The only 2 draw backs in the entire meal: his shrimp were a tad over cooked (it's a steak house so we gave them a little room for error) and the potato/corn chowder was very bland and had almost zero corn. It was more like potato/milk gravy. Very thick. I would stay away from the chowder and order a salad instead. But the steak and pasta were amazing. The calamari app was also one of the best I've had. Normally you only get that good a calamari at the beach... well done! My margarita was tasty and all of the sides were delish and the carrot cake was very good. Since it was Buffalo Trace Thursday, I asked Avery if the bartender could make me an off-menu "Cowboy Spritz." I explained the ingredients (which features Buffalo Trace bourbon), and he didn't hesitate to make it happen. The bartender, Eileen, made the absolute best rendition of a Cowboy Spritz I've ever had--exceedingly better than expected, completely delicious, and so refreshing. I really hope Eureka! considers adding it as a permanent specialty drink on their menu because it was incredible!
