I've been coming to Kopper Kettle for years, and it used to be one of my go-to spots for brunch with my family. Lately though, it just hasn't been the same. The last few times we've gone, the service has been extremely slow, even when it didn't seem overly packed, which made the whole experience feel dragged out. The food is still decent, but it's nothing out of this world anymore, just pretty basic compared to how I remember it. That said, my favorite dish is still the skillet with turkey, avocado, and bacon. It's a solid option and probably the one thing that keeps me coming back to give it another shot. They've changed the decor slightly over the years, and there's a nice little gift shop section right as you walk in, which adds some charm and gives it a cozy feel. The staff has always been nice and friendly, so no complaints there. I had breakfast here on February 22, 2026. This was my families first time here. The staff was very sweet and our server was great. The reason for my 3 stars was the little goodies they have for sale as you walk in. They have items you can grab and buy on your way in or out. We grabbed a pack of chocolate chip cookies (8 count) $10, small bag of toffee candy $8, 1 very small loaf of baked raspberry bread $13.50, and a bag that contained 2 chocolate oreos $7. The amount that was charged for these items was beyond ridiculous $38.50 total. Keep in mind there are no prices on any of the items. My family grabbed these items and were told we can take them to our table while we eat because they might not be there when we are finished. The server added these 4 items at the end and I was shocked. I went to the counter with my receipt and I even asked the lady, how much are these 2 oreos. She said ummm, $2.50. I told her I was charged $7 for 2 oreos. I assumed she would correct the charge before I paid, but she didn't. Beyond ridiculous for the prices they charge for those goodies. Cute place! When you walk in, there is a cute shop with goodies to take home or use as gifts. I found a few items that would make perfect stocking stuffers. The set up in the dining area is adorable. You feel like you're in a little village. The menu has a wide variety. I've been here twice now. The first time I ordered the toffee crepes which were delicious and this second time I got pumpkin pancakes that had a syrup that matched perfectly. I also ordered ice tea which did not disappoint. The only thing I'd change about our experience is having a sign that says to wait to be seated. Our party along with the party behind us were confused on whether we wait or seat ourselves as we saw that there were open tables. We decided to stop into this place last minute after finishing my son's tournament in the area. It's a super cute, quaint, country cottage type themed place. You can just tell that everything is homemade when you walk in. They had various bakery items for sale at the front and employees wrapping them up to go. It had unique decor with each table having a different themed doors, faux cottage type roof tops, and cute little lampposts inside. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was good too. I really enjoyed the thick piece of ham on my eggs benny and the freshly squeezed OJ. We all enjoyed what we ordered, and would stop by again if in the area. read more

Best breakfast in town. Gravy is made with bacon and that is true southern style gravy. It's always made fresh every morning. My favorite biscuit's and gravy anywhere. Kopper Kettle is a smallish, very quaint, American cuisine, and basic diner. You can get a sense of their style by looking at my inside pic. I went there for an early weekend breakfast and the service was quick and attentive. I ordered eggs and hash browns, see pic. The eggs were cooked as requested. For some reason, as basic as it was, this really hit the spot. The hash browns came unseasoned, but with salt it was great. It came with toast, I asked for wheat. As you can see in my pic, it comes buttered - and lots of it (you may consider asking for dry toast with butter on the side). Even though they have a "Scan to Pay" on their receipt (which is super handy), they still have a cash register to pay your bill. I love strawberry rhubarb pie. I was in there this morning and they had some miniature pies for sale so I picked One up on my way out. Heard so many good things about this place I just had to come in and try the quiche. Unfortunately, it was noon time and very busy and all the quiche was sold out so I'll have to come back instead. There was a wait which told me the food was good. We waited about 15 min. We got our drinks right away but had to wait a little while for someone to take our order. It was cold outside so I ordered their Oatmeal and a side order of English muffins. My husbands ordered Eggs Benedict. He also could choose from a number of sides, he chose a pancake. We both liked our meals. The menu is large, a lot of great food to choose from. The decor inside has a country theme. Inside the restaurant they have a number of items they have for sale. Omg! I cannot insist enough to come visit the copper kettle! I had no idea this was an actual restaurant that serves the most delicious breakfast ever! There's plenty of seating tables and booths. The parking is good too. I was told by a friend that attended an event over at soaring swine acres on California Street that this was a really great place for breakfast . So I decided to treat my Vietnam veteran to a wonderful breakfast on Vietnam Veterans Day. We were seated right away and the service was excellent and great . They check up on you just enough to where you don't feel like they're bugging you and yet they notice immediately if you are running low on coffee or water. Not once do we have to ask for refills or anything. At this point, nobody knew my significant other was a Vietnam veteran or that it was even Vietnam Veterans Day. I pretended to pay the bill and said I left my wallet in the car . I then asked one of the waitresses if her and the other pretty ladies wouldn't mind presenting my veteran with a gift I had bought him and wish him a happy Veterans Day. They excitedly agreed to do it. I bought him a cute wooden rubber band shooter imitation tiny AK-47. They presented him with the fake wooden rifle and the paperwork that came with it and said thank you for your service and we want to wish you a welcome home and happy Veterans Day. They even went a step further and said that the pancakes were on the house!!! I think this was probably the absolute best service I have ever gotten from a restaurant in my entire life !!! I am 53 years old. That's a lot of years. And so I cannot wait to tell everyone about this place. It gets even better you have to come simply to see the magical decoration. It is like an Alice in Wonderland country theme and I felt like I was in a fantasy fairytale. It is perfect for tea parties and I hope they consider having some dress-up events and selling tickets the fun that we could have in such a magical place. I was visiting the area and found kopper kettle through yelp. It's a homey diner where you can purchase pastries and coffee at the front if you're on the go. They also have a fairly spacious seating area. I got the eggs benedict with hash brown and it was so delicious! The hollandaise sauce really made the dish stand out. They provide a QR code to pay for the meal which was super efficient. I was able to see the check on my phone and pay through apple pay without having to wait for the waitress. read more

We were traveling and went off the reviews of Yelp, so we chose this place. Inside decor was cute mom and pop diner. It's self seating and wasn't busy. Water and coffee was served quickly. Our orders were taken quickly as well, my husband ordered the 18 wheeler and was very pleased with his meal except for the small amount of hashbrowns and the tiny tiny pancakes he got which were no bigger than his palm, they thin and tasteless. my plate of huevos rancheros was put in front of me and it looked it had been slopped on my plate. The green chile tasted fine with a hint of spice. One of our servers was just not into taking care of us, another server stepped in and after almost finishing our meal, we were asked " Are you gonna want more coffee?" Normally you keep serving coffee until told to stop. It was ok because the coffee was not that great and we ended up going across the road to a wonderful coffee shop! My experience this morning reminded me why I don't go to Kopper Kettle more often. When we arrived they were pretty empty but they were almost full by the time we left. Our server seemed like she was new and was obviously overwhelmed. I ordered my usual - the Double Header with a waffle and like normal, the sausage links were barely warm. I tried to get my server's attention to ask to heat them up but we couldn't get her attention. I simply do not understand why they continue to operate short handed. It leads to poor customer service and a frustrating experience. We won't be back anytime soon. read more

Kopper Kettle gave us visiting our grandma's house in the Midwest vibes. Everything felt very homey from the decor to the home style pies displayed at the counter. I ordered the beef dip sandwich with Swiss cheese, onions, and mushrooms, and a side of potato salad. You could definitely tell the potato salad was made in house, it's a little egg heavy but I really enjoyed it. The beef dip was respectable. Plenty of meat, the bread was soft and the au jus complimented the sandwich well. My girlfriend ordered the Denver omelet but swapped out the ham for turkey. This is a very generous sized omelet and stuffed with peppers and meat. Her side came with sourdough and home fries. The home fries are the only reason why I'm going with four stars. They're scalloped potatoes that were a little undercooked. They just had a little too much bite to them. Overall, Kopper Kettle is a great place to take your parents or grandparents out for a nice weekend breakfast, maybe just opt for hash browns instead. Four stars read more
