Receipt with surcharge when asking for less food.

I'm always fair in my reviews, good or bad. I lay it out not just for a reader, but also for the business. I travel through and occasionally look for a breakfast burrito place. I found this place about 4, 5 weeks ago. FOOD: pretty good breakfast burritos, 4/5 SERVICE: friendly and interactive (drive thru); 5/5 AMBIANCE: not sure about the inside as I only use their drive thru. Drive thru is a bit narrow for larger vehicles, but it's clean; 5/5 PRICE GAUGING: being that I've ordered a breakfast burrito more than once I noticed most the taste was an abundance of hash browns. With that said, today I asked for light hash. The price the young lady gave over the mic was higher than usual. I then saw my receipt *see attached photo. BM charges $2 when asking for less food. LESS FOOD. It would be understandable if I substituted or added, but asking for less? BREAKDOWN: Burger Mania, if I was to stop by your est. once a week as I have, that's; $11 a week from me, 52 weeks in a year= That's $572 dollars annually. BM decided that it would be a good idea to add a $2 surcharge for (in my case) LESS food. By me considering not coming back, that equates to losing my money going in at $559 a year from today for ridiculous surcharge. Not a good strategy, BM. Not good at all. Note: 2 stars for 2 dollars.

First time trying Burger Mania. I ordered through Uber Eats for delivery. Cheeseburger Mania Combo: I actually ordered a Turkey burger, but I got a call from an employee that they were out of turkey patties, so I just requested a beef patty instead. I rate this a 7/10, it was tasty, nothing wrong with it but nothing exceptional. Would have been better with some pickles and onions and mayo. I decided to get the fried mushrooms instead of French fries and it also comes with a drink. Fried mushrooms: Hot, crispy, yummy. The restaurant gave me a side of seasoning salt (which I requested when they called me), which I sprinkled over the mushrooms. Otherwise, there wasn't much seasoning on them. I rated this a 9/10. Very good, would order again. Chili cheese fries: I added grilled onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños The fries were well-seasoned and the chili was beefy and delicious. I thought the jalapeños were going to be pickled, sliced jalapeños but it was a fried jalapeño instead. I rated this a 10/10. Will definitely be back for more. Overall, what I liked most about the food is everything was seasoned and nothing was greasy. It's hard to find good, seasoned food after COVID. Glad I found this place. Hopefully they will have turkey burger patties in stock the next time.

Enchiladas Mexican Plate minus the beans I ate.

Do not order Mexican plates here. The rice was not traditional Spanish rice and was super mushy. My enchiladas were cold and the sauce was literally tasted like poured out of a cannot even heated up first and had a weird aftertaste. The beans were the best part of the meal although part of them were cold. $14.99 paid was a disappointment for this dish. I will only come for breakfast which has amazing breakfast burritos. The place was clean and service was quick.

I work at a high school and students were raving about this place so we decided to try it out . Plus I checked the reviews on YELP and had really a mixed review so I just want to check it out for myself. I'm not a burger lover but a grilled cheese fanatic so I just had to try their grilled ham and cheese sandwich. It was disappointing cause to me when you say grilled cheese it has to have cheeeeeeessssses in it. I took a picture where not every corner of my bread was covered with cheese. I had pictured mentally how my sandwich will look like ...all gooey melted cheese with every bite. Didn't happen !!! It seems they had only one slice of American cheese to make it a grilled cheese sandwich??? I had the fried mushrooms and that's delicious with ranch dip. But for sure I'll be back to order the delicious hamburger and hopefully it will be as mania madness in taste.!!

When visiting the city of Rialto and tour looking for this is the place to go and enjoy great American food. The food is always prepared fresh to order. They do get mad when you customize your food. The employees are always nice and great you with a smile. The prices are average but the portions are huge. They offer inside and outdoor seating. You cannot go wrong when choosing this location for a quick bit! read more

... what a disappointment again at Burger mania. We got a family pack $34 once again the speaker sucks... hamburgers are slightly smaller no pickles very little lettuce and on top of that the fries are 1/2 empty. I'm starting to believe that this is done intentionally. Disappointing!! We gave them the benefit of the doubt expecting better quality or decent quality... not so. Gave this burger spot a try in the heart of Rialto. Got me a bacon cheeseburger with some fries. Took a bite into that bad boy, meat is good, bacon wasn't cooked too much, and the thousand island sauce gave it that extra little kick. Overall a simple small burger joint burger that did the job. Unfriendly and unwelcoming service especially to people appearing to be not of their race (the gag is- I am). Attempted to double charge me because THEIR machine turned off even after I showed two forms of proof that the amount went through on my card. This place has been a life saver. With everything getting so expensive I can't believe they still have the family pack 6 burgers with fries and sodas. For as low as $35.00 dollars. But that's not all allow me to say the burgers are amazing. Service excellent very friendly. And the place is so cozy. read more

If you plan to drive to order food MAKE SURE you don't go 1 hour before they close because they REFUSE TO serve you inside & only do drive thru. If cleaning lobby is your priority the last hour then you should state it. Save a person a drive. read more

The burgers are good. But they charge for ranch even if you ordered combos and sides you still have to pay for ranch. The pastrami fries is just a box of uncut bland pastrami and so much grease/oil you get sick looking at it. Never eating here again. read more

I was so disappointed to get my burger and it was so soggy. I live 10 minutes away so not sure why it was that soggy. It's like they didn't dry the lettuce and the tomatoes looked like they were very old. Look at your burger before you leave because if not you tossing it in the trash. read more

So this morning I called to notify the owners on my complaint about getting overcharged and the employee telling me nothing about it. Till I got home and noticed on my bank app. I talked to Beto he fixed everything and apologized for her( employee). I just said I just want you to know incase she's doing this to other customers. This is the first time I looked at my bank app. to notice the charge. Because when I asked for my receipt she gave me a generic one. Not my visa receipt. So that's what made me suspicious. There was also a car show flyer taped to the front door for an event in Riverside that happened last October. That's just lazy. How hard is it to clean up and remove outdated signs? To me, that's an indicator of a lazy staff, and I don't want a lazy staff preparing my food. The guy at the order window is short with customers and rushes you while ordering. He won't make substitutions, either. The problem is that he's also the gatekeeper for all the condiments and napkins. The dining area is basically just a box with a trash can, you don't have access to anything yourself. Whatever he decides to give you is what you get. There's no room for discussion. Now for the FOOD I ordered three chicken-fried burgers, and there was absolutely no consistency between them. I added pickles to all three, but one burger had only a single pickle. One burger was as dry as the Dead Sea, with no mayonnaise at all. Another had the right amount of mayonnaise, but the lettuce was mostly white stems. Goldilocks wouldn't be able to find a burger that was "just right" at this place. The fries were a mix of undercooked and burnt, which is impressive in all the wrong ways. The portion was also ridiculously small. For the price of the combo, you'd think they could provide a reasonable amount of fries. As for the chicken-fried patty itself, it was paper-thin, about as thick as two quarters stacked together. I like my chicken thick, like my wife's Mexican booty. Overall, don't go out of your way to stop here. If you don't live nearby, there's nothing worth writing home about. They're incredibly stingy with their portions, condiments, and napkins. I've eaten in some real dumps before. Hell, I've eaten kangaroo, raw beef, and even camel while sitting on the floor and eating with my hands, and those experiences beat this place. Save your money and go to Red Robin, or even walk across the street to Pizza Loca.

Also, not a heavy fry which didn't make the roll hard to eat or full of rice and tempura on the outside. A very satisfying meal. Rolls N More was a pleasant surprise and definitely going to be a part of my rotation for fresh, affordable sushi in the area. I had my eye on a few other items from their menu and I'm looking forward to giving them a try in the near future.
