I stopped by because i saw they had a spin the wheel offer if you used their app (i received 10 dollars off so i reccomend using their app). I feel like the quality of drinks can be either a hit or miss but luckily today it was a hit. I ordered the coffee milk tea with coffee jelly. It was really light and not strong at all and i really liked it. My bf ordered the strawberry coconut 80 percent sweetness but even with less sweetness it was still pretty sweet. Overall i did like both drinks. We ordered online and service was quicker than the estimated time of 30 minutes so be warned times might not show up accurate. After getting dinner, wanted to get some boba on the way home. Found this place from Yelp and it said it was pretty good from the reviews. I've never been to this chain, they even have some where I live. So my mom got the Thai iced tea and I got a strawberry boba drink that was on the popular list. To be totally honest, it wasn't that great, it seemed like that drinks lacked flavor and was over powered by ice. I'll give points to the inside of the place because it was really nice inside and I liked the aesthetics of it. They also had some snacks from around the world, I thought that was pretty cool. The service was subpar in my opinion, we went an hour prior to closing so maybe they were a little unhappy of us showing up. I was on my way to Castle Park for the first time on July 5th at 7 p.m. when I saw Sharetea was right off the same street. I was late 5 minutes to my friend outing because it was 90 degrees and I wanted a boba before I started my mini-golf tournament. NO ONE was in line and there was plenty of parking in the lot. Even though I asked for no sweetness, it was still sweet. Understandable. Not sure what kind of creamer or milk they use. But I also tasted maybe a black tea base? Anyway, I like trying all the different ways boba shops can make them. And this one wasn't memorable. I now know what it's like and I didn't it. However, service is good. I asked where I can insert my phone number for points and they said they have a card stamp system. It would be helpful if all Shareteas were on the page in receiving points. I had to throw all of mine away because the one in Jurupa valley uses a phone number points system. The drinks were not as great due to the consistency I am used to at another location. I got honey milk tea, with 80% sweetness, boba, no ice. It tastes watered down which was weird because I asked for no ice. Also it didnt taste like a typical 80% sweetness. I also got taro milk tea, 80%, no ice with boba which was better. After I ordered, the cashier didn't give me a points card. I asked for it and he never said anything just handed it to me and walked away. I just find the customer service poor here. It is awkward to walk into a place that doesn't greet you and kills them to say a word to their customers. It's not like it was busy it was just me waiting and 4 workers total. I wouldn't come back here. I knew I should have went to the Jurupa Valley location where I am used to with great service and consistent drinks. I only -1 star because personally prefer more of a tea-taste in my milk teas, and I just have other boba shops that I love. Lately I have been stingy with rating 5 stars and while this place was great, it has not "wowed" me if you know what I mean. The line was long when we arrived--8 people ahead of us, and we were a party of 5. They have good business! I thought the drinks were pretty good. They were quite refreshing. A typical boba and tea place with a variety of options on the menu. You are bound to find something delicious. For the drinks: we ordered the traditional black milk tea with boba and the peach kiwi tea with oolong. Both were tasty and refreshing. For the service: meh. They didn't really answer our questions when asking about the different drinks. The tea boba thing is new for my mom, so she had questions. I answered them for her because their customer service was MEH. They didn't tell me about a stamp card as mentioned in other reviews here so that was disappointing. For the wait: as mentioned in other reviews, their wait line is weird. They just say they will call your name and you wait outside. I don't know it's whatever. Would I return? Likely yes. However, there's another boba place nearby that I'd probably try first. I have only been here once. I will have to return again in order to give my review more justice. Try it.
