Went here for the first time for St. Patrick's this year. Small, intimate lil place that appears to have its regulars. Enjoyed the vibe but was BLOWN AWAY WITH THE FOOD and MENU. My friends enjoyed their cabbage and corn beef which enough for 2. The meat was perfectly season, soft and flavorful as was the cabbage and other vegetables which my friends enjoyed their is not fond of but enjoyed. Meanwhile, I had their Fish& Chips. I normally get full and take half my meal home but I finished every single mouthful this time. The fish was perfectly breaded and light as a feather. The chips were A M A Z I N G!!!!!! Not French fries but literally sliced round potatoes chips with small bubbles and thin as paper with the perfect crunch. I'm telling you, I'll be back for their food ASAP. read more

Service was ok... and the only reason for the second star. The place needs a visit from the leprechaun of ambiance as there was a decided lack of upkeep and dirt. This place gives the Irish a bad name. The leprechaun nuts were good. But my corned beef and cabbage was bland and burnt... took most of it home for the dog. On top of that, my dinner was served in a takeaway box with plastic utensils. Not like any Irish or English pub I have ever visited. read more

I came in on a Sunday to enjoy a BLT with a sunny side up egg add on only to be disappointed when the Cook Daniel said, he can only make scrambled eggs. I was thinking to myself Why is this guy even a Cook if he can only make scrambled eggs, but it gets better, The guy next to me ordered a burger and wanted it medium rare and the Cook said he could only cook well done burgers and I couldn't believe it. Worst experience I recommend not going on the Sunday when the Cook Daniel is working. I came in prior to this on a Friday and had a great experience, Food and drinks were great, the cook on Friday night is awesome. I wouldn't recommend going on Sundays for food because It to hit or miss. read more

The family atmosphere is amazing! KJ Buddy is a lot of fun to rock some Karaoke with. He has huge selection and really knows how to pump up the crowd. Liam's is my favorite place to go to for Karaoke. However, recently the owner has decided to replace our beloved KJ Buddy with a god-awful mother/son duo on Thursdays and Fridays. This duo fail to bring the same welcoming demeanor that Buddy has always made sure has existed. I recommend Liam's constantly but will always make sure to tell my friends to go Sunday through Wednesday from now on. read more

So I got off work which is down the street and I arrived at Liam's @1:15am on April 22nd and walked inside where there were over ten people standing around the inside and patio area. There was a lovely lady singing karaoke with her date. So I stood at the bar and made eye contact with the bartender woman and waited for about five to eight minutes waiting to be served. I saw that she was pouring large Jameson amounts into plastic cups for the bar guests which made me want my order of a Jameson shot and a Guinness. The bartender proceeds to walk towards me with a not so hospitable look on her face and walks right past me to a customer and tells the customer to tell me that they are closed. I didn't say any thing and just walked out. It's a shame that she acted that way. I only wanted a quick shot and beer. If they were already done why was she still pouring for her customers? I like this place and been there when I was younger. Horrible service from that bartender. Hopefully the owner see this. I had a twenty dollar bill just to give the bartender for a tip. read more

I've been coming to this bar for some years now and a lot of the negative reviews are unfair. Of course you'll get 86'd for being to drunk lol BOTH Djs have hired are doing a great job!! St. PATRICK'S DAY 2022 Erica is our favorite bartender that's why we sat at the bar but unfortunately she wasn't there. Food and drinks are always amazing but wow the waitress chit-chat on the side was so obnoxious. So many new young people working but the gossip and cussing are just not cool. The bartender Yessie denied me drinks with my friend after asking us what we wanted and we said water but because a guy wanted to buy us a drink next she denied us service all together after that. Then proceeded to say she was the manager and she wasn't. The bouncer was rude as well and grabbed me and wouldn't give the owners name or a number to call. The bartender then proceeded to say we did drugs in the bathroom. We're girls we always go to the bathroom together. Especially when the bathroom is way in the back of the establishment looks scary and men always go back there standing in your way when you come out of the bathroom. I am highly disappointed in the way things were handled. Then my friend opens her purse and has a little shot bottle and the bouncer then says "that's enough to get you kicked out of the bar" as we were already outside but I replied with "if that's enough to get us kicked out why didn't you do your job the correct way the first time and look in our purse before" and he said "yes, you're right" the bottle was empty because we had grabbed it way prior to us being there after coming from a restaurant. I hope this finds its way to the owner because I know other bouncers in there and they've all done there job and not once have I ever been denied service or told to not go in the bathroom with a friend. ALSO THERE IS NO SIGN STATING (TWO PEOPLE SHOULD NOT GO IN THE BATHTOOM TOGETHER ESPECIALLY GIRLS) in the back of a dungeon hallway. The bar has changed completely the bouncer said they'd make money without us in there anyway but I don't see how that would be possible when they're clearly kicking people out for no reason and judging based off our appearance. My friend and I are cute so she could've told us that she was jealous after knowing our friend wanted to buy us drinks. Especially after asking what we wanted it didn't make any sense. I'm not a regular here but have visited several times. The food is excellent and beer is good. Unfortunately, I tend to come at the wrong times because the shepherd's pie is only available certain times of the month. The owner is super cool whenever she's there. Also, Erika is awesome. Holy shite!!! Irish pub??? Not at all, this is just a.... I don't know what ta call it. From living and working in Irish Pubs in Ireland I font know how they could call themselves one. Total disgrace to Irish pubs. There is a pride that is taken in the craftsmanship and general vibe of an Irish pub, they thru a few Guinness banners up and some whiskey behind the bar and called it a day. There is no Irish heritage or pride in the place. If you are looking for an authentic Irish experience please don't come here. If bar rescue was around I would recommend it but it's to far gone. Pleasantly surprised by some REAL GOOD changes. Came on a Friday night, California Celts was playing. Definitely in tune with the pub theme. Also, a much improved menu...in fact there WAS a menu. Tried a Hodge podge of food: Gold coins (fried Pickles): very tasty and not over greasy (my biggest problem with most fried food). Would order again for sure. Irish Nachos were super yummy, Irish Reuben was a bit dry, but the fries were really tasty. I have to say I will happily return. If you haven't been here in awhile, time to come back and take a look! read more

Today was my first experience eating at Liam's Irish Pub. Two of my friends and I wanted the "Irish Experience". The food and service was great. Our server was very friendly and attentive as she was also the bartender. She did outstanding. I believe the cook served us our lunch and the food did not let us down. Absolutely will be coming back again. I am a Colton native and I can't believe this place has been here for 20 years and this was my first time there.
