This is such a beautiful space at Yaamava', perfect for a quick breakfast or a sunset cocktail! We loved the outdoor seating area since the weather was perfect for it when we were there, but there are some nice spots inside by the bar as well. We found that the seating areas closest to the food were a bit too crowded, so wander away a bit and you'll find some great options. The food choices were decent both for breakfast and in the evening, definitely enough to get you by until the next meal. Definitely check it out if you have access!

Great perk to anyone staying in a suite at the hotel. You receive complimentary breakfast and pre-dinner snacks. Breakfast is a delicious buffet with hot options such as quiche, pancakes, and oatmeal. They also have plenty of fruit, pastries, and bagels with fresh toppings. Coffee and juices included. For dinner the buffet offers sliders, salads, some type of pasta dish, fruit & cheese, and of course desserts and drinks. Alcoholic drinks are additional but are available. The views from high above are so beautiful and the servers are checking in on you all the time. Very cool perk.

Amazing view! Amazing small bites! Amazing cocktails! That's all you need at a lounge, right? The small bites this evening were amazing. I had a variety of macarons, chocolate covered strawberries, nuts, and bacon wrapped dates. It really hit the spot for a little flavor for the evening before dinner. Tried the Ferdinand later in the evening, which is michter's bourbon, house made aromatized wine, house made allspice dram bitters, applewood smoked. The aroma of the beverage and the taste gave me chills. The atmosphere is pretty chill for a Tuesday. I believe the access to this little find is for suite guests and diamond/turquoise card members. Music isn't loud, although the speakers in the outdoor patio sounded a bit blown out. They turned the outdoor speakers off, so they must have realized how bad that sounded. Although the scenery of rooftops aren't that amazing, but the skyline of the early evening and night look epicly amazing! The service is too notch. I had the same server both experiences I had today. She's a doll, but I forgot her name. Even though I forgot her name, I won't forget the service she provided.

NOTE: The Y Lounge is a VIP Area only open to Executive Suite guests, VIPs and Tribal members. Hello friends! Come visit the Y Lounge at Yaamava Resort on the 17th floor where the view is unsurpassed and Order a Royal Ross, served over craft ice. Its a fresh Blackberry Lemon cocktail and you will LOVE it! It's the drink created here especially for me by bartender Daniel. The staff: Isalia, Catherine, Rochelle and and managers Monica and Jaime and bartenders Vivian and Daniel, Sonny, Tony, Lauren and Chris will make you feel welcome and valued as a guest! Come bask in the mellow lounge which resembles the Monopoly Man's study and vaguely looks like where Professor Plum did in the victim with the candlestick. Very fancy!! The delicious hot canapés and cold tapas at the 5 p.m.cocktail hour and the free continental breakfast are delicious added perks. Just another perk of being a Diamond member so don't forget to always swipe your Club Serrano card and pick up those tier points! You deserve the Diamond life! Don't forget to make reservations and tell them Ms. Ross sent you!

This was a must see lounge at Yaamava!! View is gorgeous, the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. This is a night cap for sure so it's buffet style and drinks. Unfortunately we were at the tail end so the food dwindled down a bit so make sure you go during scheduled hours. This lunge is ope for dinner and breakfasts and again you must be a player card holder. Again-it's a jaw dropped on the view!

My husband and I decided on a spontaneous Friday night date after a long week. We wanted a good…read moresteak and a place to unwind, so I took a chance on Ye Olde Lamplighter after seeing the reviews. Pulling into the parking lot, we weren't sure what to expect, this place blends right into its surroundings and gives major "if you know, you know" energy. It's literally next to a collector's shop. Walking inside felt like stepping into an old movie, very cozy, dim, and full of character. Booth seating is limited, so we started at a small table with the option to move once a booth opened up. Drinks in hand, we took in the scene and quickly realized this spot has karaoke and a loyal group of regulars who bring the entertainment. We ordered pan seared ahi and potato skins to start, and once we moved to a booth, the food arrived. The ahi was fresh and surprisingly good, especially for my first time trying it. The potato skins were classic and paired perfectly with our drinks. For entrées, we both went with the ribeyes and chose baked potatoes as our sides. The steaks came out tender, juicy, flavorful and honestly far better than we expected. The kind of meal that makes you pause mid‑bite and look at each other like, "Wait... this is actually delicious." And the pricing? Perfect. Almost unbelievable for the quality of the food, service, and overall experience. Between the great steaks, friendly staff, lively atmosphere, and the chance to just relax and enjoy each other's company, this place delivered exactly what we needed. We'll definitely be back.

I'm glad I didn't listen to myself, and we went in and had a great experience. I would say that this place is like an old-fashioned steakhouse, dark, but comfortable. The bar area seemed to be occupied by regulars, as did several of the booths and tables in the dining area. We met Lisa & Dave, the owners, and Lisa waited on us, while Dave was tending the bar. We started with two Old Fashioned cocktails, one a Crème Brûlée and the other a Blackberry. Both were unique, outstandingly delicious, and at $9 each, a real steal. So much so, we shared a second Crème Brulé Old Fashioned. FOOD: They started us off with a complimentary basket of Cheesy Garlic Bread. We ordered the Sautéed Mushrooms ($14) to share. My mother-in-law got the Lamp Burger ($13) served with fries, and my wife and I both ordered the Prime Rib (Queen Cut $37) served with veggies & fries. We both got the side salad, but I also ordered a cup of Chili Verde soup ($5). I asked for a side of blue cheese dressing and received a small cup of the homemade blue cheese dressing using Gorgonzola which was fantastic! We finished it off with their Brown Butter Cake ($10) served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I can't begin to emphasize how delicious everything was, and the service was top notch. I guess the lesson is, don't judge a book by its cover (or the parking lot). We had a delicious meal, fantastic cocktails, and excellent service. We'd most definitely return for another visit. Check it out!

Who knew this little bistro/lounge at the Bear Springs Hotel in Highland, Ca. would have such a delicious menu? Oh, and they change the dining menu options ever so often. They also have a full bar menu for drinks as well. The vibe is upscale casual. There are two dinning areas at the hotel. One is the bistro (for more quiet dining) and directly across the hall is the lounge, where food and drink are also available. Great spot for a fun date night. On Friday and Saturday nights in the lounge, there is live music from 6-9pm. You can just order drinks and enjoy the music in the lounge, but you're gonna want to try the food too-it's yummy! The Bear Springs Hotel Bistro & Lounge is not just for hotel guests. It's a go to spot for locals, vacationers and those visiting the Yaamava Casino. Check it out.

This weekend we checked in and everything was going smooth as usual when we noticed the stomps and banging in the room above us. We stayed in 203. I called the front desk and told them it sounded like kids running back and forth. They apologized for the inconvenience and said it would be address. Needless to say, the running back and forth continued most of the night. I called again after breakfast (apple sausage was amazing) and complained that the running back and forth and stumps was still happening. The tall white guy manager named Josh or Jason did a horrible job of handling it. He kept trying to move us to another room and said there's nothing else he could do. I was like really? It's our anniversary weekend and we're forced to spend it like this? I almost went up there and knocked on the door myself out of frustration. Later on in the evening around 6:00PM, I called to complain again and spoke with Samantha. Now this is a real manager!!! She said that she went up there and heard for herself the ruckus they were causing. She then told me that if this continued, she would ask this guests to leave. The running and stomping stopped shortly afterwards. This year we have spent upwards of $40,000 with Yaamava and really enjoy coming to this casino. Had it not been for Samantha, my wife and I were planning to never come back and go to Morongo for our next outing. Good job Samantha, you retained a valued guests. Sidebar - smoke alarm went off at 6:00AM. Called the front desk and they said someone pulled the fire alarm. I think we're gonna just stay at the hotel on the casino property in the future. It's just too much going on at Bear Springs.
