ONION RINGS. Huge order. Didn't stay hot long enough 3 out of 5.

Good; the order of onion rings were HUGE and hot.Ranch Dressing was YUMMY and I don't like ranch. I love the shredded lettuce. The bun was toasted The lady at the window was very nice and friendly. Bad; she didn't put napkins in my bag, no seasoning on my onion rings, bottom bun on my burger was hard and not from being toasted, even though the onion rings were hot they didn't stay hot long enough I will return. Have a blessed day.

For a mid-Monday morning, this place was busy. However, the staff was quick and efficient so the line went fast and my food came out quickly. As you can see from my pics, this has a fast food vibe: efficiently laid out, open kitchen, big menu board and cleanable surfaces. (BTW, as you can see in one of my pics, their take on "Happy Hour") Not wanting to spoil lunch, I ordered their Egg Burrito. My bad, this burrito was quite large, see my pics. I was stuffed when I was finished. (Since you're looking at my pics, see the folds on the burrito wrapper!) The burrito, itself, is very simple: scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and cheese. There were plenty of eggs (flat top cooked), the potatoes were flat top fried - still crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the American cheese was warm and gooey. The burrito was wrapped tightly with a super tortilla: soft, held up well and had a very nice chew. I liked the red taco sauce: tangy and zippy but not overpowering. This punched up the burrito greatly. The burrito was priced under $9: be warned there was a 4.5% convenience fee added. So sales tax and fee totaled 13.3% - FYI. I felt I got my money's worth and then some.

The food is good, but that doesn't matter if you're area is unsafe and unsanitary The floor appears extremely dirty, with food debris, spills, and trash scattered across a food prep/walkway area. * There's cardboard on the floor, which can absorb moisture and bacteria generally not allowed in food prep areas. * The surface doesn't look cleanable or sanitary, which is a basic requirement in restaurant kitchens. * Employees are standing and working in the area, meaning this isn't just a temporary spill, it looks ongoing.

Been here a few times over the years. Service is always friendly but they may need a few adjustments. Food needs some quality help. They've made some good food in years past just need some minor adjustments to keep things fresh. Lots of inside seating booths lined down the side of the register. Order at the front and they'll bring your food out. Parking right in front with large space for a semi to get in and out. Easily accessible from the 10 fwy to get in and get on your way.

The food is so delicious! I highly recommend the pastrami sandwich or even the burgers! I love the chili cheese fries and the zucchini is a really good portion and comes with 2 sides of ranch. They have a happy hour menu Mon-Fri for 4.99 with many options to choose from! The lady who brings the food out is super friendly! I wish I got her name! Top notch!

Ham & Egg Burrito This burrito is HUGE and packed with flavor. The price is so worth it.

My orders were, and always are the Breakfast Burritos. I have gotten almost every choice they have and ALL are superb. Their gravy is made in house and does not even compare to the small businesses and big chains around it in the town of Redlands. It is the most flavorful and perfect in texture. We get our burritos once a month because they are so big and meaty, and we add their gravy into it because it just elevates the burrito to a whole new level. You can taste the freshness in their burrito, the eggs, hash, meat, and tortilla. Their green salsa is a go-to. It is served in a perfect amount on the side. For their other dishes, like their burgers and salads, they also do well. I just want to highlight their burritos as we mostly get those there!

"Five stars for Gisela! She was so welcoming and attentive throughout our meal. It's rare to get such genuine service these days. If you're stopping by Redlands Burgers, definitely ask for her!"

    fajita wrap with fries (Asada)
    Mark G.

so I came back a few days later as I was really impressed with the service and food. This time around I ordered the fajita roll with Asada and fries. The food was great five out of five on the food. this time, what was irritating where how warm it was inside and the flies. I spent most of the time fending them off while I was sitting there eating. I told them behind the counter about the flies and asked them to turn on the fans. They did not turn on the fans, the worker that I asked to turn on the fans, didn't turn them on until he was sitting at a table on his break 20 minutes later. By that time I was done eating. What was so funny I brought a friend there telling them how good this place was. Both of us were not happy with this visit at all. The only reason I gave three stars because the food was good.

Had to write actual price charge on my card then actual price
    Mike C.

Food is good here, there fried zucchini are delicious but what is the problem here is they will charge you tip if you going thru drive thru, the person taking orders in putting tip into the charge but telling a different price! Becareful paying with card. She will definitely not tell you she puts tip into the charge.

    Happy hour chili cheese fries
    Michelle V.

Had a hankering for chili cheese fries and fish tacos. The portion for the cheese fries was as expected for a small. Perfect for one person. The fish taco on the other hand had makings to be quite excellent. The sauce on top of the chopped cabbage was very savory and had a slight kick to it. Unfortunately the fish is your standard fish sticks rather than a freshly battered one. Also, be prepared to be charged extra for using your credit card. They do take debit.

We seated ourselves at our favorite raised table in the corner on the far side of the bar. My husband and I stuck to traditional cocktails, and old fashioned and a Negroni. Our friends chose signature cocktails: the Turbo Granny and the Electric Feel. Now the Electric Feel was not just a drink, it was an experience. Our server explained to our friend that he should sip a little of the drink, then chew the Szechuan buzz bud for about 15 seconds, letting it coat his whole tongue, then enjoy the rest of the drink which would taste different afterwards. Our friend went through all those steps and said it was incredible, like all the flavors were enhanced along with different sensations in his mouth, kind of numb and tingly. His wife was not satisfied with his description of the experience, so she bought a Szechuan buzz bud for $2 and she said it was kind of like pop rocks. These buzz bud looks just like a little flower bud like the end of a dandelion once the seeds are blown away. It comes from a plant. Totally fascinating! We enjoyed our one cocktail each here and just had great conversation. It was a fun night because of the company, and also because we had a little adventure going to two amazing places!

We decided on weekend brunch, especially since there were endless mimosas. Our kids have a recollection of being down the class umbrella alleyway, so they were amazed when they saw it. A short while later, we were in front of the restaurant and were quickly seated by the staff. They didn't ask if we preferred outdoor or indoor seating, but we were seated inside right next to the kitchen. We heard that indoor seating was better for service anyway. The interior of the restaurant was "very fancy," and my daughter thought we were in a date spot. We knew we wanted French fries and opted for the garlic Parmesan fries. At first, the kids were weirded out by the arugula, but my daughter ended up enjoying it, noting the bitter and salty notes. My son devoured the entire plate (not the arugula) and asked for another round. We also ordered the lemon ricotta French toast, made from Brioche bread, lemon blackberry butter, whipped lemon ricotta cream, blackberries, mint, and maple syrup. They perfected the crispy exterior, which contrasted well with the fluffy bread. My wife ordered the breakfast pizza--a focaccia pizza topped with marinara, ham, spinach, fresh tomato, red onion, a sunny-side-up egg, and herb-infused maple syrup. This was really delicious with the tart, fresh tomatoes, the salty ham, and the sweet maple syrup. I ended up eating the sunny-side egg by itself, so we didn't get to try the pizza with the egg. Lastly, I ordered the steak and eggs, but it was sadly a small portion. I ordered it medium rare, and it came out medium. The seasoning was a bit strange and would have been better with simple salt, pepper, and garlic. The mimomas really made my wife happy. She started feeling it pretty quickly. She chose the pineapple juice while I got the traditional orange. Not sure if the alcohol made the food better or the other way around. I was brought to reality when I saw the expensive bill, though.

I hadn't been in a few months, and decided to drop in this morning to eat, have coffee and edit photos on my laptop. During the several hours there, I got to overhear exchanges between customers and staff. The morning shift boys were young, but friendly. Let me tell you, once the day shift crew came on, the energy shifted. Andy, I HIGHLY recommend you replace the tall, thin guy with the glasses. The whole time he was there, he acted as if he didn't want to be there. He was rude, stand offish, and completely disregarded customers. As soon as he BLATANTLY ignored a female customer who was trying to have a conversation with him but gave attention to her male counterpart, I was over it. Listen, I get it, he might have not wanted to entertain someone's story. But customer service means to acknowledge the customer and treat them with respect. I can't even count the amount of times I've divulged in conversation with people I didn't want to, but I still treated them like a human. The woman was visibility upset about how off putting he was. I packed my things, went over to the woman and told her feelings were valid because he had been dismissive towards others ever since he came in. I know you're not going to care about my review, I know you're not going to lose much money if I never come back. But people need to aware what kind of employees are here. As for the food and coffee - The ingredients no longer taste fresh on the breakfast pizza. It tastes cheap and rushed. The iced vanilla latte I had was mid at best, I forced myself to finish it. Which is disappointing because I have loved both for years. I think the young boys need some better training on how to make coffee, but at least they were personable. The young guy with long curly hair - keep up that positive energy. You're gonna go somewhere. Highly recommend bringing Quay back full time, maybe make him a manager or part owner because every time I've been there and he's makes the pizzas, everything is He's a staple, and is clearly loved by all the customers who were happy to see him when he walked in. Also, maybe put the birch back on the empty corner wall, looks like someone ripped it off and it looks bad.
