The Fontana…read morebranch has been a little less consistent but makes up for it by being way easier to travel to compared to the main branch. I think there's some variability whether you get a patient and helpful cashier or not. Either way, the food and dishes are pretty solid and tasty. I like that none of the burgers or meats have any additives or fillers like one of the posters on the wall says. It's getting harder and harder to have a consistent meal without knowing what actually ends up on your plate. I think the seasoning can be a little uneven between trips. I remember my last trip to Freddy's having everything being on the salty side. This time, everything was actually pretty well seasoned without being oversaturated with salt. My meal is usually a dine-in experience. I've never had trouble with finding a seat or waiting a long time for an order. The shakes and custard are all an excellent treat as well. I think when there's so many fast food chains in the area from Carl Jr's to McDonald's, it's easy to forget that you can have a local place with the right ingredients and tasty burgers at affordable prices.

My attorney seems to agree with this but I have no idea cuz I haven't been contacted in half a month! But I have to wonder why no one from corporate can pick up a phone. I am a working professional too! If any vendor or collaborator called me with a problem as heinous as the one my family faced, I'd be on the phone the same day, within the hour, or drive out to meet them in person. This used to be one of my favorite spots to eat! Now the food is mediocre and the staff are terrible. The drive through speaker has barely worked for a few years now and they get mad at you that you can barely hear them. I paid for my food then before leaving remembered to ask for ranch so they charged $1 (no problem) but I didn't want to swipe my card again for $1 so I grabbed coins and when I looked up to pay the lady was standing there shaking her head with a mad look on her face. Then as I started pulling away I look over again and she's literally giving me a dirty look still as I drive away. (Didn't get her name but only lady in there with black hair I think) I'm disappointed in this place as this was a great spot to eat growing up read more

Rickey (hope I spelled your name right), was even kind enough to upgrade my fries to the Cali fries. Greatly appreciated it and the fries were great too; crispy with lots of flavor! While I understand that fresh food takes time to prepare, those wait times are difficult to justify, especially when there aren't other cars ahead of me. I've also noticed the prices have increased significantly. For example, the pozole was around $12 last year, increased to about $16 midway through the year, and is now $18.09. I completely understand that the cost of ingredients and operating a business has gone up, but that increase feels pretty substantial in a relatively short amount of time. Lastly, the hours are a bit inconvenient. Closing at 6:00 p.m. makes it difficult for many people to stop by after work, especially since that's when a lot of customers are just getting off. The food itself is genuinely excellent, and that's why I continue coming back. I just think the long drive-thru wait times, rising prices, and limited business hours have had a noticeable impact on my overall experience as a customer.
