I just left because of the service, and honestly, I didn't feel like I should spend my money here. I stood inside for almost 10 minutes trying to place my order. They weren't busy inside, and the drive-thru didn't appear to be busy either. The lady working the front taking orders never even checked to see if anyone inside needed to order. She was completely focused on the drive-thru. The frustrating part is that nobody even acknowledged me or told me they'd be with me in a minute. I would've been much more understanding if someone simply communicated with me. I'm African-American, and while I can't say for certain that race had anything to do with how I was treated, the way the situation played out definitely made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service should make you feel like your business is appreciated, regardless of who you are. I ended up leaving without ordering. For a mid-Monday morning, this place was busy. However, the staff was quick and efficient so the line went fast and my food came out quickly. As you can see from my pics, this has a fast food vibe: efficiently laid out, open kitchen, big menu board and cleanable surfaces. (BTW, as you can see in one of my pics, their take on "Happy Hour") Not wanting to spoil lunch, I ordered their Egg Burrito. My bad, this burrito was quite large, see my pics. I was stuffed when I was finished. (Since you're looking at my pics, see the folds on the burrito wrapper!) The burrito, itself, is very simple: scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and cheese. There were plenty of eggs (flat top cooked), the potatoes were flat top fried - still crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the American cheese was warm and gooey. The burrito was wrapped tightly with a super tortilla: soft, held up well and had a very nice chew. I liked the red taco sauce: tangy and zippy but not overpowering. This punched up the burrito greatly. The burrito was priced under $9: be warned there was a 4.5% convenience fee added. So sales tax and fee totaled 13.3% - FYI. Terrible customer service, I waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes anticipating cooked to order fresh food. I pulled up to the window and see one of the cooks in the kitchen holding a floor mat near the griddles. I waited at the window over 10 minutes for the woman to take my payment. I could understand the wait if they were busy but I was the only one in line and everyone in the kitchen was laughing and having conversations instead of pushing orders out. Once the tall dark hair woman came to the window to collect payment she rudely puts the device out of the window, I put my phone up to the Device for tap to pay and she says "you have to select a tip first!". Her attitude and energy will be the reason customers don't return. I get home and notice a black particle in one of my drinks, I asked for no tomato and got no lettuce and a thick slice of tomato. When I opened up my ranch there was not only an eyelash there was a strand of gray hair. The fries were soggy and not fresh at all. Our family has been coming here for years and never had an experience like this. Their gravy is made in house and does not even compare to the small businesses and big chains around it in the town of Redlands. It is the most flavorful and perfect in texture. We get our burritos once a month because they are so big and meaty, and we add their gravy into it because it just elevates the burrito to a whole new level. The burgers are always delicious. Everything else was pretty average nothing really stood out. This crazy inflation from $1 menu items to now $4 menu items! Things have changed. All I wanted was a hamburger and I ended up getting a California club sandwich lol although my other half did order a hamburger, a double bacon cheeseburger to be exact and it was fantastic. Both sandwiches were well-made. Had a good amount of toppings and were presented well I upgraded my fries to onion rings And let me tell you they give you a lot of of them. The portions are really good. I also ordered a side of taquitos and to be honest those are my favorite part of the entire meal. The guacamole was fresh they give you a little bit of lettuce and tomato overall really good so needless to say I did not eat a hamburger, but I definitely will next time because I will be going back to Redlands Burger in the near future the service was amazing. The staff is always friendly and kind. I love the vibe of the restaurant. Hello, I'm hoping after this review management will reach out as a returning customer reach resolution . I am a student at salon success me and our group of about 5 goes over and eats lunch everyday. Thursday the 23rd we went in for lunch as usual sat and received our food no forks were given one of my class mates went an grabbed a fork and the ladies behind the counter were speaking in Spanish and mimicking her grabbing the fork . My friend speaks Spanish little did they know the women said "who does she think she is grabbing a fork" because our lunch is only 30 minutes we didn't say anything another person in our group food was still frozen in the middle after the fork incident . I went back the next day to speak to management no one was there unfortunately.
