I've never been to this place and plan to come back based off of the customer service alone! The food was a huge plus but the customer service from the staff was what won me over. Found this spot online with good reviews and decided to stop by on Sunday around 1 PM. It wasn't busy, and the lady taking our order was super friendly with great customer service. We got the family deal ($42+tax) -- 3 cheeseburgers, 6 tacos, and asada fries -- plus cheese fries, onion rings, and chicken tenders on the side. The food came out fast, but overall it was just okay. The cheeseburgers and cheese fries were average, and the asada fries were disappointing -- the meat didn't taste like authentic carne asada. The tacos were not even edible, we threw out 4 tacos. :( The carne asada and chicken, I do not recommend the tacos at all. Solid, hearty burgers and warm service from this family-owned joint! They don't skimp on anything here, including the syrups in the fountain drinks. Never had Minute Maid pink lemonade that tasted this good! Highly recommend opting for the seasoned CHEESE fries over regular to elevate your experience. My bro introduced me to this place and I thought he was nuts to travel so far for a burger but he was right... it's worth it! We wound up scarfing it all down in the parking lot after closing. They close up as early as 3 PM Sundays and as late as 8 PM weekends but do not rush you out if you dine in. The food is mouthwateringly delicious. It is because the quality of the ingredients is absolutely the best, and in everything they create, each ingredient complements the others. I am getting so hungry for my favorite, the Barbecue Bacon Burger burger, as I write this! (Stop growling, stomach!) Rupert and Ann run Burger Boulevard beautifully. The premises are spotless and neat. Although there is no indoor dining, there are comfortable tables and chairs placed in a relaxing environment. It occasionally can be chilly, but there are excellent outdoor heaters. Whenever we go to Burger Boulevard, we are greeted by name, as if we are friends of the proprietors. Rupert and Ann are kind and welcoming, ever asking us how there can improve their fare or their establishment. From In-N-Out to Shake Shack, Five Guys, and countless restaurant burgers in between, I may have just stumbled on my new standard for burgers. The burger patties were smashed, but thick. They were the perfect balance of browned (not blackened/burnt) crust on the outside with a juicy medium texture in the middle. Combined with good cheese, the right balance of condiments, and a brioche bun, and this turned out to be exactly what I think of when someone mentions a smashburger. The fries brought the fifth star. Perfect texture, crispy yet tender in the middle and not too salty. Reminded me of the best fries I've tried from other places in the past. Just misses a great dipping sauce, but good enough to eat without sauce. Haven't tried the Mexican food here, and I doubt that I will anytime soon. The burgers and fries are just too good.
