One thing I will absolutely give them though: the service is amazing. Everyone I've interacted with has been super kind, welcoming, and attentive, which honestly makes the experience a lot better. The price tag still knocks a star off for me, and another downside is that the music always seems to be SO loud. I like a lively coffee shop, but sometimes it feels like I have to yell just to have a conversation. Overall, the drinks aren't bad, and the service is genuinely great, but between the prices and the matcha being pretty average, I personally don't really get the hype.
