Thought I would treat myself to a Matcha since I'm not normally in this area and this was a really cute stop. The shop was decorated as if ready for pictures! Super cute!! I got a cake pop and it was great! I also got the rose matcha and I asked for strawberry puree with it! The puree was nice as the rose was REALLY over powering! I love a good rose matcha and this by far had to be the strongest I've had so keep that in mind when ordering! Matcha was nice and creamy thought. No grit! I Service was okay. The lady was sweet but young so there was no one there in the front when I walked in until the little bell rang, and she had to ring me up twice because she forgot to add my cake pop. This experience has been really frustrating. I've ordered online multiple times specifically to avoid long waits, but each time my order hasn't been ready--even after waiting 15-40 minutes past the estimated time. Today it said 5 minutes, I arrived after 15, and it still wasn't ready. I mentioned it to the owner and was told they had a lot of online orders, but the shop didn't appear busy. I understand things can get hectic, but the timing is very misleading. If orders are going to take longer, that should be communicated clearly so customers can plan accordingly. Not impressed. I came here after seeing a TikTok about it and I'm always down to try a new coffee spot. I walked in, it was clean. Someone said hello from the back. There is a screen that you order on. It has the drink and food options. The sizes don't tell you ounces or any of that information. I placed my order, the machine, for a large banana latte. I usually order a large and they're usually around 20oz, so that was what I was expecting. The drink total was $10 before tax. I paid. It asked me if I wanted to tip. I am not against tipping but I expect human interaction to know who I'm tipping. I got my drink in less than 5 minutes, the girl came out from the back handed me my drink and straw then quickly disappeared into the back again. I've heard a lot about this place and I decided to try it first myself. Located off Van Buren in a newly revamped shopping center parking is easy and there are quite a few food options nearby. I was specifically looking for non-dairy so my options shrank a bit,but that's OK. I decided to go with a slush.It had strawberry ,mango,and raspberry. I added mango jelly Boba. Went last Saturday night and this place was busy. There were a few people waiting for their orders, but we didnt wait that long after placing ours. The staff was friendly. When you walk in you get hit with a perfumy smell. It smelled good, but not something I'd associate with a coffee/tea place. We decided to try the coffee drinks and got the chestnut coffee and the banana coffee. The chestnut was decent. It was a little on the sweeter side but the flavor went well with the coffee. The banana was not good imo. It was an artificial banana flavor (think banana laffy taffy or runtz) and pretty sweet on top of that. I'd come back to try the teas before writing them off. read more

I've been coming here periodically since they first opened, and I always enjoyed my drinks. For a brief period they offered macaroons, but that appears to be discontinued and no other snacks or treats are available. That's probably wise though because the space is fairly small. I'm working my way around the menu and almost all are good, although the spicy strawberry is an interesting mix of puree and tajin spice, reminiscent of sour tamarind and chili powder. This cafe is in a shopping center, next to Panda and the dentist. I had looked at their menu online to see what they sell: coffee, boba, and teas. I was craving a coffee this day. I walked in and was the only one in. This was noon. I was immediately greeted by the owner. He asked me if I had been there before and I said no, this was my first. He showed me the menu. You order from a tablet displayed at the front. He let me know I could ask him any questions. They have different unique drinks. I was interested in trying their Taro créme coffee. I love Taro. You get to choose how strong you want the coffee and any add ins. Food related, they have açaí bowls, macaroons. Soon after I ordered, someone else came in. I was waiting around for my order to be ready. The owner asked if I needed anything else and I said no. The cafe has a modern feel to it. They have a few unique tables and chairs lined across the wall. Everything felt brand new and contemporary. They have a wall to take pictures of your drink for a photo op. My drink was ready quickly. The owner saw I was getting ready to take some pictures and he brightened the lights xD. It was a very pleasant experience. The drink really did taste like taro and the coffee was great! Coffee is good , the lids for the cups make no sense though. No point of having cold foam when you have to drink it through a straw. Definitely need to change it to the sippy cups. And also came with a 20 minute wait. not very good for " ceremonial grade matcha" They ran out of vanilla macaron and wouldn't let me exchange for a cake pop because it was a big difference in price (A WHOPPING 55CENT DIFFERENCE) and said if I wanted a cake pop I would need to pay the additional fee. They gave me a refund (which I had to wait an additional 5 minutes) for the macaron and I asked for a card refund and they gave me cash after he couldn't figure out the card way for a refund definitely won't be coming back as it seems the male manager was more concerned about a 55 cent difference rather then accommodating a potential customer. Me and my sisters love this boba shop! Super delicious and a huge variety of drinks. Personally, I find their coffee to be super rich and strong (very delicious though!) so drink at your own risk unless you want to be wired all day. Their boba is sooo good!!! It's very chewy, warm, and fresh, just how I like it!! I do notice that it takes a while for our drinks to come out and most of the time you have to order through the machine since the employees are usually working on the drinks in the back, so you miss out on that connection. I'm usually the type to ask for recommendations on what to try next, especially since their selection is so big and interesting, i'd love to be able to talk and order with an employee. read more

I have come here so many times and never had a bad experience. I actually really enjoyed coming here up until today. I found a nail in my smoothie tonight and decided to return to let them know (hopefully to encourage glove wearing/more sanitation) and to get a refund. Instead the owner accused my boyfriend of planting it and only offered to remake the drink. I explained that I had no want for a drink from their establishment and that I was the only one who touched the drink and I have acrylics (no way of my nail even being able to break into my drink). The owner emphasized that without a receipt he couldn't refund me. For some backstory on why I didn't have a receipt, when I was first there I also ordered a drink for my mom and they accidentally put boba. Understandable, mistakes happen, but when I let the owner know he snatched my receipt and said he'd remake it. (to which he just picked out the boba and it was still all throughout her drink). I looked through the receipt pile on the counter and found my receipt. The cashier refunded me and the owner never once acknowledged me even once the receipt was found. No sorry, no explanation. We are loving this place! It's centrally located and easy to find. Great ambience and a big selection of drinks to choose from. The hospitality was awesome and so were all the drinks we ordered. The cool kiosk to order the drinks was so easy to use. You also pay at the kiosk. My kids got the watermelon slushee, Taro oreo Shake, and a Thai tea with boba. I got the milk tea.
