Jamba has changed from its earlier days of specializing in fresh juice drinks. What's new and different you ask? Breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, acai bowls, smoothies, baked mozzarella bites, and chicken empanadas. I tried an iced electric drink with fresh dragonfruit puree and spirulina nutrition boost. In addition they offer a loyalty rewards program, including a complimentary smoothie on your birthday. For every purchase, earn points to redeem on future visits to any of their locations. Employees are not very friendly or helpful. Went in and had a question about a drink. Stood there patiently due to the employees (2 young ladies ) having a conversation. Stood there for about 6 minutes without acknowledgment. I know there is a kiosk to order but it would be nice to be greeted as a customer walking in to the establishment. Will not come to this store again. read more

I come to this location always because is close to my house, however they are always running out or fruits or leads, which I understand is not up to the employees, so never complaint. Most workers know me because I've been coming frequently over a year. However today was the worse service I got. I put my order on the kiosk today 8/13/25 around 9.10am, I saw a girl coming out and preparing the bowls, then she asked me if I wanted a foil to cover my bowl because they runout of leads. I saw the bowl and I said can you put more granola and fruit ? This is not the normal. She said our manager told us the right proportions, so I asked for her name and she turn around and went inside . I order this bowl at all locations, they bowls never looked like this. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE today. read more

Swung by this Jamba Juice again for a little beverage! They were playing such groovy music, I was immediately taken to the atmosphere. We (a party of 4) were assisted by Denise, who was so lovely. She was at the location by herself but she worked so efficiently and so quickly! And, on top of all that, she was just the sweetest thing. She didn't rush any of us on our orders, and offered recommendations when appropriate. They also have some decorations for the halloween season. How cute! read more

I've been there twice in the past two weeks, they are out of produce except for bowls. No juice. The greeting I received from the worker was- "you can order at the kiosk ". No hello, didn't even acknowledge my presence until I was standing there for a bit. They didn't have any produce a few weeks ago and I wasn't going to waste my time if they were still out. I don't usually go to Jamba Juice or now it's called Jamba, lol but I had a $5 bonus card to spend since I got one when I purchased a $20 gift card as a Christmas gift lastyear December. Didn't realize there was an expiration date so hopefully I was able to still use it. Kylie my cashier said it was ok and I got my $5 off my smoothie. I thanked her and got me a mango a go go smoothie which is my go to smoothie here. Kylie also made my smoothie which was very quick and she even made small talk with me while waiting for my smoothie. I even told her that my mom frequent this location and mentioned Denise her manager. She introduced herself and shook hands with me. Because of this, I will be frequently coming to this Jamba location not cause it's the closest location to me but also the service and the place is clean as well! read more

I've been coming to this Jamba location for years and as of lately it has really stepped it up! My drinks have been made perfect every time ( I come a few times a week) I have also tried a few new bowls and snacks which have all been delicious. Denise delivers great customer service always! I also love the kids area full of bubbles, books and more! So sweet to think of the little ones. Free samples are always a plus!. Keep up the great work! read more

I visited Jamba Juice in Mira Loma and encountered deeply disappointing customer service. From the start, staff did not acknowledge me or my family. After being directed solely to a kiosk that kept timing out, I needed assistance, which was delayed. They came to help begrudgingly. Additionally, a staff member informed me dips came with my pretzel, but at pickup, I was treated with huge hostility when I asked for them. I was yelled at, denied respectful conversation, and told to leave. I felt belittled, especially in front of my children. I request management review the store footage and contact me directly to address how this unfolded. I expect respectful treatment from any business. I want to also point out that, Isabella, the store manager, was extremely demeaning and yelled at me and kept repeating herself. She then threatened ME and demanded I leave! I'm actually more shocked on how Isabella would treat another human being! read more

This location is never the happiest bunch but they get the job done. You can tell they enjoy working with each other but they should probably be more attentive to the customers at least for the short interactions with them. There have been multiple occasions where they gave me my order and the cup is not filled which is annoying, but I'm not going to make them make more for a whole ounce more. Lol. They requires masks and limit the customers in the store to like 4 at a time. The last time I was in there it was soooo hot inside but they do try and work as quickly as possible. read more

Came in this morning with my family to grab a quick breakfast. The music was so loud that we couldn't hear the girl behind the counter. She was a low-talker, so we just did the best we could. We were told that there were no breakfast sandwiches available, but after further questioning discovered that they were frozen and she just didn't want to take the time to cook them. My kids got pretzels - not ideal, but since there were no sandwiches ... one was cold and one was over cooked. My diabetic husband ordered a tropical açaí bowl, but instead got some berry sludge with peanut butter and chocolate on top. read more

Came by yesterday and when I walked in the store was empty. It took the cashier 5 mins to come out to help us. Didn't greet us, she looked like she didn't want to be there at all. Wasn't helpful very standoffish. We got our drinks and she didnt say a word and walked back to the back. I brushed that to the side until I tried our smoothies they were very BLAND. No flavor. Tasted watered down. The store was well maintained but I think costumer service needs to be worked on. Won't be coming back. read more

What's happening at this location? Can't tell if things are under construction or what. No sign that they're renovating. No hours of operation at the door. Walked in and really loud music was playing (borderline inappropriate business music). Drinks we ordered were just ok. Seems like they water down the juice base. read more

Tried to vía the app 40 minutes before their scheduled closing time and app said they are not accepting orders. Called the location and they said they closed at 8pm today because they are out of most of their items and need to close earlier. Also, tried to place a phone order and the worker said they are not taking orders because they close at 8pm. Hello it's 40 minutes till and I ask if they close earlier then their regular hours. The worker said no but couldn't explain why they would not take any orders 40 minutes prior to closing ..... Go figure...!!!!! I guess business is good.....! Great location. Very clean inside and quick service. The employee was very patient with me and made sure to make my order vegan friendly as requested. He mentioned the dairy free options and I decided to go with Oatmilk in my smoothie. I'm so glad I did! It had the perfect amount of thickness and was so refreshing! I appreciate how this Jamba Juice is located in a vegetarian/vegan friendly center (subway, Del taco with beyond meat, and Carl's Jr. with beyond burgers). I was with a friend and couldn't eat at the BBq place she wanted to go to so I grabbed a smoothie instead for a healthy, satisfying and delicious meal. I ordered the açaí smoothie with Oatmilk and vita boost. Fresh and perfect! read more

This location is horrible. No one looks happy to work there and now for the 3rd time I show up from miles away to have them closed with people working inside and completely ignoring their customers standing outside. It's too bad because they have a wide selection of smoothies. Not sure if this is a franchisee or if it's corporate owned but either way, this is egregious behavior for a company with the brand of Jamba Juice. I guess I am angry because they don't put a least a note stating why they are closed. SMH Anyway, I'm going to have to start to look for an alternative during the hot summer coming in. read more

We were able to use out coupon for the buy one get one free. We went around 8PM on Wednesday. We ordered a large strawberries wild and Caribbean passion. These are our favorite drinks from Jamba Juice. The Caribbean Passion is tropical, sweet, and refreshing. The Strawberries Wild was tasty and satisfying, great strawberry flavor. There was a bit of a wait but they were able to serve the drinks at a reasonable pace. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing was enforced. The customer service was hard working, quick, and efficient. I have been to Jamba Juice for years and their drinks are still as good as I remembered it. read more

We love this Jamba Juice for before soccer games!! Fast, healthy and yummy! Just wish they opened a little earlier on the weekends.

Usually OK just for a quick smoothie fix, but this is like the 4th time where they're completely out of any milk product. Great customer service. Everyone here is super friendly. Definitely will be coming back again!!!

I love this place! This is the best jamba juice I have been too. The Customer Service is so great. The girls are awesome

I've come to this Jamba Juice around 5 or 6 times and have only been able to get a drink once. All the other times I've gone they've had signs on the door saying they will be right back, or today when I went the door was unlocked, no sign but they said they couldn't serve us because they were mopping? It was 12:30 on a Sunday...& there were multiple people in the store. The smoothie I was able to get when they were open was delicious! This location is just too unreliable and I've given them multiple tries read more

It's Jamba Juice so of course it's good. Can't put in orders through the app though, tried calling in and they don't pick up. Pulled up to the front of the store and no customers. Still don't pick up phone calls. The thing about going to the store to pick up is there's a 4 customer limit. Phone and online orders would help keep customers out of store. To me this is a big oversight. I hope the manager checks their reviews and fixes. read more
