Ordered online for future pick up it specified a certain time of pick up. I showed up five minutes after the specified time. Still had a wait additional 10 minutes. The staff look to just be talking, not making any orders, there was no one else in the store as far as customers. I had placed the order for a lunch break. Coffee is good , the lids for the cups make no sense though. No point of having cold foam when you have to drink it through a straw. Definitely need to change it to the sippy cups. The place looks amazing but its not a sit down spot. The biggest downside is I ordered online 26 mins before arriving to Cafe Bottega and my order still wasnt ready. They're drinks and desserts are amazing, they stayed open for us even though they were closed, and i left my purse inside the store and they're kind employees ran out and brought it to me. We are loving this place! It's centrally located and easy to find. Great ambience and a big selection of drinks to choose from. The hospitality was awesome and so were all the drinks we ordered. The cool kiosk to order the drinks was so easy to use. You also pay at the kiosk. My kids got the watermelon slushee, Taro oreo Shake, and a Thai tea with boba. I got the milk tea. Cute place with solid drink choices! I got a mango berry smoothie and it was the perfect level of sweetness in my opinion. Refreshing!!! The grapefruit green tea - it's made with REAL grapefruit!! So often they are only syrup! The Thai tea was perfect. I tried the vanilla caramel shake, and it was absolutely amazing! I'm a huge fan of this place, and I'm surprised they've been around since 2023. And also came with a 20 minute wait. not very good for " ceremonial grade matcha" They ran out of vanilla macaron and wouldn't let me exchange for a cake pop because it was a big difference in price (A WHOPPING 55CENT DIFFERENCE) and said if I wanted a cake pop I would need to pay the additional fee. They gave me a refund (which I had to wait an additional 5 minutes) for the macaron and I asked for a card refund and they gave me cash after he couldn't figure out the card way for a refund definitely won't be coming back as it seems the male manager was more concerned about a 55 cent difference rather then accommodating a potential customer. Cute cafe to get boba and meet a friend. The inside is really cute areas to sit and take photos. They had a lot of choices on the menu for boba drinks and selections for non tea/coffee drinks. The only thing was when we first entered we didn't see anyone so we just ordered off the kiosk cause it said to order from there had a little trouble with it. I was in Riverside visiting my childhood friend, and after a grocery store run I wanted something iced and found this spot which was right across from the store. The staff welcomed us as soon as we walked in and immediately helped us out and showed us how to order on the touch screen. I really liked the design of this place! It was small but very well designed and the colors matched perfectly! The staff were very friendly and the service we received was great! I was very pleased and the drink was very refreshing! Stopped by after getting my pup's vaccines down at the Riverside Animal Shelter since it was only about 5 minutes away...
