As a burger lover, I'm always on the lookout for a good burger spot, so I decided to stop in for lunch. The burger definitely hit the spot. The bun was soft and fresh, and the house sauce added a great flavor without overpowering the burger. The fries were crispy, well-seasoned, and honestly better than McDonald's fries. The restaurant itself was clean, although it was a bit darker inside than I expected for a burger joint. That said, the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, I had a great lunch and left satisfied. I'll definitely be back, and next time I'm ordering the double burger. Straight up solid af burger and fries. Staff is always polite, friendly, & professional. The space was previously a dive bar, it's pretty sparse, but remains perfect for a burger with family or friends. Only change I would like is ice and fountain sodas, the cans are not always cold and selection is short sometimes. Other than that the ONLY thing that would make this place better would be to be to keep serving these amazing burgers & fries AND be a legit dive bar. read more

Let's start off with the burger. The burger was quite tasty. Looked exactly like the pictures. But It only had one piece of lettuce. Idk might be a smash burger thing. It would of been great with a little more or none at all. Thats just personal preference. There is parking in the back. When we entered this place seemed like a diner or a bar but there was no hostess. They have a kiosk to order. ( I feel like kiosks just take the customer service out of the business but again personal preference.) It seemed dimly lit inside, no music on, just silence. All the times I've been there it was not crowded. That brings me to the big negative. It's not a welcoming restaurant at all. If you're expecting a host and somebody to take your order think again. There is a digital kiosk for you to order. It then magically goes to the kitchen and they start making it! The inside was dark and pretty warm during a daytime in July. No AC. I was the only one in this dark, warm, lonely room. I had to change my order to go because it was too hot inside to enjoy my burger. I changed it to go and found a tree to park under a few blocks away. Finally, one more negative. Please Nice Guys new a nice guy and turn that refrigerator on! My recent experience here was incredibly disappointing. We placed our order, but the staff gave it away to a customer who arrived 10 minutes after us. After apologizing, they told us they would remake it, which took another 15 minutes of waiting on top of the 15 minutes they told us after we placed our order Because we had to repeat our order to them during the mistake, we assumed it would finally be correct. Unfortunately, when we got home, the food was a complete mess--the burgers were smashed together, smothered in excessive mayonnaise, and weren't even what we originally ordered. Food is a solid 5/5 stars! My husband and I both got the Michelin combo. We added grilled onions and removed some extra veggies we don't normally care for in our burger like tomatoes and regular onions. I appreciate adding the extra grilled onions weren't extra, but adding 4 sauces (2 ea) were extra which is usually expected. Service was pretty quick 5/5. There weren't too many people in there when we got there around 8/815pm on a Saturday night. Staff was super friendly. I do wish there was some music playing which would have upped the vibes a bit. It's a smaller place that seemed like they didn't do much but get the kitchen running after leasing/buying it out. That's not something I care about but from other reviews it seems like a lot of people do, so 3/5. Seen all of the reviews and photos online and had to try this place out first myself. The staff is very friendly, they greet you and call you by name. The burger and fries tasted great. I would recommend to the owner to pile the fries on... they are cheap and for $14, it seemed very light. The place has only been open for three months. Needs some music, NFL games... some type of noise. Was very quiet when I was there... would also add some photos/decor to walls. There's one kiosk and a very simple menu. The beef had that perfect char on the edges while still staying juicy inside, and the seasoning was spot on--not overpowering, just really well balanced. I say this wholeheartedly, Riverside deserves better. This place has been open for 4 months now, and you'd think with the amount of bad reviews they'd improve. They have not. This is the second time I come with my husband and kids and both times have been upsetting. Sure, the employees are nice guys, but that's not what it takes to run a successful business. But after going for a 2nd time today I'm breaking my silence. As a mother, safety is a priority and safety shouldn't be taken lightly because the quality of a burger is great & fresh. I almost slipped with my 4 yr old walking to and from the bathrooms. The workers lay out their kitchen Matt's full of grease in the hall way leading to the bathroom while they clean the kitchen. This is such a huge liability and a lawsuit waiting to happen....The same thing happened again today when my husband needed to use the restroom and took my 4 yr old. This place is over priced for the condition it's in, the owners need to take the negative reviews into consideration instead of saying good luck and God's people....paying $60+ each time we come here has been a disappointment, we live across the street and really forced ourselves to love it but after today it's a no for us. Food was better the first time but after seeing reviews about the greasiness I feel like the grill isn't cleaned right and the oil is being reused. I could be wrong but outside of that it's still very dirty and they definitely don't care. Hygiene should be priority when running a restaurant. The employees walk around with greasy ass gloves and touch everything with them including the drinks when they give them to you they're all greasy. Almost like they only care about keeping themselves clean and not caring about their customers. After all we are what keep you in business. I can go on and on about how dirty everything is. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The burger made me feel nauseous, and the patty was extremely thin and lacked flavor. The fries were just basic, store-bought shoestring fries--nothing special at all. Service was also lacking. There was no one available to greet us or answer questions, which made the whole experience feel unorganized. They didn't have ice, and the drink options were limited to canned beverages or what seemed like store-bought water bottles - Walmart brand. On top of that, they didn't even have all the drinks they advertised. To make matters worse, when we were leaving, they didn't have proper takeout containers. Instead, we were given a small bag (meant for a cookie) to hold a chicken sandwich - size of a breast - which was pretty inconvenient. I also asked for grilled onions, but they were barely cooked and didn't add much to the meal. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
