First time here :) Celebrating a birthday. Don't let the google images fool you, it doesn't look appealing but when you get there and go inside, the ambiance is really chill. It's a sports bar set up. I'll break our visit down... Service: Our waitress was nice and helpful, the place wasn't crowded when we got there (arrived at 4:30ish). They seemed pretty short staffed since there was only one waitress/hostess taking orders for the whole place. There was another girl, but she basically just delivered food and misc items to the table. There's also one other guy I saw that was bringing out food, but other than that...it was just the one girl taking orders and tending to the customers (seems like a management issue). This made our wait a little long (not a big deal). Food: Chips and salsa - were they rationing on the chips? Had a lot of salsa for like a sprinkle of tortilla chips - Burgers - see the pics posted - no complaints were made about the burgers and fries, in fact, we loved the food that we ordered. Drinks: Strawberry lemonade - according to my girls, it's one of the best they've had Watermelon Refresher - very refreshing, nothing to complain about Black Walnut Old Fashioned - really smooth and ol'skool Cafe con Agave - Not a fan! I've had a few from other places and this one was NOT it for me! Expresso Martini - It was just "alright"...I've definitely had better! Shots: Mexican candy, Cactus Cooler, White Gummy, & Green tea...it's a hit or miss with shots when they're flavored but these came out good Shakes- we ordered chocolate, cookies and creme, & fruity pebbles, let me tell you, the guy gets down in making milkshakes cus these were really good! Overall - I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a cool spot to grab something to eat, have a few drinks, and just enjoy the vibe of the place. I would recommend you check your receipts, I didn't realize that we were charged for a milkshake that we didn't get. They also gave us the wrong milkshakes to begin with. Lastly, if you're a big party, be sure to remember there's a gratuity, I spaced out and didn't think nothing of it so I tipped on top of the gratuity. My girl friend and I went on a Sunday. When you walk in, there's a hostess stand and you can see the bar right away. When we went, there was a huge inflatable screen on top of a stage and my friend said they sometimes have live music as well. Always closes the kitchen early, the staff is very young and immature. Very rude on the phone, and always uses an excuse to close the kitchen early and not serve the customers. Made a reservation for a party of 25 for dinner on a Friday night and Loud Burger took care of our group!! Above arrival, we were greeted by the owner, Shawnie who was very kind and welcoming. She introduced us to our server and told us she was available should we need anything. Our group was taken care of very well by our server Tony! It was a large group but he never missed a beat. He stayed on top of drink refills, ensuring our tables were cleaned, brought out all our sauces before we ordered and anything else we needed. We were hungry, tired, and impatient at that point. One of our friends mentioned they had been here a long time ago, so we figured, why not? Best decision. The meat inside was juicy and soft, making every bite better than the last. The bun deserves its own shoutout: super soft, never soggy, and somehow held everything together perfectly. The burger looked like it was about to fall apart the entire time, but it stayed intact from the first bite to the very last. I was genuinely impressed. My brother ordered the Yellowstone with a bison burger, and he loved it so much he's already planning his return trip. The place has plenty of TVs, and they were showing one of the marquee football games of the night, which makes it a great spot to come back to for playoff games. Burgers come with sides like fries, onion rings, tater tots, and other solid options--but honestly, the burgers are such divas that you don't even want to be distracted by anything else. They demand (and deserve) your full attention. For dessert, I had the Cap'n Crunch milkshake, and it was excellent.
