I've been served drinks by several of the bartenders. My favorite nights to come in are on Monday or Saturday during the day when Julez is working. She's really spunky and has a fun attitude. bad servic, came to relax and get some drinks with some coworkers and the bartender didn't even acknowledge us. Took her about 20 minutes to finally get our drinks ordered. I believe her name was "Birdy". I would come to this bar once every weekend and never had this type of service. It's true only takes one bad service to mess everything up, I do not recommend to come to this establishment! The other bartenders are always on their feet and quick with the orders, but it was slow when I went today and still took for to get are drinks And they were to sweet and the others were to strong. Nice place with a relaxed vibe. Bartender Gabe was great. Drinks are good at a reasonable price. We did not have any food.

My husband and I are locals to the area and frequent this establishment. Usually it is very welcoming and home like. A Couple of months on a Tuesday there was a new bartender named Gabe. He was very rude and slow to tend to the bar. Later that night, he ended up dropping his pants behind the bar! Very unprofessional! I hope this problem resolves itself because regularly the people who work there are amazing. read more

Small Cheers vibe type bar. Everyone knows just about everyone else that comes through. The bartenders are no nonsense but friendly and you don't get a fake over friendly facade from them, and I appreciate that. This is the kind of place where proper bar etiquette from customers needs to be practiced though, as I've noticed that the staff does not tolerate any disrespect or breaking of typical bar rules. They do have deejays in Friday and Saturday and karaoke on Sunday, so I like that. They also have a pool table in the front room. Oh, they do have a kitchen that serves food until 9 PM with the typical bar type food like burgers, tacos, tater tots and wings. The food is actually pretty good with a decent serving. The prices on drinks aren't bad at all compared to Downtown Redlands. I do want to address the review from Cassie H. From a month ago though because I was there that night. The bartender pulled your beer from you because you took it outside on the back patio where drinks aren't allowed (This is California, not Vegas, and drinks aren't allowed outside of any bar in California unless there is a gated off designated patio that allows it, which this bar does not have). The bartender did dump your drink because you became argumentative. The bartender also refused to serve you more and told you to leave because of this. She didn't have to give you a reason because in case you forgot, bars are a right to refuse service business and actually do not need to give you a reason to make you leave (Not to mention a business like a Bar is considered private property). So, you actually have no one to blame but yourself. read more

Usually, I like this place, the bartenders are great and make you feel like family. But one bartender has really affected my experience negatively. If I'm friendly with another bartender whom you don't like, it shouldn't impact my treatment. Regardless of the size of the company you work for, It is sad that I can attest to the dislike I have witnessed firsthand during business hours. By observing comments made during work hours and witnessing you asking customers to leave because they like other coworkers, I can say that this behavior is detrimental to the business. If I have wronged you please let me know. If not I shouldn't be ignored or refused service simply because I am friendly with some you don't care for. This is simply unacceptable. It's disappointing that I avoid coming to my favorite bar when this employee is working. Birdie, your interpersonal issues with coworkers shouldn't impact customers' experiences. Really great experience! My brother suggested this place so we met up and had a few drinks. Service was above par. They had this bartender I think her name was Taryn who was top notch. Very pleasant and had a pretty smile on at all times. I may have ordered a few more drinks just because she was so attentive. This is one of my favorite places for drinks. The drinks are priced well, and the service is awesome. Taryn is fast with the refills, and keeps the bar running smooth. She is also good at remembering people's drink of choice, which is not necessary, but helps give it that small time feel. read more

Not the place one would think of for a bomb burger. It's a bar and by all appearances it looks like a fun bar. Definitely a local bar. I didn't try the bar scene but I came in with my wife, daughter and female friend. The bar keeps were very friendly. But the burgers.....awesome. Very flavorful, lots of options. The bar / grill is a cool place, I have been there at least 20 times in the past but on 05/06/18 I went there in the afternoon and the original bar tender was cool, after spending over $100 at the bar a new Bartender arrived. She walked out to the back are where people smoke and took me beer from me, afterwards I asked the bartender if I could have my beer back and she replied "I poured it down the drain " I asked if I could have a beer to replace the beer she took from me. She said no. I then asked her if I could buy a new beer. She said no.", and she began to get angry. I offered to pay for a new beer but she replied, "no I will not serve you" I asked why, she couldn't tell me why. I then asked her what gives her the authority to not serve me a beer and she did not know. The bartender then called 911 and told the cops I was fighting people. Then cops arrived and determined I did not fight with anyone and no crime occurred. I think it would be best for the beach house bar to fire that bartender before she cost them several thousand dollars in a law suite. read more

My gf had the fish and carne asada tacos which I guess shouldn't be served at a surfer themed bar cuz they had no flavor and came out cold. Very clean and good customer service.
