This place is sad. This community that starts their day early deserves better. Me and my family drove through to get breakfast. They open at 8 and we were there a few minutes after. 4 burritos and a pancake plate took 40 minutes to come out. Around 30 minutes in They asked us to pull forward and we asked how much time because we have been here awhile. She proceeds to tell me there is only 2 of them and they just opened. 10 minutes later they bring me the food and she says "he wanted me to remind you that we opened at 8 and there is only 2 of us and we had 4 cars before us". How about a "sorry for the long wait"? Funny part is I was going to order a coffee and she said "it's not ready it would be about 15 minutes. So I decided against it....why would you not tell me THEN that the food would be awhile too? Long story short, if you want to serve breakfast and open at 8, it doesn't mean you have to get there at 8. This is a community that starts their day earlier, if you don't want to serve breakfast for it on time, don't. We will not be back. I'll also be sure to let anyone I know who asks where they should go to eat to not go here. And I work where I am in contact with a lot of people in our community. I normally go to the other location and absolutely love it. This was my first time at the Riverside restaurant and I'll never come back absolutely disgusted. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I went this evening for a quick dinner. The girl that helped me had a blank face with no smile it did not seem like she was interested in serving me or was welcoming at all. But it could have also been the name calling when she was asked to come help me so I don't blame her for being upset. Not the normal greeting I would normally get at San Bernardino. I've been to the Burger Point in San Bernardino which is great, but the one here in Riverside is awful unfortunately. My husband told me not to stop by the Burger Point in Riverside, but I still wanted to try it out. The burger was drenched in sauce and was hard to eat. They also use shredded lettuce, but the one in San Bernardino uses leafy romaine lettuce. The only great thing about this location was the soft serve ice cream. But just so you know, their yelp had a deal where it said if it was your first time there, you can get a free ice cream cone. So I told them and they didn't want to honor it initially, but I told them it was on their yelp and so they finally did. I think they finally removed it because I don't see it, but just fyi. I would say to steer away from this location and go to the one in San Bernardino. read more

Went in to get a pastrami because of the last review. But let me tell you it is completely wrong. The pastrami had the flavor steamed out of it I mean like there was a really weak pastrami flavor. The bun didn't have mustard or pickle inside it either. First time I seen that. You get a packet of mustard and pickle. I would not recommend this place for a pastrami period! Burger Point's Vanilla Oreo Shake is good. The ice cream is affordable and if you want a quick snack or dessert it wont break your budget. The Orea shake is a definate 5 star. Use a smaller straw and make the yum last longer. The straw is fat and fills your taste buds. Mark my word. read more

Do not order the chicken strips. This weekend I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip combo with ranch and BBQ sauce. I paid about $15 for this order and my chicken strips did not have any breading on them. They were placed into the fryer, with nothing on them. Nice inside dining area very modern and clean, since this is our first time I can only go with what we ordered. The breakfast burrito was hot but had weird cheese (not a cheddar cheese) and the eggs were dark brown which means they are overcooked or fire is too hot (not a fan of overcooked eggs) my visit was at 930am and I noticed a big overflowing pan of chicken tenders sitting in the prep station. I asked about how quickly they used and the lady said prepare them and use them til the end of the shift. That's tells me not to order the chicken because it's sitting all day and runs the possibility of not being hot & fresh or dried out. Jury is our whether we try again for a burger. So burger point is one of those spots that you already know the taste and quality before you even go to. It's your run of the mill burger joint you find literally everywhere. Frozen burger Pattys and puck shaped chicken Pattys . Like I'm really curious on what is made in house.Alot of the menu seems to come from a bag or box. The menu a decent size and I do appreciate that a Philly sandwich was added on the menu. But what I don't appreciate is the price of everything for the quality of food they are presenting to its customers.
