I still settled on my usual favorite Cookies and Cream Kids Scoop cup anyway and appreciate how Sienna asked courteous follow up questions like whether or not I needed a lid or a bag to pack my Ice Cream to go. First time coming to this Baskin Robbins location in Eastvale as I was craving for some good ice cream. I grew up eating this brand and just love their flavors. It is definitely a great stop if you are craving tasty, classic ice cream. I often get BR ice cream because their flavors are rich, fresh, and consistently good. I still gravitate to their original flavors like Jamoca Almond Fudge and Butter Pecan. Both are tasy and high in calories but brings such joy to your taste buds and tummy. Upon entering the store, you can tell it is quite clean and the staff is friendly. It was quite busy but I didn't mind the wait. Even in Winter, there's still a line for ice cold treats. The only downside is the pricing, which feels a bit high for the portion sizes, especially compared to other dessert spots nearby. But hey, if you are nostalgic and want a quick treat this is the place to visit! read more

With all this hot weather, what's better than a cold treat? We visited our local Basket Robbins, 31 flavors, and ordered a mangonada and a cappy beverage. Our order was really refreshing. The interior has great A/C with indoor and outdoor tables to enjoy your treat. The customer service was above excellent the young ladies that served us were courteous and professional. They have a great promotion: a $6 banana split on Wednesdays. We'll surely be visiting this establishment for the summer. read more

It's great that BR has an app that's pretty user friendly and convenient to use. I placed an order for an ice cream cake on the app. I went with the root beer cake, placed the order and scheduled for pick up all on the app. During pick up, it was relatively quiet at the store. The store was kept neat and clean. The staff were mopping the floor and another one helped me out right away. They knew I was there for pick up and asked for some information before obtaining the cake and then showing the cake to make sure it was right one. The pick up process was so quick and easy. I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. The cake itself is so cute! It was a double celebration and both of the birthday boys loved the cake. It's cake and ice cream! What's not to love? Hi! I took my niece to this Baskin Robbin's last week. I had a hot fudge sundae with chocolate ice cream! It was good but a little skimpy on the hot fudge. The service here was very good. The girl who helped us was very friendly. Unfortunately, the table area hadn't been cleaned in a while and there were subsequently no clean tables to sit at. So, we had to clean our own. The ice cream here is traditional 31 Flavors. So you know what you are getting. Wow! What a difference 11 years makes. Have been here twice in the last couple of months. The service has greatly improved. Portions have increased to match what you get at other Baskin Robbins. And they have taken an entire new approach towards community. They are always involved in the community and local schools. That's what brought us back is our grandson had a fundraiser here. My son is not a fam of birthday cakes, but he does like ice cream cakes. Baskin Robbins was the only place I knew of to get one. I placed my custom order with one of the employees 5 days before the event. I purchased the double cake for his 21st birthday. The process of ordering was easy. They have sample books of what the cake will look like and different themes. The ice cream cake was a hit with our guests. This location is small on the end of a strip mall. There is some tables and chairs to enjoy your ice cream inside or they have a couple of outdoor tables and benches for those who prefer to enjoy outdoors. Just left this location and am very upset! We drove 20 min to redeem my son's Free Cone he received from school for perfect attendance. Normally, I wouldn't even go to Baskin Robbin's, but for my boy, why not. When we arrived, we showed the free ice cream certificate and were asked what we would like. Once they handed my son the cone, another of the employees told her they don't take those on "Family Night" and that we'd have to pay for the cone! They didn't try to make it right or offer to do anything but charge us for the cone! We put the cone on the counter and walked out! This is unacceptable to treat a CHILD like that. I don't know if this is the norm for this location but that is one of the scummiest business practices I have ever seen! In customer service the best practice is to inform the customer that for a "one time courtesy, we'll accept it." None of that! How dare you get a child's hopes up and just expect me to pay for it after I already asked if the free offer was "accepted at this location!" Just unbelievably unacceptable! read more

Friendly staff and fast service. Like all BR, they have many flavor options, and many ways you can get your ice cream. You can single, double, even triple scoops. You can get it in a cup, waffle cone, or even in a milk shake. When I came by the employee was kind enough to offer samples to any ice cream, we were interested in. So cool of them to offer that again. It really helps with the choosing process or with trying something new but you're unsure. They gave me a sample of jamoca almond fudge, and it was exactly what I wanted. At the end, I decided to also get a drink to enjoy on the drive home. There is usually a long line and takes awhile to get your ice cream, but it's because the staff are slow and unorganized. It's not worth paying for the over priced ice cream. On one visit, they didn't even have all the ingredients needed to make a sundae. On another occasion, they ran out of 2 flavors of ice cream. Also, each time that I came I noticed the floors were not cleaned and the tables weren't even wiped down. There are plenty of other places to get your ice cream with a smile in Eastvale. Update- I spoke to the manager Brenda about my concerns. After receiving direct messages on Yelp to my personal account regarding my review from what appears to be employees one of which posted a review themselves posing as a customer (of course) I decided to call. Given the graphic language directed at me I would never post the details of what was said to me but given they even targeted my child, I made the choice to call the store as most would. That is a serious issue and owners want to be told. While I have not decided if I will go back, the manager was wonderful and made me feel that this is an isolated event. Thank you for caring about your customers even when the feedback is not 100%. I encourage those who have written the same reviews to call the store manager don't just complain on Yelp and not go back. The manager does seem to care and they can't change employees behavior if they don't know. Just got an ice cream cake from here for my son's 5th birthday (same day, no special order).. got the mint chocolate chip with chocolate cake and it was delicious! The staff was friendly and all had smiles. They even helped me look at every cake they had available just so i knew all my options. I went in tonight to try the new flavor of the month , I'm not from this city so i'm not sure how things typically run here. The store seemed very clean and very well up kept . I walk in and i'm greeted by two young lady's . They were very polite and friendly. They are both helping me with my order and then the man from the back comes out. He seems like an older man with a long beard so i'm assuming maybe he's the manager but either way that doesn't matter . Firstly he doesn't seem very positive, polite or professional. He was supper aggressive with his co workers , the two young lady's. They were just minding their own helping me when he starts pushing them out the way telling them what to do . I just left this location (9/20, right before 9pm) and the gentlemen who assisted me and my niece was so nice! My nieces asked me to take them to get ice cream on a whim, and they had free coupons from school, so we left the house in pj's and all I grabbed were my keys and phone. Just like any other Baskin. My older sister lives close to here so I take my niece and nephew on ice cream dates. It's clean and parking is easy. The staff is a little slow. If there is a line, no other staff will jump in and help they'll just let the line get bigger. But all the girls that work at this location seem young so can't blame them. I tried the Splish Splash on my most recent visit. I love the tangy tarty flavors. It's basically a splish of raspberry sherbet and splash of blueberry sorbet - hence the name ;) Don't have any major complaints about this location, keep it up! read more

They hired kids who you can tell hate being there because they were unhelpful, unfriendly, and rude. I came in on Saturday, October 1 at 3:30pm. They was a line of customers and one of the employees was just standing behind the counter ignoring customers. I waited in line, picked an ice cream cake and took it to the counter to pay. I asked if they could write "happy birthday" on the cake and she said no. I then asked if I could pay for the cake and someone else would come to pick it up in a hour (because it was a gift for her). She said no. Well, I won't be coming back here anymore. We went to Cold Stone and they were so helpful and wonderful!
