Horrible customer service, went today at 12:48 i told the cashier I wanted my smoothie thick. By the time she was done taking my order my drink was already ready. I have never gotten my smoothie so tasteless and fast before. This is my first and last time at this location. I told the employee the smoothie was tasteless and she asked what did she want me to do.How are you going to ask a customer how to do your job? Terrible service they give you almost nothing on a large bowl and the so called owner Candice said she was told to only give that much. The smoothies are alright but nothing special, plus they don't serve actual food here. I found piece of plastic in the drink when I almost finish it. I understand that it could be a mistake but it considered physical contamination. I also want to confirm about bad customer service at this location. They don't even say hi to you just take an order and go back to talk with their colleague. I'm not too adventurous once I find "my drink" but ever since I moved to Corona and started ordering smoothies from this location, whatever I've order has tasted good. My fave is the lava flow. The best combination of sweet and tart! It definitely reminds me of the frozen cocktail, so that's always a plus. ;) Add a boost and you're golden! I waited more then 30 minutes for my mobile order. The 2 attendants were so busy and scrambling they never even asked if I'd been helped. It's always like that here. I finally left without my order This place is TERRIBLE the management needs more then 1 or 2 workers. Key Points: Typical Juice it Up with a decent selection of smoothies and fruit bowls, but with somewhat expensive prices. The Mrs. and I have been to this location in Corona a few times. It's pretty on par with other Juice it Up locations. I like their selection of acai and pitaya bowls. We particularly like to order Pitaya Sunset smoothie, or the Pitaya passion bowl. As you can tell, we like anything Pitaya. I've also tried the blue bowl, which was a limited time, blue-colored base with fruit. I think it was rather gimmicky, like something meant to draw in the instagram crowd. It wasn't bad, but I'd prefer one of the other fruit bowls. When we order the smoothies, we almost always order a Large separated into two regular sized cups. It's so much of a better deal than than ordering two regular sized drinks. The only catch is that we have to order drink the same thing. read more

After multiple attempts of coming to this location the staff seems to not understand the blending process. We are juice it up Connoisseur's as you would say and frequent multiple locations. However this location seems to not be able to get it together! Our first time we came (ordered the same thing we order at any other place) they told us it wouldn't turn out right we gladly corrected them if they did it right it would come out like any other time we order at other locations, this being our second time here SAME order our drinks are completely flavorless and the consistency is watery. Also we ordered 2 c-immunity shots one of them looked like it would be correct and the other was brown. Staff tried to say they were from 2 different batches? We ordered the same thing and mine was extremely overly powered with ginger. We will Not be returning to this location. read more

I had no idea it closed at 7:00 p.m. & I honestly remember going to Jamba after football games when I was in high school, so the early closing time caught me off guard. I walked in a few minutes before closing and saw two employees behind the counter with the lights already dimmed and their bags and purses packed up. I asked if they were still taking orders, and after an awkward pause and glance between each other, I was told they could take an order but couldn't make a bowl. I thanked them and left. As I was loading my toddler back into the car, I watched two more customers walk up and have a similar experience.... Pretty sure this store just missed out on two huge sales. I was buying 4 smoothies and they are about $7-$8 each these days. I completely understand not starting complicated orders right at closing, and I don't expect employees to stay late. My feedback is more about the customer experience. The atmosphere felt as though the store had already closed before the posted closing time. When I worked customer service in high school and college, we were expected to remain welcoming and available to customers until the actual closing hour. Not a huge issue, just something I thought was worth sharing from a customer perspective.

This strip mall has a Starbucks and already has two failed businesses under it's belt in the short amount of time it's been here. One failed sub sandwich place and an Italian pasta joint that didn't deserve to stay open (crappy food and over priced). This Booster Juice location should be added to that list. They have the worst management and employee's I've ever seen any business to have!!! In fact, I had to seek out this businesses info on yellow book, just to post it on Yelp. That says a little about how much I despise this business, but not necessarily Booster Juice - it's alright. This is why this place just SUCKS: I used to work down the street from here, and on my way into work, I'd want to pick-up some juice, but due to their irresponsible employee's, they would never be open consistently on time. Whats even worse is once you go into the business because thats how they truly demonstrate their "SUPERSUCKYNESS". Every time I have ordered my order it would never taste the same although there is an exception for one employee which was the only guy who worked there - in fact, he rode a MX bike to work, so if I didn't see it parked in front, I wouldn't stop by. Ok back to talking about the majority of the incompetence! I don't remember all the girls names, but I think one of them was named Crystal (in the I.E. that's short for Crystal Meth), and another girl that looked like she never wanted to be at work. In fact, I heard from somebody at the place that she would actually sleep at work, and I wouldn't put it past here to do that. Laziness isn't the only thing this place lacks, it also lacks common courtesies such as "thank you", "hello", "your welcome", they're NON -existent unless you're the one saying it (I'd only expect this in a Chinese restaurant). I suppose this is too much to ask for in a service related business, or it's just the type of work force you find locally in Norco. They're better off hiring some horses. How about the management you say?? One time I stopped in and they happened to have what appears to be the manager or owner inside doing some sort of paperwork, so I thought nothing of it until she distracted both of the girls with paperwork. Since these two weren't mult-taskers, no one made my order! I stood there waiting till I finally said "is anybody going to make my order??". They answered back, you ordered something?? "Yea I did", what the hell?!?! What makes this even worse, the manager didn't even bother to ask "has this guy been taken care of??" or even apologize for them being morons. Instead, she was more concerned about her paper work , and ignored me and continued to distract the girls by going over the paperwork. Eventually they discussed who was going to make my order, and the loosing girl finally made it. I only have one other good note: Luckily, a girl that I had never seen before at the place told me that she would hook me up with a free drink next time she was working because she felt so bad that I had to wait, but I never went back again after frequenting this business almost daily for a month or two.
