this is probably like the best food I've ever had. I am from Brazil and this taste better than the food that is in Brazil. Thank you so much for the service. It was very yummy and your employees are great. read more

First time at Flo's Country Kitchen, and I loved the small, hometown feel of the place. The food was great, the French toast was delicious and the country fried steak was cooked perfectly. The chicken sandwich was a bit lacking in flavor. The only downside is that it's a little on the pricey side, but overall, it was a great meal and a cozy spot I'd definitely come back to! Service was great! Our waitress was very kind. read more

They're so nice here but the food really falls short. Chicken fried steak was soggy, gravy was bland, and their iced tea tasted a bit weird. Their pancakes weren't good at all either. This place is definitely patroned by the locals. I wish the prices were better for being so far from the freeway but it felt pretty standard at a little under $20 for a chicken fried steak breakfast. Their sandwiches might be better than their breakfast items, that seemed like what of the majority of other tables were ordering. read more

This is the best breakfast lunch in Riverside and San Bernardino County. Warm and cozy atmosphere and a real down home feeling from staff and the decorations. We have been coming here for several years and it only gets better. read more

Flo's Country Cafe is THE CUTEST mom & pop shop of Cherry Valley. The restaurant is small on the inside but big in heart. They have a lovely outdoor space that makes dining here comfortable. The food is always reliably good. I recommend the biscuits and gravy and country fried steak. Shout out to the service staff who keep things flowing (pun intended lol) at a pace that is comfortable and enjoyable. We love Flo's - you know we will be back! read more

No low calories options. Offer more healthy alternatives for people in low calorie intake.

Always crowded! But worth the crowds. Food is good, I do love their biscuits & gravy. My husband usually gets an egg salad sandwich.

This is the second time I've been to Flo's the first time I enjoyed it so much because they had homemade jelly and homemade salsa and pickles. could buy. I asked the waitress this time about the jelly and she said the new owners don't make it anymore. I was very disappointed because the jelly was so good. The rest of the food was good. Business and gravy are the best. read more

First time ordering to go here.I ordered breakfast and it's very bland. From the pancakes,to the biscuits and gravy and pie.No flavor at all my biscuits were hard and dry.The pancakes were also dry and the pie crust was soggy not appetizing.I want to say the best thing I ordered was the steak and eggs but that's about it.Not worth what I paid read more

I've been going to Flo's Airport Café since Paul and Donna Hughes purchased it back around 1974, and after all these years, it still feels like walking into an old friend's kitchen. There's a comforting familiarity to the place--the clatter of dishes, the smell of coffee, and the easy, welcoming smiles from the staff--that never seems to change, no matter how much time passes. Flo's has always served the kind of honest, hearty food that keeps people coming back decade after decade. The biscuits and gravy taste just as good today as they did all those years ago, and the omelets are still fluffy, generous, and cooked with the same down-home care. You don't come here for fancy trends--you come for reliability, warmth, and a meal that leaves you satisfied. After more than four decades of visiting, I can say this with complete confidence: if you want a place that feels like home and serves food the way diners used to, Flo's Airport Café is still the place to go. read more

Food is amazing! Country home cooking for sure. I highly recommend the philly steak sandwich with grilled onions, bellpeppers and melted provolone cheese with creamy corn chowder soup. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was very good. A nice, quaint restaurant. Would recommend.

Came here this morning with my partner and wanted to give it a try. We came and were sat quickly. The waitress was really nice, took our order, and checked up on us frequently. I ordered the French toast combo with bacon and added hashbrowns and a cup of gravy on the side. The bacon was crispy, French toast was nice and fluffy, and the hash browns were delicious with gravy on top! I was impressed by the portion size as well. My partner ordered country fried steak combo with his biscuits and grave SOS style. He really enjoyed it and recommends those who love this style of gravy to come try it. FYI this place gets packed! We came around 8:45ish when there wasn't many people around but when we left it was around 9:30 and it was packed. This place gives of homey vibes, I highly recommend it! read more

I would give this place zero of the stars if I could just for the service I received. You're friendly neighborhood server name MARIA was so welcoming that she took away all the salt and pepper shakers started cleaning up the tables in an hour before they closed. So we decided to make our order to go to make things easier for her. So they brought us the menus and asked us for drinks. And we asked for water. We waited 10 minutes. She came back to take our order without water. My friend tried to explain to her very nicely. That we decided to take our order to go. And before she even could hear our order, she took away the silverware settings that they had put out with the menus. She said, oh well, I thought you guys were going to eat here so I'll take these then. Nice enough as my friend is he, still made an order. Her attitude about packing everything up, including taking our silverware, left a bad taste in my mouth. So I told her that I didn't want anything. I had planned an ordering the special, which was a broccoli cheese soup. We still hadn't been served water over 15 minutes later. As side note I used the bathroom because I needed to wash my hands and there was no soap. That's just the extra cherry on top of this story. So while we were waiting for my friend's order, he decided he needed to use restroom. Then MARIA came out and tried to have a conversation with me. Asking if we were hikers. I guess if you're not dressed to the nines Then, you're a bum from the streets. i was doing yard work, and on a whim.I asked my friend if he wanted to take a cruise break. We ended up in Cherry Valley. I absolutely assume that I was being profiled even tho I drove there in a souped up offroad jeep...$$ I don't care if I walked up to the restaurant after hoking.... I shouldn't have been treated like I'm going to try to steal her silverware. MARIA IS A JUDGMENTAL PATHETIC, EXCUSE FOR A SERVER. I tried to call her and explain the situation that this was the first time I've been to I sit on a restaurant over a year because I have anxiety and she totally ruined the experience now. She's going to call the cops on me for harassment. Well guess what KAREN, i mean MARIA. I will report you on every site I can find! read more

That star is for the excellent and sweet server we had. The food is barely edible. We have been going there and to the one in Chino for decades. Whoever bought it from the original owners has degraded the quality significantly. We used to love the chicken fried steak breakfast... its not good now. Thin weird meat. And cheap stale (smelled like the refridge) margarine for the rubbery pancakes with the cheapest syrup you can get. Home fries weird and mushy. Such a dissapointment! read more

Came to Oak Glenn for a wedding and met up for lunch with a few friends just before Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - we got a country fried steak (hearty meal) and cinnamon roll French toast. The french onion soup that came was amazing in flavor with the sweetness from the onions, richness in the stock, and just a hint of saltiness from the melty cheese. The country fried steak sat on a layer of gravy and was a thin layer of meat with quite a hard crust. Our friends really enjoyed theirs but we weren't the biggest fans. The cinnamon roll french toast was interesting since it was shaped like a rectangular bread but pulls apart like a cinnamon roll. It's very heavy with sugar so didn't need the syrup nor butter. Quite sweet but I really enjoyed it! Ambience: 5/5 - homey decorations on the inside and simple on the outside. Service: 5/5 - amazing service as the server was super nice and friendly, and took care of us the entire meal. Value for price: 5/5 - HUGE servings so recommend splitting a meal or go for the mini menu options read more

Usually this place is great this morning my daughter ordered a kids cheese burger it came just meat and bun few fries. She wanted all the fixings they made a new shitty burger no fries we got some fries they charged me $15.95 $7.00 for lettuce and tomato. Never coming back read more

Stopped by for my visit in quite some time. Opted for the Monte Cristo with fries, chocolate cream pie, and coffee. BUT, was told I could not get fries (or onion rings) as the cook doesn't turn on the fryer until 9:30 or later. WHY? When I asked 2 different servers, neither knew the answer. Since when should a cook dictate the wants of the customers? How can the manager/owner allow this to be happening? Also, the Monte Cristo should be DEEP FRIED and not slapped on the flat top. And, the hash browns had nasty hard pieces in them. How does that happen? Does anyone monitor any of this?? 2 stars for the good pie and coffee. 3-star deduction for the other stuff mentioned above.... read more

First time here, and the food was very good. Stopped in here after a day in Oak Glen and was seated quickly. Had our menus and coffee in short order. Food came out hot, and there were 2 plates as it was a generous helping. (Must say the coffee was very good and they left a carafe of it so I didn't have to ask for more) I was very pleased with the food, but the lack of a 5th star was due to the lack of service. After the food came out, we got the curtesy "how's the food?" Talk in short order, but after that nothing. We waited to ask for a take home box, but never saw our waitress again. These are my observations for my visit, and I was saddened by the ending as it started so nicely. I would eat here again and hope for a better service experience read more

Flo's was the diner that it's supposed to be. It's very small, very quaint and it's out in the rural area of Cherry Valley. The food was OK. The country fried steak was a little tough. The hash browns were a little bit greasy and the country gravy was a little salty. Deb was our waitress. She was very kind and very nice but advised us that there are no substitutions whatsoever. Took a bit for our food to come out. Would I go back again, possibly read more
