Delicious!!! I did a phone order for pickup. The lady who answered the phone was nice and I didn't feel rushed while placing my order. I ordered the Jurupa's breakfast platter with pancakes which were extremely huge as you can see by the photo (YUMMY btw) hash browns, scrambled eggs, sausage and ham and a blueberry lemonade. Everything was hot and fresh. The establishment was busy, but clean. I enjoyed both the food and the service, and will be back to try the chorizo and egg plate I was eyeing lol. Literally the best breakfast I've had in a very long time.

Reasonable prices for brunch plus actually being really good?! Sign me up! Honestly one of the best mom and pop restaurants around the area! They were opened on Christmas Day which we were surprised with but they are one of my favorites to visit for brunch! The chilaquiles were 100% crunchy by the time it was served to me and usually a lot of places serve them soggy so I was impressed! Add the rib eye steak on top! You won't regret it. It serves at least 2 people with this dish. The breakfast burrito, definitely loaded with the goods. I would say this is a serving for 2 people at least!

If you're looking for a good home cooked, savory meal, this is your place! This used to be Rodeo Cafe, and we loved them, but boy o boy, I think we found our NEW FAVORITE place!! Service was good, seating was right away, waitress was sweet and attentive. I believe the owners were there (husband and wife) they were super sweet! Restaurant is cute with plenty of inside and outdoor seating and plenty of parking, good ambiance! I ordered their country fried steak, scrambled egg and hash brown. OMG, when I tell you this is the best Country fried steak meal I've had, I kid you not! Country fried steak was so delicious, soft and filling of flavor. My eggs were nice fluffy and tasty. And my hash brown was so good! My husband ordered their chicken sandwich and fries with a side of ranch. His chicken as nice, tender, juicy and so flavorful. And they're fries? Made to perfection, so good and let's not talk about their ranch, oh so good! Overall our meals were made to perfection 10/10! A must try if you haven't already.

Breakfast in Jurupa Valley Eastvale Ontario Norco, this is the place! Realllllllly great food. Portion size is plentiful and won't leave you hungry. Absolutely delicious. There's a message board with off menu items. There will be a wait but it's well worth it. Service is welcoming attentive and on point. You walk in and you feel like you're at home. Happy to call this my new weekend breakfast spot.

Always on the hunt for something new! This lil spot did not disappoint! It's not your top notch looking 5 Star restaurant BUT the food is! Hardy servings with plenty of flavor! We ordered the menudo, chorizo breakfast burrito, steak n eggs, & the churro waffles! All of it was 10 out of 10! I consider myself a menudo snob especially growing up on a ranch! This menudo was one of the best I have ever had! You know it's good when no condiments need to be added! The steak was cooked to perfection & it was tender with the perfect amount of seasoning! The chorizo was quality not that shit you pay .99 cents for at the market! The house potatoes were spot on, you can tell they were fresh because they weren't wrinkled like raisins! Even the coffee was good! This churro waffle was no joke, it was big, thick, moist & packaged with flavor! The service was pretty good & food came out within reasonable time for it being pretty packed! Let's talk ambiance, I absolutely was sold on the welcoming, friendly staff, definitely giving family vibes! I love how no matter how busy it was all employees & chefs took a lil time to interact & to talk to guests! We walked out happy, full & with plenty of leftovers! We will most definitely be visiting soon & bringing others to share this hidden lil gem! Thank you Jurupa Cafe for a wonderful experience!

Great customer service, all staff is very attentive and they super fast on serving your food. They do get very busy at times, but they do their best on getting you in quick. The food is great! I have not had a dish that i did not like, all have been great selections. But chilaquiles are at the top of my list, i recommend trying them half/half so you can try both the red and greens ones .

Great staff and great tasting food overall. Go to: Jurupa's Breakfast Burrito (Add the homemade salsa as you eat every little bite). Other menu items gobbled up and equally great: *Huevos Rancheros *Chilaquiles

I've eaten here about 3 times now and have never been disappointed. Once with friends and twice with my husband. Food has been delish every time with very friendly and welcoming service! This will definitely be a go-to place for us. Also, their homemade secret family recipe hot sauce..... SOOOO GOOD! And it ACTUALLY has spice to it! Spicy food lovers, make sure you try it! As you can see from the before and after photos, we nearly ate the whole bottle between my husband and I . The owner is also very friendly and when he wasn't in the back cooking, he was out checking on everybody. Very friendly and community oriented atmosphere all around. Plenty of parking in the back and easily accessible. Even space for semi trucks. Definitely glad to have this place so close to home.

I've tried this new restaurant a couple of times since they first opened, and I have to say, their breakfast is really good! The flavors are on point, and you can tell it's a family-owned business that puts care into their food. They've only been open for 18 days, so they're still working out a few kinks, but that's expected with any new restaurant. Despite that, the quality and taste have been consistent, and the service is welcoming. If you're looking for a great local spot with delicious breakfast, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try! Excited to see them grow and improve even more. I tried the biscuits and gravy, chilaquiles and the Jurupa breakfast platter. Every thing has been delicious.

I love coming here !! The coffee is always good. Their chilaquiles is the ONLY thing I order because they are soo darn good. The service is always very hospitable, the waitresses and cooks are very nice. They play the best music to get your day started! I recommend coming here if you're looking for great food and good vibes

    Ordered the Jurupa Platter

The food was delicious at a good price to go with amazing service. I am local and will be back to other menu items.

The restaurant and food are definitely giving Hawaii vibes. This is the type of restaurant where you order and pay before they seat you. It took a while to order, but once we were seated our food came out right away. You will more than likely wait in line, but it's worth the wait. They have a lot of staff members that continually check on you at your table. The food is delicious! We both had the loco moco, one with fried rice and one with steamed rice. The fried rice is top tier! We both ordered a side of spam and the Portuguese sausage. Every single thing on our plates was finger licking good, but my favorite thing was my Ube iced coffee. It was delicious and not too sweet which is a huge plus for me. The only downside is that now I want to plan a trip to Hawaii. Lol I highly recommend you go eat at Scramblers Cafe.

Unfortunately, they weren't really my style. The sauce had a tangy flavor that just wasn't for me. If you enjoy a brighter, more acidic profile, you may like it, but I tend to prefer a richer, more traditional flavor. The coffees leaned more toward being lightly sweetened specialty drinks than bold, robust coffee. They tasted more like a dessert or treat than an actual cup of coffee. Again, that's just my preference. I like my coffee strong. As for the pancakes and waffles, they definitely looked great and had that Instagram-worthy presentation. But once you got past the aesthetics and unique menu options, the flavor itself didn't really stand out. Personally, I still enjoy breakfast at places like Denny's, IHOP, Cracker Barrel, or even a good local mom-and-pop diner more. Overall, everything felt... pretty mid. Nothing was bad, but nothing really wowed me either. I also think this comes down to the type of experience you're looking for. Scramblers seems to cater more to a younger, social media-driven crowd. The staff was polite and friendly, but the service felt more scripted than heartfelt. They had pleasant voices and good manners, but I personally value service that feels genuine and naturally welcoming over rehearsed hospitality. At the end of the day, I'm just more of an old-school, traditional breakfast guy. If you're into trendy brunch spots with photogenic dishes and creative drinks, Scramblers might be exactly what you're looking for. It just wasn't quite my cup of coffee. My rating: 6.5/10. Worth trying once to see if it's your style, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to return.

The parking here is a little tough, there's plenty of parking but they're also next to a starbucks drive through so watch out for that if you park in that 1 way lane. It's a bit disorganized inside for pick up. I was told to wait around the corner, but there's no space as people are exiting from paying at the register. It got a little confusing and cramped. Ordered chilaquilies - 3/5 would not recommend ordering for pick up as the chips get soggy fast. Other than that it was okay, plenty of pork. Corned beef hash 3/5 - solid nothing crazy Oreo pancake 3/5 tasted like you'd expect. It's a decent brunch spot, but gets super packed with tough parking.
