AMAZING! Drive through lady was very attentive and could tell I was new. she explained a few of their deals they have on some of the combos. I get my car washed few times a week next door so I know my go to burger spot. p.s. try the monster shake.. its on sale for 2.99 rn and it was gone in 5 minutes . (p.s.s.... a can of monster is 4.05 at the circle k)

Got the wrong burger... lettuce wrapped.

Tonight I ordered a double burger with bacon but I received someone else's order... a lettuce wrapped burger without a bun. Normally I wouldn't mind as it's a good high protein low carb meal, but tonight was my cheat meal... I also ordered fried mushrooms and the platter with fries, rings, and zucchini. That was all correct and delicious as usual. Just wish I got the burger I ordered.

We ordered a double burger and grilled chicken salad, both tasted great. We will definitely be back. Customer service was on point. Thank you!

Guacamole, chooped tomato, sour cream, beans, carne asada, nacho cheseese. Give me jalepenos and earn 5 stars instead of 4. Pretty amazing. Add jalapeños and it becomes rotally amazong.

Burger was soggy because of all the sauce that was in it

I've been to the Burger Point in San Bernardino which is great, but the one here in Riverside is awful unfortunately. My husband told me not to stop by the Burger Point in Riverside, but I still wanted to try it out. The burger was drenched in sauce and was hard to eat. They also use shredded lettuce, but the one in San Bernardino uses leafy romaine lettuce. The only great thing about this location was the soft serve ice cream. But just so you know, their yelp had a deal where it said if it was your first time there, you can get a free ice cream cone. So I told them and they didn't want to honor it initially, but I told them it was on their yelp and so they finally did. I think they finally removed it because I don't see it, but just fyi. I would say to steer away from this location and go to the one in San Bernardino.

FIRST TIMERS BEWARE!!! Their advertisement is false compared to what is given. Ordered a sausage breakfast burrito and was highly disappointed. Too small to cost $7.99+tax ($9 in cash or $10 if you use debit) They'd rather lose a customer than correct the order. NEVER GOING BACK

As a new mom, these meals are perfect for me when I want something a step or two up from Chipotle since it's challenging dining in with a baby. I just order online, roll up to one of the pickup parking stalls at the Lazy Dog, and take it home or enjoy in the car hobo-style (my preferred method). They even have impressive TV dinners for $10 (or less if you buy 5 or more) that are housemade, gourmet versions of those retro Hungry Man/Banquet frozen meals of yesteryear. AND WITH BOMBA$$ DESSERTS!! That small upper right hand pocket of foil contains a unique surprise that I live for. So far the pineapple upside down cake has been my fave. But the peanut butter cup brownie is a close second. Wish one came with their butter cake. Honestly my main concern when it comes to TV dinners is what dessert is included. So it was an added bonus that the dinners themselves were higher quality than expected! Lazy Dog made a wise pivot with their brand by capturing a larger demographic of casual diners with these bowls/TV dinners. I hope other chains like Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Chang's follow suit. Keep it up, LD!

We're not usually the type to leave negative reviews, but after our experience yesterday, we felt…read moreit was important to share. We first visited on Valentine's Day in February and had an excellent experience. The pizzas were delicious, we were seated without a reservation, and we left excited to come back. Yesterday, we decided to bring a few friends with us because we had spoken so highly of the restaurant. We arrived a little after 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday, and the restaurant was fairly empty with only a handful of tables occupied. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was friendly throughout the meal. Each couple ordered pizzas along with appetizers and drinks. We ordered the Italian salad but were accidentally brought the Green Goddess instead. It was a harmless mistake, and since we had enjoyed that salad during our previous visit, we happily kept it. Our friends received their pizzas, and we assumed ours would follow shortly. Thirty minutes passed, and by then our friends were nearly finished eating. Meanwhile, we noticed several tables that had arrived after us receiving their food before we did. We asked our waitress to check on our order. She went back to the kitchen and returned, explaining that our pizza had apparently been forgotten and was only then being made. She assured us it would take no more than 10 minutes. Fifteen more minutes passed, and our pizza still hadn't arrived. Since we had a clear view of the kitchen, it didn't appear there was any urgency to get our order out. At that point, after waiting nearly an hour since placing our order, we had to cancel it because we had other plans and couldn't stay any longer. Our waitress apologized and removed the pizza from our bill, but that was the only resolution offered. While we appreciated her kindness, we left the restaurant disappointed and still hungry. Mistakes happen, and forgetting an order is understandable from time to time. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. After waiting an hour for a forgotten order, we had hoped for a more meaningful effort to make things right beyond simply removing the item we never received. It's unfortunate because we genuinely loved this restaurant after our first visit and were excited to introduce it to our friends. Thankfully, our friends enjoyed their meals, but this experience left us hesitant to return. Great pizza is important, but great service and how a restaurant responds when things go wrong are what keep customers coming back.

Two in our party of 6 ordered this, one hot, one cold. Basil pesto, done right, is a fave of mine, and this one was very fresh and flavorful. Loved the roll, requested it be toasted and add a slather of mayo as well. The shredded chicken filling turned out juicy, not dry. The two of us were very impressed. The others had their own ideas. A Philly cheese steak, an Italian classic, a Beef and mushroom, a Chicken Parmesan. Minor grumbling over the two beef sandwiches, the Philly did not have enough cheese (I agreed), the Beef & Mushroom was a bit short on mushrooms. I tasted most of them and as for the Chicken Parm, I simply did not care for the marinara. Bottom line, I definitely will return for anything with pesto. Prices are very reasonable. We each chose the 8" size (medium). They were quite filling, with most of our party bringing one half home. The fries were amazing, a big hit as well. Both kinds, regular shoestring style and thicker beer battered with some skin, were seasoned nicely and deliciously fresh. If I had to choose, the beer batter style was the better. Carbonated drinks are serve-yourself, so yes, refills. There are a respectable number of tables and booths for seating inside, but none outside. After all these years, glad I tried them. We shall return!
