Corky's is a nice coffee shop style restaurant to go for breakfast (and probably lunch and dinner). I highly recommend requesting Lupe to serve you. She is very kind, polite, and funny and makes great mimosa flights. She takes very good care for her customers which is why I try to get her to be my server if possible. Decided to treat myself out to breakfast and dine in at Corky's. When I arrived, there was no line. I was greeted by the lady working in the front bakery and was seated immediately. I was probably sitting no more than 3 minutes before the waitress came over to take my order. She was great. She came back two other times to make sure I was good. I ordered the chorizo burrito w/ home fries instead of hash browns and a water because I can't fix myself to pay what they charge anywhere for a soda. The chorizo burrito is simple - eggs, chorizo, home fries, and shredded cheese for $14.19. The presentation of the burrito was a little underwhelming but the burrito was a nice size. It was large enough to share with another person. The home fries inside were ok. They were a little underdone and over seasoned for my liking. Again, that's just me! I know now to get them extra crispy. The chorizo and egg mixture was cooked perfect. The ratio of potatoes, to eggs, to chorizo was a perfect balance. The burrito was also cheesy. I've never had Corky's salsa and I was pleasantly surprised, it had a little kick. It also tasted salty to me but I also don't cook with a lot of salt. My only other critique was the tortilla could've been warmed a little more, not just heated up on the burner. The ambiance here is country kitchen style. They have quite a bit of decor hanging on the walls representing it. This place is pretty large inside and could definitely accommodate a large party. Corky's is my go to for comfort food. I love the diner atmosphere which is becoming obsolete. This location is closest to my home. The server was pleasant and attentive no qualms. The beef dip this time was not up to par. The meat was tough and the fries were super salty. I only ate three and left the rest. The pickle was good. I hope this was just one bad meal. This place gives you a LOT of foood, a lot! If you're hungry and you come in here, you'll be happy! It's got a down home, country kitchen vibe, there are booths or tables, there's plenty of parking either close or within walking distance thanks to it's being close to a Home Depot parking lot. The service is good and the staff is really welcoming, patient and cordial. The food tastes good, they don't over season it so you can season it to your liking. We did notice that the meatloaf and mashed potatoes didn't come with a vegetable which was kind of odd but it still tasted good! Also we noticed the cornbread is smaller but that may be a sign of the times. It's a great value for the price! If you're in the neighborhood check this place out! read more

Came here during brunch time. We were greeted and seated right away. The place was not crowded at the time of my visit. Ordered Breakfast Burrito with some adjustment (no cheese) and came out perfectly as requested. The hash, bacon & avocado melt in such a delish combination. Cream cheese & Salsa (kinda hot one) were provided. Service was swift The only downside was we never ordered coffee, instead only water and got served coffee. No one told me to write a review but I had too this time ! Honest review, first the Food was better than Black Bear Dinner, Cracking N Barrel and can not compare it with IHop nor Dennys. So 10/10 ! Authentic and delicious the pancakes are phenomenal fluffy and just the perfect sweet and salty taste that it balances harmonically . Loved everything we ate eggs, sausage, bacon, Hash-browns and a perfectly warm blueberry muffin. Second , customer service was just on point Kammy to be exact was excellent! My family came out from Arizona to celebrate my daughter's graduation -- a very special and memorable occasion for us. After their early morning arrival, we decided to order 9 breakfast burritos from Corky's Kitchen in Fontana. We've been loyal customers for years and always considered Corky's a go-to for hearty, satisfying meals. Sadly, this time was a complete letdown. After days of thinking it over, I've decided to write this review because what we received was not just disappointing -- it was unacceptable. The burritos we got were a far cry from the quality we've come to expect. Each one had maybe a quarter-sized piece of sausage, loaded instead with dry hashbrowns and a little egg. There was no balance, no flavor, and definitely no value in what we paid for. On a day that should have started with joy and a warm, fulfilling breakfast, we were left frustrated and frankly embarrassed. This wasn't just a meal -- it was meant to be part of a celebration. And Corky's missed the mark entirely. I'm not sure what has changed -- whether it's the kitchen staff, management, or cost-cutting -- but the drop in quality was obvious. I urge Corky's to reflect on what made your food great in the first place: real ingredients, fair portions, and care for the customer's experience. Fontana deserves better. I recently came here and noticed how clean the plates and silverware were. I asked the server who's the magician in the dishpit and they said it's a new guy named "Gabriel." However today the fish was soggy and flacid, the lettuce in salad was brown and not crisp, the tomatoes rock hard with no juice when bitten into. The "fresh seasonal fruit" unripe hard and smelt soured. For the cost the quality wasn't there. Im disabled on fixed income, physical restrictions make cooking impossible some days so on occasion i treat myself, I depend on local restaurants to serve fresh meals as they were ordered and charged extra for. We frequent Corky's often; it's our fav breakfast spot on Sundays. Recently, we've had the pleasure of having Belen as our waitress, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She's super sweet, friendly, and always welcoming. Today, she made me an amazing Cranberry Juice Mimosa, which I've never tried before, and it was perfection.
