From my experience, everything felt disorganized and chaotic, and it gave me the impression that customer service isn't a priority. The restaurant is nothing like it's portrayed on social media. The online image made it seem welcoming and well put together, but in person I found the atmosphere uncomfortable and unsettling. The decor and posters also struck me as looking AI-generated, which made the place feel less authentic. That's just my impression, but combined with everything else, it left me with a very negative overall feeling. It's unfortunate because the staff deserves credit--they're the ones trying to keep things together. Unfortunately, good employees can't make up for what I felt was poor leadership and a disappointing customer experience. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place based on my experience.
