these came out good Shakes- we ordered chocolate, cookies and creme, & fruity pebbles, let me tell you, the guy gets down in making milkshakes cus these were really good! Overall - I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a cool spot to grab something to eat, have a few drinks, and just enjoy the vibe of the place. I would recommend you check your receipts, I didn't realize that we were charged for a milkshake that we didn't get. They also gave us the wrong milkshakes to begin with. Lastly, if you're a big party, be sure to remember there's a gratuity, I spaced out and didn't think nothing of it so I tipped on top of the gratuity. I will say $72.71 in tip was NOT what I would've tipped for the overall service and experience, but it is what it is. Happy eating
