Tukut Lounge was incredible. Especially since the remodel a while back. My boy Frankie J was having a concert there so I definitely had to attend. The staff was amazing, I did have a VIP booth with a dedicated server, who was quick to help with anything needed. Drinks were tasty, beer was cold and the sound system was incredible. I can't wait for the Concert Series to continue so I can continue to enjoy my time at this amazing spot! Shout out to Jeseline, the entertainment manager for always making sure all was running smooth and checking in! read more

We were there Saturday September 28th, 2019. 10 dollar cover charge with players card. Limited seating and the BOE (Best of everything Band) was great. DJ Gary is one of the better old school DJ's that you will find. We had an Excellent night out! Will be back to visit soon. read more

Paying to get into a bar for music with no concise genre of music is disappointing. May 11, Catch 24 night. DJ is trash. Recognize your audience girl. Clearly gen X and millennials in the room. Pick a genre of music and stick to it! Empty dance floor is your sure clue. read more

We came for live music and a friend who was performing. and it is interesting because it is a small space considering and there is smoking allowed inside the lounge at the bar. So the entire lounge smells like smoke. Even if you go to a table furthest away from the bar, it is only like 30ft away so it doesn't make a difference. What's unfortunate is that means for the people performing they are breathing that in too. You would think for it being a lounge it would be smoke free. It also doesn't help that they closed these curtains and just trapped all the smoke inside. There's also no food options or bar food. If you want food you have to leave the lounge and get food somewhere else. Was kinda holding out hope for a better experience. Valerie at the bar is fantastic so this is more about the venue as a hole. She makes awesome drinks and took great care of us. read more

They were absolutely wonderful. Brought my Grandmother here to Soulful Sunday's music for her 100th birthday. The staff and managers were simply amazing. The band was awesome and sang to my grandmother and the audience gave her a standing ovation. Thanks so much for making her 100th birthday so wonderful we appreciate it. read more

I've never been inside but I like to sit at the maimed right outside the lounge and listen to the music. Really good bands and DJ's there.

Here I go again! I went this Friday night again to check out the band that was playing and boy was it a fail again! And to think that they came all the way from Las Vegas, as if there isn't any good bands from the Inland Empire or surrounding counties. Last weeks reply about the bands being hired is that people request them but yet, this is the first time I hear of these bands playing here! And you guys can sugar coat it all you want, it is what it is, the bands are terrible. And if bands are being hired because of customer request then with whom do I need to put my request? Honestly! I don't think the entertainment coordinator takes the time to check these bands play live or know what a good band is suppose to sound like. Simply having a group of people that can somewhat play an instrument doesn't exactly result in a decent band! The bands that are being hired now are worse than the bands that were typically hired, and the worst part of it is that there's a cover charge now! Typically I'd go have a few drinks and dance before heading to the slots, now I head to a different club before heading to San Manuel! I don't like that! I don't even bother going in to the Tukut, I listen to the bands from the entrance and realize then how bad they are and that's a pretty smart move since I won't be out the cover charge! read more

Im so disappointed. This lounge is not what it used to be. They so called remodeled, now they charge a cover charge, they say they enforce dress code but not so much. Friday's is Latin nights but the only bands worth coming to dance to is @NuevaEra Band and @AdrianCrush e la banda. Now they ven charge for a small table for 2. The booths are $50 and doesn't include bottle service. I guess it's time to start looking for a new lounge. Management is really bad now. They are not friendly and a little on the rude side. Not worth the $10 cover charge. Update: so the band playing is LA Miami Sound Machine..a tribute to the obvious, Miami sound Machine. I just moved back here and was looking for somewhere to dance. I saw in their event page there was salsa dancing every Tuesdays and an hour free lessons. I said why not...I haven't salsa danced in a long time and I kinda miss it. I showed up to the lesson with some friends and the instructor was really good (he teaches at Fox Studios in Redlands). I don't really need the lesson but I wanted to brush up on my dancing since it's been a while. I have gone there several times already and the instructor never teaches the same routine. Which I think is great cuz everyone and I mean the guys/leads can go back & add it to their past routines they learned. Oh, did I mention they also have a live salsa band after the lesson! Yes! and so far they are all good salsa bands. read more

I have been going to the Tukut Lounge for years.It is not what it used to be.Dont like the remodel because you cannot see people on the dancefloor.VIP caters too much to Turquoise members,the day I went there was only 3 seated and 20 employees catering to them with Hors d'oeuvres.Come on guys get with it!You forget about the people who keep you going everyday!You guys charge for everything now.You charge $25 To watch a fight now.Thats why I drive to Agua Caliente and Fantasy Springs now. read more

1) Free admission! 2) On Friday & Saturday nights it's setup with about 30-minutes of a live band...... then switches to 30-minutes of just music playing while the band takes a break. 3) Most of the people here are over 40. 4) The live band is decent, but if you're having a few drinks, who really cares if they're good or not. 5) The music they play is mainly 1980's stuff like Rick James, Madonna, and a handful of hits from the 2000's. Ever since they remodeled, It's become very pricey. The cover charge is 10 dollars if you're a member and 20 if not which is fine with me but what they dont tell you is if you plan on sitting at a booth it's 50 dollars and 25 for a small table with 2 chairs! Went last night to see Tierra this is great place to see a band drink prices are average servers were friendly and attentive the atmosphere was great Tierra was at their best and the dj was great too what was his name? San Manuel casino charges a $10.00 fee to enter Tukut lounge which is fine, but no place to sit, if you want to sit you need to pay $25.00 for 2 seats or $50.00 for 5 seats, if your not a member then you pay way more . Should be first come first serve to available seating once cover has been paid to enter. This place reminds me of Disneyland $25 just to park.....there are other clubs available that offer better live music and do not charge to sit. I want to be clear not fun like Disneyland rather nickel and diming you charging cover to enter + having to pay for seating as an additional fee NICKEL and DIMING the customer. read more

Went to see Tierra and I was told by security that I couldn't bring in my smart key holder keychain. I guess they assumed it was a utility pocket knife if some kind and immediately said I can't come in. I explained to them it was a holder for keys and there was nothing dangerous about the keychain. They called over a supervisor and I showed them the key holder, to which they said it's fine to bring in as long as you don't pull it out. That's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard about a key holder, but I moved forward. Then, as I was walking in, the staff nonchalantly says hats are not allowed in the venue. That was not ok with me and at no point during the purchase of the tickets was there a disclaimer about the dress attire. Considering that the venue is in a casino, it would make sense to everyone that the dress attire would carry forward into any space within the casino. At my embarrassment, I take off my hat and walk into the venue. We then notice there are no seats and when I asked about the seating, the staff says I would need to pay extra for seating. Again, no disclaimer about having to stand up the whole concert. My mother is older and unable to stand for long periods of time, so this was a huge issue with us. We talked to the manager and she tells us she can accommodate us with seating for the event, but I would not be able to wear my hat. She tells us fedora hats are accepted at this event and recommended we visit the gift shop to purchase one. We went to the gift shops and they say they don't have any. We were able to find some being sold by the band playing that night and purchased it for $45. When we go back to the venue, we waited for the manager for around 10 minutes because they couldn't locate her. I then noticed there were several people in the venue with baseball caps on and this was probably the most infuriating thing that happened all night! I've never been treated so horribly at any venue or any casino in my life. I only kept my composure because I was there to have a good time with my mom, but this will always be remembered as the worst treatment I have ever received at a casino or venue. I will definitely be putting up some reviews because this should not be tolerated by anyone. The buffet is also $37 each person! WTH read more

I came here for a very long time, Years to be specific! It use to be so different. Now they charge just to have a seat to listen to a band! If you want a booth $50 oh and if your not member make it $100, this does NOT include anything special just a seat..not to mention a cover charge also applies. We would come to celebrate birthdays and just for fun over the weekend. My husband, sisters, and mom came and went in and walked right out after about 15 min. I am so disappointed . Time to find a new lounge area! Also the staff is a bit rude. read more
