I ordered a mushroom & Swiss burger w/fries and I must say, it was the best burger I have had in quite a while. Puts McDonald's to shame for the same price you get a much bigger burger that's delicious beyond words. Staff was awesome to. Small crowded joint on a Saturday morning, with unbeatable priced burgers and sandwiches. I didn't care for my chorizo breakfast burrito, no meat and dry, pretty much potatoes and tortilla. However, the California burger was amazing (and cheap!) as well as the cheese burger. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere of this little burger joint is very homey. Patio seating available. We had breakfast and the only bummer is there's no orange juice- which it would be awesome if they could get some local orange juice in there. The service was super friendly with a smile and they were quick at getting the food made. Again it's diner food and exactly what you would expect for that. Eggs, bacon perfectly cooked, toast and hash browns. The hash browns were a super big portion and cooked crispy which I like. They kept the tables wiped down and floors clean. I've been going to Burger Town for years. It's a staple in Redlands. The owner is this super nice Greek man. He sponsored my son in high school football and baseball years ago. He still continues to sponsor kids in various sports and support the local community (see posters behind the register). The burgers and other food there is consistently great. I come here like every other day and it's a problem but a good problem to have lol I usually visit in the morning and grab myself husband and myself some sausage and egg burritos. I've never had a bad experience here, the burritos we order always made great (eggs aren't dry, nothing's ever burned, not too much cheese) so I really appreciate consistency. On a whim, sometimes we'll visit for lunch for their burgers which are always cooked to perfection, flavorful and honestly, the price is so fair. Other than the food, I'm always greeted by either front staff or the gentleman in the kitchen with a quick "good morning my friend!". I see the girls up front constantly hustling whether assisting with customers, bagging order or just cleaning/organizing. Coming here feels really personable and warm. I've never actually dined in before, maybe once or twice but from what I gather, it's always clean. I hardly ever see a table that's messy from a prior customers food or trash laying on the ground. Even with the outdoor seating (which is usually where I'm at) it's well maintained. I typically see a lot of locals come in and say hello and some new faces too. The spot is cute and perfect on a corner next to downtown. If you're ever in downtown Redlands, the smell of them cooking up some burgers is enticing. It's a casual spot with some great food for yourself or a family and better service. Don't pass it up! PS. I've never been to this restaurant prior to yesterday and WILL NEVER return. The cashier was rude and tactless from the moment I walked up to the counter to order. Aside from the mediocre customer service my sister and I both got extreme food poisoning immediately after eating their poorly prepared food. One of us ended up in the emergency because of it. Called multiple times and spoke to different people trying to deflect our claims of undercooked/cross contaminated food, refusing to give us our money back or at least handle the situation in SOME WAY. It wasn't even about the money as it is running a clean, respectable business. Will be reporting them to the county for a check in on the cleanliness of their kitchen. -100/10 I do not recommend coming here. read more

Burgertown USA has been around for a while and seems to have a steady flow of customers. It is super convenient to get into and out of their parking lot. They open at 5:30 am 6 days a week (they sleep in until 6:00 am on Sunday) which is great to know for us early risers. Just to be aware, on the Yelp front page for this restaurant under the heading: Amenities and More, they have a Health Score of B. As of this writing, the deficiencies have been cured - FYI. This is a small restaurant and pretty much self-serve. Since they open early, I thought I'd check out their breakfast burrito. Of my options, I choose the Chorizo Burrito. It was available quite promptly. It fresh off the grill - quite hot! You can't tell the scale from my pic, but this is a very large burrito. There are 3 items in the burrito: scrambled eggs, chorizo and hash browns. There were plenty of all these inside. The tortilla wrap had a nice chew and held everything together quite well. The 2 salsas that came with it packed a bunch of heat - all good heat, not the can't-taste-your-food heat. I have added a pic of their support for Redlands High School. Over charged me - the cashier that was wearing the white top and hoops that day was a total jerk. She was short rude and dismissive. I ordered a hamburger combo a burrito and a side of fries . I got charged $22 and change for the drink and fries , then the burrito and extra fries. No burger. I tried asking the other cashier that assisted and she was nice and apologized but the lady in white was rude and dismissive. We have tried the burgers and breakfast, you can get a decent cheeseburger meal here for what you would pay at mcdonalds and you will actually be full. They have family meal deals for less then 40 so that makes it 10 and some change for 4 people. Breakfast is on point, huge servings great prices. They have everything from griddle goods to breakfast burritos. The denver omlette is very good, burrito was a good size and the pancakes are really big. The store is what you would expect for the whole in the wall. Some tables a sign that looks like its from the 90s but hey that is the charm of a place like this. First time customer to Burgertown , I was craving a tuna salad ugh and I was so disappointed salad was Not tasty at all and the bed of lettuce was such a small portion with more red cabbage then green lettuce and the tuna was covered In either pickles or relish not sure but It was nasty I tossed it!
