More restaurants could take a page from Sammy's book because good customer service can make just as much of a difference as good food. At that point, we told them we could not fathom paying for our food. The manager said he would comp the drinks. That is unacceptable as the food was the main issue. Casey ended up comping the food and we paid for the drinks we had. Very disappointed in the fact that the manager did not seem apologetic or that there was any issue with this type of service.
