The food is healthy and portion controlled and I feel great, I have so much energy. It also helps me to stick with my weight loss goals, when I have my meals planned ahead. I am a very busy person with work and family, so I love the fact that I don't have to think about what I am going to eat and there is no waste of uneaten food. I enjoy having a hot meal during the day at the office and coming home after a long day to a healthy ready meal. Chavonne the owner is awesome, she is very professional and friendly and always responses quickly to any concerns I may have. Her customer service is excellent. My prayers have been answered.
