We enjoyed our brunch meal. Their omelette was wonderful and the potatoes are always treat. I would say expect to wait some with smaller set of staff. We like the unique ambiance. It's a place where you enjoy and take your time eating.

Cute little place right downtown. Staff is friendly. I like how they have an option for hosting events. It did feel crowded with all the decorations. Limited seating so make sure you get there early. Lasagna was much larger than I expected and it tasted good. I feel the bread has room for improvement. I really liked the carrot cake and suggest ordering a slice!

I ordered a San Francisco melt. The sandwich was delicious. The atmosphere reminds me one of those old Americana houses. The interior had a great ascetic. My only issue was the restaurant does feel small and crowded, but doesn't take away from the feel and the comfort foods. I a nice spot to visit if want a good sandwich!

Service was great! Food was good. The atmosphere is just so delightful. Portions are fare just enough so you don't get stuffed.

Nice little porch to enjoy your morning coffee with breakfast or lunch with friends.

This cute little restaurant makes you feel like you've been transported back in time, and I mean that in the BEST way! The restaurant is super cute and decorated for the holiday/season, I really LOVE this! They really go all out on the decorations. Friendly staff is always a plus and this spot had the best service! We met the owner & it really is a nice touch to have anyone who runs a restaurant, come out to see how you liked your food and your visit. They're only open for breakfast & lunch, we'll need to come back as we only tried the breakfast and it was delicious! I had the eggs Benedict & my fiancé had eggs (cooked to perfection) and bacon. Oh, did I mention they offer tea parties?! There was a place in Orange County that offered tea parties but they closed, good to know there's a place in the Inland Empire to go too.

Went with a large party (16) for breakfast- made reservations but in spite of that upon arrival wasn't prepared for our group. Restaurant is quaint and beautifully decorated- they also serve an afternoon tea which I feel it's probably more suited for. Service was slow- wait staff seemed inexperienced. I ordered eggs Benedict which I had to send back cause the eggs were extremely over cooked. Meals came out slowly and some guests were almost finished before others received their meals. Had to ask for coffee refills. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of free street parking. Outside seating available. Staff were nice but unorganized.

This place is a vibe, food has a home made taste to it. Would come back to try other menu items.

This bowl of chili (next to cup for size reference) was $15. Disappointed to say the least.

The food leans German-style with some upscale, unique options you don't see everywhere. I finally tried it after years of passing by, ended up going in on a slow workday by myself, and I'm glad I did. The artichoke hearts were honestly one of the highlights, really well done. The beer selection is also unique and worth exploring if you're into trying something outside the usual. Service stood out too. I had a newer waitress who was still in training, and she handled everything really well. Attentive, polite, and didn't miss a step, which says a lot. The place itself is clean and has a classy feel without trying too hard. It's not somewhere I'd go all the time, but that's kind of the point. It feels more like a spot for special occasions or when you want something a little more unique and elevated than the usual rotation. Solid experience overall. 4 stars.

We were visiting from out of town and wanted to be sure we had the correct hours of operation and instructions to pre-order a couple of their pies. While there, we wandered the grounds and thouroughly enjoyed everything. I always love and appreciate seeing colonial period architecture. Even the complimentary bread was baked fresh and a unique taste- in a good way! The shepherds pie was perfectly seasoning, with the meat flavor carrying through the dish even when I only sampled the mashed potato part. The corn chowder was honestly one of the best soups I've had in my life, it was comforting and filling yet still light, with plenty of veggies (corn, potatoes) throughout- I think it was meant to include celery but maybe they ran out today? But I'm happy mine didn't come with celery haha! The waitress recommended the Oak Glen brand as it was the most popular, and gave us options between the seasonal, the "lighter flavor", and strawberry- we were very happy with the strawberry flavor!! The staff were friendly and so cute staying in character. They greeted & seated us as soon as we stepped in. Brought us waters and a complimentary bread bowl with an abundance of butter (some restaurants barely give any). And our order was delivered within 10-15 minutes They have live music playing throughout. The antique candle lights add to the vibes and aesthetic!

Who knew this little bistro/lounge at the Bear Springs Hotel in Highland, Ca. would have such a delicious menu? Oh, and they change the dining menu options ever so often. They also have a full bar menu for drinks as well. The vibe is upscale casual. There are two dinning areas at the hotel. One is the bistro (for more quiet dining) and directly across the hall is the lounge, where food and drink are also available. Great spot for a fun date night. This weekend we checked in and everything was going smooth as usual when we noticed the stomps and banging in the room above us. We stayed in 203. I called the front desk and told them it sounded like kids running back and forth. They apologized for the inconvenience and said it would be address. Needless to say, the running back and forth continued most of the night. I called again after breakfast (apple sausage was amazing) and complained that the running back and forth and stumps was still happening. The tall white guy manager named Josh or Jason did a horrible job of handling it. He kept trying to move us to another room and said there's nothing else he could do. I was like really? It's our anniversary weekend and we're forced to spend it like this? I almost went up there and knocked on the door myself out of frustration. Later on in the evening around 6:00PM, I called to complain again and spoke with Samantha. Now this is a real manager!!! She said that she went up there and heard for herself the ruckus they were causing. She then told me that if this continued, she would ask this guests to leave. The running and stomping stopped shortly afterwards. This year we have spent upwards of $40,000 with Yaamava and really enjoy coming to this casino. Had it not been for Samantha, my wife and I were planning to never come back and go to Morongo for our next outing. Good job Samantha, you retained a valued guests. Sidebar - smoke alarm went off at 6:00AM. Called the front desk and they said someone pulled the fire alarm. I think we're gonna just stay at the hotel on the casino property in the future. It's just too much going on at Bear Springs.

I asked my server about it and could he change one of the smaller TVs that I could see back to the fight. He left, came back and was told by his manager this was a family establishment. I'm not one to make a scene so I finished my meal, tipped my sever well as I do when they deserve it and I left a review stating my grievance on the tablet at the table as I paid my bill. The idea of it's a family establishment is bogus. I'm literally there with my family and every one of us trains BJJ and I myself train BJJ and judo and have had multiple professional fights in my younger years. My kids know this, and sometimes pull me up on YouTube to watch "Daddy fight" there's nothing virtuous about excluding one family because the unrealistic idea that another family might be offended. I was very disappointed and will not be back because I am a man of principle. I guess me and my family are just barbarians how dare we enjoy pugilistic contest. I spent a significant portion of my hard earned money to take my family there. Gas is $6 a gallon and everything is expensive, finneys needs to appreciate every customer that spends their hard earned money in their establishment. I will not be back. There are plenty of other places in town.
