First time dining experience here was EXCELLENT. I was alone, so I sat at the bar. Valerie was super friendly, took my order quickly, and was very attentive. One thing I noticed immediately was the music. It was very chill and, thankfully, not loud and obnoxious. I ordered a "flying Dutchman" smash burger and it came out rather quickly...and was phenomenal. It was super hot which meant it came right off the fire and not from under a heat lamp. Tucked away in a small corner of a parking complex, Loud Burger is truly a hidden gem. It was a Friday night and everywhere else we tried had long waits. We were hungry, tired, and impatient at that point. One of our friends mentioned they had been here a long time ago, so we figured, why not? Best decision. We got seated right away, the server took our order, and within minutes the food started coming out. I ordered the Triple D, and wow, those crispy, crunchy edges were absolutely on point. The meat inside was juicy and soft, making every bite better than the last. The bun deserves its own shoutout: super soft, never soggy, and somehow held everything together perfectly. The burger looked like it was about to fall apart the entire time, but it stayed intact from the first bite to the very last. I was genuinely impressed. My brother ordered the Yellowstone with a bison burger, and he loved it so much he's already planning his return trip. The place has plenty of TVs, and they were showing one of the marquee football games of the night, which makes it a great spot to come back to for playoff games. Burgers come with sides like fries, onion rings, tater tots, and other solid options--but honestly, the burgers are such divas that you don't even want to be distracted by anything else. They demand (and deserve) your full attention. For dessert, I had the Cap'n Crunch milkshake, and it was excellent. Stopped off at loud burger this evening for dinner. This was our second time here our first time was good so we decided to stop in for dinner tonight. When we arrived we were seated and we ordered our drinks and appetizers first then after a bit we ordered our entrees. Our family is vegan so we asked if we could substitute any burger for a vegan patty and we were told "yes." We ordered 3-entrees (vegan burger meals) after about 15min of waiting under the assumption that our food was being prepared our waiter told us that they didn't have enough vegan patties to complete our order, they only had enough for 2-of the 3 burgers. They offered us a discount for the inconvenience so we decided to stay. However who sends their poor waiter over to tell us the news??? Why wouldn't a manager or owner come over an address the issue??? No the just stayed silent and hid in the background.After our food arrived I decided to split my burger with my husband. I don't understand how an establishment with a vegan burger on the menu as an entree runs out of vegan burgers??? Total disappointment!!!! All the burgers we got were on brioche and they all tasted great. The service was fast And employees. Were there to help you when needed. There's TVs in the dining area so you can watch TV. I can't believe I overlooked this place--right on the corner of Barton Road and Mt. Vernon, practically in my own backyard here in Highgrove! Loud Burger is a hidden gem. Service was just as impressive as the food. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and fast. You can tell they care about the customer experience. They also offer a military discount, which is a great touch and much appreciated. Another big plus: they're totally accommodating if you have a disability. So second time here this time I brought my Gf we tried kinda a little bit of everything last time I came I tried the spicy chicken fries those are 10-10 ! This time I tried the fried mushrooms and man those were a 10/10!! The fried zucchini my girl said also 10/10! The chorizo fries my man Andrew there recommended them I was honest with him those were a 3/10 i definitely won't try those again lol but overall the food here is always a 10/10 so far ! And shoutout to Andrew tonight that man was on point with everything his service was a 10/10 appreciate you ! Hate to leave this review but I will in hopes they see this and change some things. Loud burger used to be the spot when they opened a couple years ago. The burgers were always juicy, so flavorful, loaded and probably the best burgers in town at a super affordable price. These last few visits since they expanded have been terrible. The burgers are always very dry, they're not as filling and everything just tastes overly salted. It seems they pay more attention to the sit in diners orders than the ones who take out. Spent 40 bucks tonight on two very small, dry and burnt burgers and a small order of fried pickles that were overly greasy and burnt as well. Seems like I'll take a break from this place and stick to in n out for half the price. Super disappointed with the way this place has been going. read more
