I usually get their taquitos (pro tip get the guac on the side) , shredded beef tacos, and the garbage burrito with no onion. The garbage burrito just hits that spot like nothing else!! I will crave this exact burrito every month or two and it delivers every single time. The tortilla is fresh, soft, and has a nice chew while the pork is so incredibly tender and flavorful. Also, their red hot sauce is to DIE FOR!!! It's the best hot sauce I've ever had, to the point where I could grab a straw and drink this stuff. Not sure why the reviews mention bad service as they are always very friendly and helpful when I'm here and the times I do call-in orders they get everything correct and the food is ready on time. This location is big, in a nice location off Yucaipa Blvd, and the interior is very spacious with plenty of seating and a couple TVs inside. I'd highly recommend you check them out as their food has been consistently good for over two decades!!

It did have a decent flavor though. Hot Cheeto burrito: 2/10 Massive amount of sauces & my niece got a really bad stomach ache while eating this and couldn't finish it. Horchata: 0/10 tasteless, made with powder mix. Watermelon juice: 8/10 flavorful Ground beef taco: 1/10 Premade Shell, cold and flavorless Shredded beef taco: 8/10: flavor was good and wasn't overly greasy, shredded beef was good and shell was fresh. Potato taco: 6.5/10 not too much flavor on these. Green and red salsas: 0/10- both were extremely watered down, couldn't taste any spice or flavor. I really dislike when restaurants do that, they get a few TikTok videos and get some hype then pull back on the value and quality they once cared about. I'm going to come back once more to try the breakfast and the menudo and I'll add them to this review. I hope to have a better food experience next time.

The staff are always very friendly and very welcoming as soon as you walk through the doors. Being all excited about snacking on chips and salsa when I get home when I got home the salsa did not disappoint. The salsa was a 10 out of 10. The chips however were not. Which is disappointing because I've had good chips from them before. These chips were stale like they've been left out overnight. I did call to try to talk to them and I was put on hold twice and no one ever came back. So I gave up and ended up going to Stater Brothers to buy tortilla chips since Stater Brothers is closer than La Casita

We've been customers for years and have always enjoyed the food, which is why this was so…read moredisappointing. From the moment our server (tall skinny guy with tattoos) came to our table, he was rude, dismissive, and acting strange. We are understanding people who have worked as servers and in hospitality previously and decided to remain polite, give him the benefit of the doubt, and attempt to still enjoy our dinner. However, it progressively got worse. He repeatedly cut us off while we were speaking, made sarcastic and strange remarks, rushed us to order drinks, skipped over my sister in law, rolled his eyes multiple times, shouted "if you were listening you would have heard me say I'm bringing water for everyone" very rudely when someone asked for a water, and then didn't return to take our food order for almost 30 minutes after he brought our drinks. When he did return, he was again being rude. It got to the point where he was actually making us feel uncomfortable and we asked if everything was okay and explained that his behavior felt disrespectful. We requested a different server, but instead of addressing our concerns, he began arguing with us, raised his voice, said, "can I trade you guys out" then he abruptly walked away... At that point, we decided to get up and go to the front to pay for our drinks and leave. We explained the situation to the manager, who offered personal reasons for the employee's behavior. While we sympathize with anyone going through a difficult time, we don't feel it's an excuse to treat customers poorly when they have been polite and respectful and put up with his poor behavior longer than we should've have in the first place. As we were speaking with the manager he was nearby and saying weird things under his breath again. While we were walking out after paying with the manager, the server continued shouting at us and saying rude things across the restaurant. He even asked my brother in law if he was trying to fight while we were walking out... we didn't say anything to retaliate and left the restaurant to find another spot for dinner. We had a small child with us and he was acting erratically, so just wanted to share a tale of caution. The food has always been good, the staff (besides the gentleman we had tonight) is friendly, and we've supported this restaurant for years, but hopefully they can ensure a safer and more pleasant dining experience for guests.
