This spot is located inside a food court. I ordered the Oreo chocolate soft serve with boba, and it was pretty good. The soft serve was creamy, and the Oreo flavor paired well with the boba. Service was okay--nothing particularly memorable, but it got the job done. Overall, a decent option if you're looking for a sweet treat while you're in the area.
Came here to get some dessert after our dinner :)). Honestly I got a bit lost finding it but it was like inside a food court style place. Service was quick and we got a few ice creams. Mini cloud ice cream 10/10 according to my niece. Them again she only got it cuz of the cotton candy. Chocolate Oreo 8/10 according to my nephew he liked it bit it was a tad to sweet Biscoff ice cream 10000/10 this was soooooo yummyyyy. Again was a bit too big for me and I wasn't able to finish it but it was good!! Best item of the menu for me tbh. If you love biscoff you know what I'm talking about!! Chocolate ice cream 1/10 my nephew got it and it tasted sour and I felt like throwing up. Idk it was nasty as hell. We went to see if we can switch it out for a new one l but the child wanted chocolate. Girl claimed it was a new batch. Tasted a tad bit better but it was still off. Like idk if that is how the chocolate is supposed to taste. He said it was fine. But the other 3 said it was nasty. So idk clean the machine better? But I don't no trecommend this for sure. But I'm only giving it a 4/5 cuz the chocolate tastes sour and expired to me. And thanks girly for trying to accommodate!!! Pretty big portions so it'll be good to share as none of us were able to finish!
Came here for dessert and it totally hit the spot. I got the bubble waffle ice cream with soft serve and Oreos, and it was so good. The waffle itself was warm, fluffy on the inside, and slightly crispy on the outside, which made such a perfect contrast with the cold ice cream. The soft serve was smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet, and the Oreo crumble added the perfect crunch and chocolatey balance without overpowering everything. The portion size was generous, definitely shareable, but also very doable if you're in the mood to treat yourself. Overall, this is a great spot for a sweet treat, whether you're on a dessert date, hanging out with friends, or just craving something indulgent. I'd definitely come back. It's inside a food court so plenty of options and seating.
It's located inside of the Cravings food hall by 99 Ranch. Service was fast and the staff were friendly. I was a bit disappointed with the Oreo ice cream cup. I wish they layered the ingredients more. It looks great in the picture but once I started eating it I noticed all of the Oreo crumbs were only on top. It was just plain vanilla ice cream as I got to the middle. If I go back, I probably would order something different.

This is my second time getting ice cream here and I love it!! The service is always excellent. They are really nice and don't mind answering any questions you may have. Both times I've been here, I got the Dubai chocolate. I didn't want to have too much chocolate so they modified it by only putting the chocolate on top. My friend also got the Dubai chocolate, but ordered it as displayed with the chocolate inside. I have yet to try another flavor because I'm obsessed with this particular flavor. According to the sign, it's a temporary flavor, but I hope they add it to their permanent menu. The pistachio flavor ice cream is amazing!! in fact, I may just get another one today lol!!! 10/10 - Highly recommend!
Nobibi Ice Cream is located inside Cravings by 99 Ranch (or TAWA Market Hall) in Eastvale. I stopped by here for some sweets after lunch in the same food hall and ordered a couple things: * HK Egg Waffle ("Puffle") - This came out nice and hot and didn't make it to the photos because we devoured this quickly. 10/10 * Ube Cloud - Delicious and not overly sweet. 9/10 * Dalgona Coffee Ice Cream - The ice cream was milky and delicious. The Dalgona was good too but too much on the sweet side. I loved the added cornflakes on the bottom for texture. 8.5/10 * Kids Cone - I ordered a Milk and a Chocolate cone for the kiddos and they loved it! The young man working behind the counter was friendly and made all the desserts! They have many dessert options and I'd love to come back again for their HK egg waffles - it's nostalgic for me!
Stopped by to try this place out since it was on our way home. Wasn't too busy because it was almost closing time. I got the Oreo while my fiancé got the fruity pebble one. I liked hers since it reminded me more of cereal. Definitely will come back to try the other flavors.
I came here on a weekday afternoon but left a bit disappointed, finding it not as good (but still enjoyable) as the locations I've tried in Fullerton and Buena Park. It's located in the spacious Cravings food hall next to 99 Ranch. There is a self-order kiosk at the counter to place your order. I guess all orders should be placed there as the woman working saw me at the counter but didn't approach me. I did my usual order - Brown Sugar Dalgona Coffee and Biscoff Ice Cream. She made my order and brought it to the counter within a couple minutes. The food hall was nearly empty so there were plenty of open tables to sit at and dig into these treats. I made a slight error in choosing soft-serve chocolate ice cream rather than vanilla. The vanilla is definitely a better flavor choice for the Biscoff Ice Cream. There was barely any caramel sauce and the little, sweet cornflakes that give it a fun crunch were all buried at the bottom. The Biscoff cookie was plunged into the top of the ice cream and a good sprinkling of crumbled cookie was also on top. I just didn't think the toppings were layered as well as I've experienced at other locations. The Brown Sugar Dalgona Coffee was not very sweet at all; in fact, it was borderline bitter. I'm not sure if it is because this was more of an Asian food court, so not as sweet, or if it was an error. Or possibly I did something wrong while ordering on the kiosk? It was "okay" but it reinforced my preference to order directly with a human rather than use a kiosk. I felt they ruined one of my favorite drinks; I'd never order this again at this location. Fortunately for me I'm almost never in this area so it probably will never be an issue.
One of my favorite ice cream shops has a location in Eastvale (where I live). This is a lot closer which is good and bad. Good because I can get some really good ice cream and bad because it's so close. It's located next to Ranch 99 marker in the Cravings food court. Ordering is easy and done at the tablet. If you happen to go when they offer the Dubai chocolate you definitely need to try it, that's eat my daughter ordered and I got Dolgona coffee ice cream.
This was a nice little treat for myself to conclude my "me time" today. There was a line of people standing here waiting to be helped, but they proceeded to pick up their orders. After a couple of minutes, I noticed that all orders were taken via an iPad kiosk at the front. I wasn't thinking to look at the screen that said "Order Here." So that was my "duh" moment for the day. Ordering and payment was a breeze on the iPad. There was only one employee working but she was hustling behind the counter knocking out orders. It only took a couple minutes for my ice cream to be ready. I opted for the S'mores with chocolate ice cream and it totally hit the spot. The popcorn was a nice touch, the marshmallow was toasted to perfection--and served on a Pocky stick, so it was edible--and the ice cream was delicious. Definitely check this place out!
Stopped by after a quick shopping trip to 99 Ranch Market. Enjoyed the. The young lady working was super helpful, friendly and patient as we couldn't decide but finally did on Uji Matcha and the Dalgona Matcha. Both were delicious!

We were in the Eastvale area for dinner and decided to look for somewhere nearby to grab ice cream for dessert. My daughter-in-law found Nobibi, and we're so glad we stopped in! She ordered the coffee ice cream, which had a fun little surprise at the bottom--cereal! At first she wasn't quite sure what it was, but she ended up really enjoying it. Oddly enough, the cereal balanced out the sweetness of the coffee ice cream perfectly and added a really nice texture. It was such an unexpected but tasty touch. I was helped by Jeannie and Michelle, and both were incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and efficient from taking our order to getting everything out to us. The shop itself was clean, tidy, and had a cute, minimal feel with plenty of seating to enjoy your dessert inside, as well as outdoor seating. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back if we're ever in the area again. If you're in Eastvale and looking for a fun dessert spot, Nobibi is definitely worth a try! read more

Boba is solid as rock! Flavor is good but the boba is barely edible. The one next to them is better. Also their latte machine has been broken for weeks, so you only have limited menu to choose from. read more
The crisp of the egg puffle was perfection!! I was skeptical of the Cookie Monster and Strawberry combo but it worked so well together. The ice cream was a very smooth and creamy consistency. This place is located inside a food court. We arrived 15 min until closing. They said they stopped making their "egg puffs" at 8:40PM. The D'or 24k cone was all hyped and tasted like a regular ice cream on a chocolate cone for $14. The ice cream melted as soon as the cashier handed it to us and was dripping everywhere. The strawberry blush was 9/10! I would not make a trip or return back, there's better ice cream spots local. During the week it's very empty and quiet ambiance. read more

I asked for recommendations and the lady up at the front was friendly and gave her suggestions. I went with the flora with matcha dust as it looked so pretty. I came here several months ago when they first opened for a yelp elite event. Really enjoyed what i got then. Came back yesterday. This entire food court was basically empty. Busiest place in here was Nobibi. Evidently a lot of these places is place your order on the machine. Cool concept, only thing is its not very user friendly. For example, I wanted the ninja ice cream which was a black ice cream on a black cone. Looks super cool. When I placed the order it gave me the choice of ice cream (milk, chocolate, pistachio, etc.). I didnt see the option for black ice cream. So when it came out it was green cuz it was pistachio. It was still good, but it wasn't the black one like I wanted. Could've easily been fixed if someone was at the counter to take.my order. Secondly the other ice creams I ordered were already melting by the time I got them. They said it was due to the boba pearls melting the ice cream. Easy fix wouldve been to not have such hot boba balls..... either way it was a sticky mess as the ice cream was melting all over my hands and the table. The ice creams were good. Nice and refreshing on such a hot day. They looked good, minus it going side ways from it melting. It was sweet to very sweet. I liked it, but its just not how I remembered it when they first opened. read more

First time trying the ice cream at Nobibi! I've only tried the drinks at the Fullerton location but the ice cream is just as good. We got the Ninja ice cream which is chocolate soft serve (this location only), a singular Oreo, two Pocky sticky, & a rice cracker. The cone is a choco(?) cone as well. The taste is a little bitter which means it's actually yogurt(?) not sure cuz it can just be my taste buds! Overall very good service and good options! I recommend this place for anyone looking for a "one stop" post-meal eatery/dessert shop (cotton candy, coffee, ice cream) read more

Good ice cream, good shake. A bit messy on the toppings, the syrup was dripping off the edges getting on my hands but the flavors are good. Self service kiosk then just wait and they call you up. This location of Nobibi in Eastvale is inside the Cravings by 99 Ranch food hall. My friends and I came here after a delicious dinner at Ostrea to finish the night on a sweet note. They seemed really busy and they told us that they were out of their egg puffle and the cotton candy. It was late so we get it. We ordered ourselves from the kiosk while the one staff member took care of other people's orders. One of my friends ordered the Brown Sugar Boba Cup ($6.99) but later after payment they said they were out of something, so they replaced it with the Ninja ($6.49) which she didn't like too much at all. Also we didn't get a refund for the difference. My other friend ordered the Red Bean and Taro ($6.99) where she was able to pick what kind of soft serve she wanted and she picked mango and something swirled... but of course they called us back over to tell us they didn't have whatever soft serve flavor my friend picked and she ended up with the vanilla soft serve. My order was the only one that didn't have any problems. I got the Biscoff Ice Cream ($6.99) which all of us really enjoyed since we were sharing everything. Definitely something I would consider getting again in the future. The staff felt bad for all of the things they ran out prior to us ordering and after we paid, so they made us an egg puffle to share as compensation. It was a nice gesture that we appreciated. Avoid coming too late or they may be out of many many things. Also prepare to wait cause staffing on the weekday seems minimal. read more

First time here and we had no idea what to order. Prices were reasonable. Ordered Ube latte and moomoo mango but didn't get pics. Ube drink not what I expected just tasted like ice coffee with little ice. Girl was friendly and was patient since we didn't know what to get. They have so many drinks will definitely try something different next time. read more

As a local, I've been waiting to go inside this plaza full of restaurants. It's not completely finished, but there are multiple food and dessert spots open. Today, my boyfriend and I went to Nobibi Ice Cream. We shared the Lychee Dragonfruit and Egg Puffle Ice Cream. Lychee Dragonfruit was delicious! It was just the right amount of sweetness and crunch (it's a slush). I've never had cheese foam on a slush, but it was such a new taste and will definitely get it again. Egg Puffle Ice cream was my favorite out of the two, but I'm pretty biased when it comes to anything with pancake or bread. We chose ube and strawberry for ice cream and boba and red bean for fillings. All together was an amazing taste. AND as a Filipina offfcourse I'm going to choose Ube! I've been waiting for this location to open because I love Nobibi!! Since this spot is so new, they're definitely still training everyone so it took a goooood minute to get my ice cream. I got the ninja! Though it did come out really cute, the chocolate ice cream just tasted "off"? Unsure why it tasted like that. But, I couldn't eat it. Overall, I'd still give this place a shot once everything looks more settled. This is a really popular place so I'm sure it'll get better. read more

Finally open!! They have soft opening and let me tell you I'm grateful! 15% off for their soft opening it's allowing me to try more on the menu!! Let's talk parking, a good size lot. It shares parking with 99 ranch so plenty of space. We love milk Icecream, but when paired with the dream cloud, it becomes a whole new experience. A blend of sweet flavors from cotton candy, strawberry topping, and pop rocks, mixed with the crunchiness of Oreo cookie crumbs, corn flakes, and pocky sticks, all complemented by the perfect roast of marshmallows. Also the Dalgona brown sugar coffee is delicious, it's my absolutely craving. I love the cloud of coffee on top. Service was perfect! Nikki was so sweet and cheerful! Just a good experience. This spot does share the building with other restaurants so the area is fixed with cravings! Music is a nice selection. read more
